It was a wonderful get away from the snow and cold of Montana and New Hampshire. 2 couples stayed in this villa and it was very nice. Quiet resort overall, and the villa worked well for us. Housekeeping everyday was a luxury! Thank you!

We stayed from 6/26-7/1/23. The Villa Renaissance property is beautiful and well maintained. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Graceway Gourmet grocery store is a 5-10 minute walk away. There’s a cooler and a wheeled shopping cart for you to use as well as a cell phone with 10 minutes of data if you need it. Starter supply of toiletries, laundry detergent and paper towels were provided. The unit we stayed in could use some TLC in the bathrooms but overall we had a great stay on Grace Bay!

Our stay was very pleasurable. The Villa was very clean and access to the area made it well positioned. The beach and water at Grace Bay were exceptional and can be easily considered one of the best in the world.

Villa Renaissance was absolutely everything we hoped it would be. The property manager Seymour was quickly responsive to our concern about a light from the garden shining into one of the bedrooms. The cleaners were very thorough. Location could not have been better. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Loved Villa Renaissance- 502. Nice pool, Grace Bay Beach access, privacy overlooking grassy lawn. Could use some upgrade with furniture. That said- would rent this location again .

Very nice two bedroom unit with quiet garden location on the ground floor. The Villa Ren. has a great location in town (walking distance) plus perfect beach access. The large pool area is pretty with mature landscaping.

Villa Renaissance is in a perfect location on the beach in Grace Bay. The pool is really nice and has a bar that will serve drinks and lunch both at the pool and beach. The beach is amazing. It is not crowded and very relaxing. The staff were all very nice, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure all the guests were having a good time and had whatever was needed. The only negatives relate to the actual unit. While the beds seemed relatively new and were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very dated and somewhat dingy. The lighting in the bathrooms was really bad and the hot water ran out quickly. The cleaning products used before our check-in were very strong and bothered all of our sinuses. If you are sensitive to strong scents, you should ask the staff to go light on the cleaning products. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would go back to Villa Renaissance!

Large 2 bedroom/2bath unit on ground floor at villa renaissance. Friendly staff, amazing location and beautiful beach on Grace Bay. Will definitely return. All communications with resort were answered in a few hours.

We had wonderful time at this villa. Very clean and convenient. All shopping and restaurants walking distance. Bartender, Aracelie was very friendly and attended to our needs. Sandeeep, property manager was very attentive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

Villa Renaissance is the best choice for Grace Bay area. Beautiful, quiet property with everything right within walking distance. The beach is fantastic and the colour of the water was amazing. Super warm for swimming, loved it all. Absolutely would stay at VR again. LOVED it!!

Villa Renaissance is a small quiet resort located in a very convenient location to walk to shops and restaurants. It was extremely clean with very attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

The stay was my husband and I, along with another couple. The property was perfect, with 2 king beds, full kitchen, room to play cards at night. It was very clean and we had daily house keeping for fresh towels and sheets everyday. We opted to eat out for every meal as there were so many great places within walking distance. Shay Cafe was our favorite for breakfast, there is a cute little french place that has delicious sandwiches for lunch. For dinner, we tried so many amazing places CocoBistro had a beautiful ambiance (no view for sunset but still amazing), Yoshies for sushi (best-priced dinner and delicious food), and Infinity for a perfect sunset dinner (try everything except the steak, it was chewy. everything else was beyond amazing). From the condo, you walk past the pool, over the bridge and you're on Grace Bay beach. The beach is incredible! just got back last week and we are already planning our next trip to this condo and Grace Bay.

The villa was so open and got a lot of air and sunlight. We were all pleasantly surprised with how big the place was. The after did take a little time to warm up, but that wasn’t too much of a bother. We loved how you entered the villa using a pin pad instead of a key or card. All the staff were polite and more than ready to help. We would definitely stay here again. It felt like we were the only ones on the property a lot of the time in terms of guests. Maybe because we went after school started. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo and overall building with all the amenities needed for a perfect beach trip. Staff (forgive me for not listing all their names) was wonderful and helpful and we will definitely make this a return trip. Villa Renaissance has made this a relaxing experience.

This is a great apartment to rent with teens. You can walk to town for ice cream or shopping. The pool is large and the layout of the building lends itself to privacy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect 2 bedroom condo for couples or family. 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms. Everyone on site was great and happy to help and the unit was extremely clean! Always beach and pool chairs despite heavy spring break time of year. Great towel service and such as well. We would book again in a minute.
