We really enjoyed our time staying at this property. It offered enough space for everyone in our family and provided a great background to make family memories. It was located near to the National Parks and other activities of interest and we loved spending time in the secluded, private river out back. Highly recommend!

Celebrating the wedding of my brother and needed a place that we could both relax and help be close enough if needed to help prep for the wedding. This house was beautiful, relaxing, and had a great back yard porch and dining set that we spent most of our time in. Srey was very responsive and helpful!

Visiting family 1 mile down the road. The home was great for accomadating our family from Oakhurst and New Jersey. 8 of us stayed, plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area large enough to host family meals for 10. The listing is accurate, the river was beautiful and the host's were easy to communicate with. We will definitely rent again on another family visit.

Great property in a great location! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. Coffee on the deck by the river was fantastic!

The home was really nice and the property and surrounding land were even better than the pictures. Our kids really liked the game room and we were able to have fun down at the creek. Owners were great and helpful leading up to and during the trip. Internet is pretty slow due to how remote the property is, so I’d recommend taking advantage of being isolated and just not plan on relying on internet access much. I’d definitely recommend this to any families looking for a relaxing getaway, with good access to nearby activities

From booking, we had excellent communication with the owner, providing us recommendations, advice, and check-in information for our stay. The house is beautiful with the open floor plan and areas to relax. There is plenty of comfortable seating and we found ourselves relaxing by the river or chatting and playing cards on the back deck of the house. The kitchen was setup with everything we needed to cook, even with dishes for our kids. I loved how open it was with the windows overlooking the back yard and into the game room. The beds were comfortable with pretty linens and pillows. There were plenty of towels (large bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) for everyone. We did not use the washer and dryer but loved that it was available. Overall, the house was incredible, the host was amazing, and the location was perfect for visiting Sequoia.

Everything was clean, decor was modern and great amenities. Only problem was the landline.

It was beautiful! The short walk to the river is easy and convenient. My son loved the game room!

The host was a great communicator. There were no issues with the home. The property is fantastic. We saw all kinds of wildlife, enjoyed the river, and got to town and the NP easily. Days were full of outdoor activities and evenings were cooking, games and time with family and friends. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Wish we had stayed 5 nights instead of only 4. Thank you for sharing your home. Sequoia and Three Rivers draws me back time and time again. It’s such a peaceful, beautiful place.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with games and entertainment. Gorgeous, quiet setting in wooded area with colorful fall leaves. The decks on the river were perfect place to enjoy morning coffee.

Family vacation fo the Sequoia Natl Park - home in a great location to the park. Plenty of room for a comfortable stay with a family group of 6 ( or even more). Nicely furnished and all amenities in the kitchen were a wonderful perk. Outdoors was wonderful - kids loved going down to the water. Owners were very helpful - we would definitely do this again.

Fun place

We loved the easy access to the river. The house was nicely appointed with everything we needed, including a good kitchen that allowed us to cook most of our meals. The game room was definitely a hit with the kids :)

We stayed 2 nights at the end of a 3-National Park road trip & this property was great. We loved sitting in the back by the water, and when we needed additional linens the host graciously answered right away and helped us find them. We found the beds to be comfortable and the sleeping arrangements worked perfectly for our 2 families. Everything was clean & comfortable also! Food rec - we ended up eating 2x at both Sequoia Coffee Co & the Pizza Factory - both were so good!

We had such an amazing time here , host was amazing in communication, very lovely home and beautiful river , definitely will book here again and I already shared the information to family and friends

What an amazing location. Quiet and serene. Sit by the river and enjoy a cup of coffee or sit outside and stargaze at night. The house is big and well stock with cooking essentials. If you are looking for a remote and tranquil location, this is it.

The cabin was well equipped with pots and pans and dishes. Very clean, short distance from the water.

Check in was seamless and it was quite hot so they had the ac running and it was so nice to walk into such a cool and welcoming home. Surroundings were lovely and we enjoyed walking down to the water and drinking our morning coffee. Kitchen is very spacious and we enjoyed cooking and hanging out there.

We had a great few days at this home. There was plenty of sleeping space, a well outfitted kitchen and very comfortable set up! The river is awesome…we were there when it was really rushing! The home is about a 15 minute drive from Three Rivers on a beautiful winding road…very secluded feeling even though there are neighbors around. We didn’t have any cell service, but the wifi worked well and there is a landline if you need to make phone calls. Srey provided so much great info about the area & was readily available for questions! Highly recommend!

We all had a wonderful time in Three Rivers!! The house and its location was amazing and beautiful!! The owners were so helpful whenever we had a question. Great memories and a great place to stay!!

Our family of ten enjoyed our stay at the modern river retreat while visiting Sequoiah National Park! House is clean, light, spacious, and beautifully renovated inside and out. Owner's strong communication enhanced the stay, and it was clear that much effort had gone into stocking the house in a manner to ensure comfort and ease- complete with simple to follow posted instructions to ensure a successful and safe stay. The kids really enjoyed the games in the sunroom: foosball and arcade style video games! We saw deer while on property. One adjustment to the listing is that the extra 2-person bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed rather than a bunk bed as listed. There is a bunk bed though as listed in one of the other bedrooms, and it is larger than a twin on each level, large enough to fit two children on each level of the bunk.

Perfect home for our group of 8. The kids had a great time.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect. The river judging from the photos seemed to be right in the back yard but it was walking distance into the woods. It was a little bummer not being able to see the river from the house but it wasn't a game changer

Our family had a fun/relaxing time at this gem. House was very clean, the property was amazing and the trip was everything we could have asked for. Lots of cool area to explore on the property and around the area. Also, communication with the owner was great and very helpful. Loved every minute of this stay.

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the property for 4 nights. It is a great location, very close to the Sequoia National Park. The property is airy and light, with modern decor, and is well stocked. Best of all, it has a great River view. Srey was great to work with. We originally booked a different property nearby and due to the closure of the National Parks, she offered us this property, which is much better. She is very flexible and a great communicator, and suggested trails and activities nearby. We had a great time even though the National Parks were closed. I would definitely recommend this property and Srey.

Property was beautiful and peaceful. This was a great place to spend Christmas away from home.

We had a wonderful time at the house, it was as advertised. All the ladies (10) thought the house was perfect. We cooked most meals at home and the kitchen was well equipped. The host provided a lot of detailed information about the area and things to do. The host was also very responsive to any inquiries I had. Would highly recommend this house.

This house was very roomy and comfortable and the owner and housekeeper were very kind and welcoming.

My family and I recently stayed at this great home outside Sequoia national park. The home is completely updated and remodeled with beautiful furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the deck is great to sit out at the base of the mountains. Srey our host was so nice and in constant communication to help in anything we needed. A few things just to be prepared for: 1) Even though the house is right outside Sequoia Park the drive to the park is about 1 hour 10 minutes from the house because it is straight up a mountain going 10-25 mph. 2) Internet for streaming/movies was spotty given remoteness, so might want to bring your own DVD's instead. 3) Make sure you look at directions Srey gives you closely as Google will take you close to house, but you need her detailed direction to get the final 2 miles to house. All in we really enjoyed this beautiful home and recommend it.

Overall great house. Very clean and well organized. Only thing to be aware is it is pretty far away from the main road on a twisty barely doubled lane road. We would definitely rent again.
