The cleaning service did a terrible job. It took us 45 minutes to clean our place and even then it wasn't up to par. We contacted Art and he apologized but did not offer to send the service back to clean or give us any reimbursement. The kitchen is NOT well stocked. Not even a vegetable peeler was to be had. Both coffee machines did not work and we ended up buying a new one. The furnishings are very old. The deck furniture is moldy and ancient too. We realized the A/C stopped working when we came back from the beach on Friday. Thank goodness it was a cooler evening and we could open up windows and sliders. The only plus to this place is that it is right on the beach and the pool is very nice.. It is time for the owners to invest in their rental so that clients feel it is worth the amount of money charged for a one week stay.

This was a wonderful spot right on the beach. Almost everything we needed was provided (just needed to get some beach chairs). Overall, this was a great spot and would recommend.

We had a fabulous time at this place. The location was amazing. My grandkids love being able to walk out right into the sand. They played for hours while the adults were inside playing games while keeping an eye on them. The dunes was a great buffer to the main beach and ocean. The host was great and accessible when I had questions or concerns. We will definitely come back if available to us again.

Great weekend away with my family. House was very clean and well maintained. Beach is right in your back yard and you can’t beat waking up and looking out your bedroom to the sun rising over the Atlantic. We will definitely be booking another getaway here in the future.

We loved staying at this condo for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend! The condo is charming with that beach cottage feel to it. The views were spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I would stay here again for sure!

Great place for a large family. It is right on the beach. Great balcony views from the bedroom balconies. You walk out the doors to the living room and you are on the beach.

We rented the house for my daughters bachelorette party. Needless to say she was very surprised and the location and house were perfect! Art was awesome and anytime I asked him a question he responded right away It was so nice to be able to walk from the house right to the beach. The house is also close to all of the nightlife we just took an Uber and it was very reasonable We will definitely be back to stay here plenty of room for the entire family😁

Literally right on the beach. Closest I've ever stayed to the water. You walk out your back door and you're on the dune. Hope to come back next year!

This place is a True Gem in OC! It is very hard to find a place that isn't a condo in OC! The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor are surreal! Also, the fact that my kids could play in the sand directly out the door was worth its weight in gold! Also, to have dedicated parking is great! Location is fab as there are restaurants and putt putt within walking distance which was very important to us!

Enjoyed a much overdue gathering with friends form the Virginia Eastern Shore. OC is geographically the perfect meeting place. The walk out access to the "private beach" was perfect for us, as one of our group has some mobility issues. It was great to enjoy the sun and the sand just outside our door. No lugging of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. with the convenience of the kitchen and the bathroom being an added bonus.

Beautiful view, comfy house, easy communication with owner, smooth check in/out process. Definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. My husband and I celebrated our sons 2nd birthday with our other two munchkins (6 & 4). This is the perfect family friendly property. Fully equipped, very clean, the private beach is secluded & clean, private attached 2 car parking, great views of the ocean (watch dolphins from either oversized balcony on 3rd or 4th floor), very spacious (4 floors) and Art is extremely responsive and hospitable. We will be back a few more times this summer.

The house was perfect for the 8 of us! We had everything we needed, including an amazing view! The beach was right at the back door! The place was clean and comfortable! We had one issue, but Art was amazing! Very helpful and understanding! Overall, we’d definitely come back!

Great location right on the beach with close proximity to restaurants, stores etc. House is as advertised though could use some minor updates. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Was a good weekend especially for the kids to be able to play on the beach a few steps from the front porch.

This house is better than advertised. The views from both oceanfront balconies are spectacular. The ocean is visible from inside on all 3 levels. You step off the rear porch and are on your own private beach. The public beach is just seconds away. The owner is great at communicating and has set up the house with everything you need for beach fun. We had a great stay!

Our family which included 3 adults, 1 8 year old and one baby stayed for about 10 days. The property was clean and well appointed. It is close to shopping, food, and right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, the owner was very responsive with a few questions we had. Excellent service.

We really enjoyed our time at the beach house, everything was wonderful, the place was really beautiful, and so close to the beach, which was really nice for my grandchildren. This is the first family vacation we had in n a long time, and it was wonderful, thank you so much !!!!!

Great location and loved the pool. The condo was very dirty, needed many updates. Faucet falling off in bathroom, bulbs out, old stuff everywhere. Owner was helpful and offered to send the cleaning company back. Thankfully we brought our own cleaning supplies and sanitized ourselves. Furniture very uncomfortable and old. But we had a great time with our family anyway.

Loved this place. The location and space to accommodate a family of 10 was pretty great. But, be warned - lots of sand. We kept sweeping periodically, made a outdoor bucket cleaning area and vacuumed. There is definitely lots of stairs, but my legs got a good work out. There were some small minor issues, but Art was on top of it and great at communicating with us ASAP. I loved that the kids could play in the sand right in the back deck. Hope to be back again.
