Beautiful scenery, short drive to Big Sky Resort, easy access to hiking trails and activities. Great home, very clean, with everything we needed. Lots of space for a large family. We had a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed this property. We loved the space in the house. Everyone had plenty of room. Enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool/hot tub. Will be back for winter experience.

We booked this house for a group of 12 adults for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. All he wanted was to ski with his friends for his birthday and this did not disappoint! We enjoyed the big living room and fireplace and the kitchen was set up nicely for a large group. The hot tub at the house was perfect for an after ski soak. The bedrooms were all well apointed and comfortable. Our group especially enjoyed the private lodge in the afternoons. It was great to stop in after skiing for a beer and a game of pool or to use the bigger hot tub and meet new people. We would not hesitate booking this poroperty again! All communication with the owners was fast and any problems or questions were solved quickly. Thank you for a great trip!

We visited this property on a business retreat and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Andrea was constantly available in person or by text for anything we needed, and she was thoughtful enough to proactively think of things we might need before we realized we needed them. The house is immaculately clean, very spacious, and in a gorgeous area of Big Sky. Would definitely return.

Our group of 4 families including 4 children were very comfortable at 16 Cascade Ridge! Proximity to the clubhouse was great. We enjoyed hanging out there - playing billiards, shuffle board and using the pool & hot tub. We would love to visit again during ski season!

We really enjoyed this house. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our two families to enjoy Big Sky. The lodge was great and staff was super nice. Everything was top notch and we would highly recommend.

We had such a great time visiting big sky. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and still plenty of room left in the house. The house is just as advertised but unfortunately the lodge was closed due to being off-season so if you want to take advantage of the lodge, check your dates of visit. Overall we loved this place and will 100% rent here again!

September visit. Views are spectacular. Easy access to good hiking. Access to Lodge a bonus. Perfect house for 4 couples. Both spacious for a group and privacy for each couple. Property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Our seventh time in Montana in the last year and a half. First time renting a private property. Great location, great property, Everything needed like in our own home. Our summer 2021 birthday vacation was incredible. Cannot wait to be back in January for our winter trip.

This is such awesome house for big family. Beautifully located in top of the ridge with breath taking views. Check in was very easy and highly recommended.

The property was exactly as described! And the location almost adjacent to the Cascade Ridge Lodge was perfect — our teenagers spent hours there playing pool and shuffleboard. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt, helpful and flexible. We would definitely return!

The entire family had a wonderful time. There was something for everyone. Brian was always available if we needed anything. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back.

Regarding the ski in/out location, the house is actually ski out but take 2 lifts to get back. Not necessarily a drawback when the lifts are running (operated and staffed by Big Sky) and you are not planning on going back to the house multiple times a day. Be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the road approaching the house is quite steep and not sanded at all.

This was our first trip to the Montana/Yellowstone area and a nice escape from the SoCal hustle and bustle. We could not be happier with the accommodations at Cascade Ridge - there were 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 4 - 16 years old. We loved Big Sky and the activities surrounding the property, but it was also close enough to get in a Yellowstone day trip, albeit long but so rewarding to come back to the nice amenities at the property - quiet, secluded balcony. The kids loved spending time at the lodge with the pool and spa an afternoon favorite. Thank you to Brian and everyone we met at the property for making our Big Sky vacation such a pleasure.

Just as promised, very easy in and out. Very clean, modern beautiful home with great views. We had a great time!

We had an amazing time at 16 Upper Cascade Ridge. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect. With each bedroom having it's own bath (including the bunkroom!) made it so easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything you could think of. The fireplace had wood stacked up as well as starters for a fire every night. We saw tons of animals from our balcony and on the many hikes around the house and area. Probably the biggest perk to staying at this home (besides the amazing view) was the close proximity (20 steps) of the lodge! We enjoyed the heated pool, had fun shuffleboard tournaments and the kids loved the board games. Our entire family spent a lot of time upstairs of the lodge making memories! The employees working could not have been more accommodating so a big thank you to Sam and Barette, you made our stay so much fun. We will defiantly be back and this is where we will stay, we highly recommend it!

We had a great, enjoyable stay in this amazing house. It was ideal for our group of 8 skiers. The club house with a chairlift is located one house away. Hot tub is great. Kitchen and appliances are great. The whole house is beautiful and amazing. Plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great stay! We will be back. Thank you.
