This is a perfect space for two families of four adjacent to downtown Bethel and extremely easy to Sunday River. Great value for the price compared to a number of other places around the resort. The hosts could not have been more gracious and were accommodating and responsive. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

Property was a perfect stay for us since we were up for a wedding and the venue was less than a half mile away. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Communication from the owners was fast. Would stay again if we decide to re visit the area

It's perfect. The location is great; close to Bethel center and just minutes from Sunday River. Fully stocked condo, immaculately clean. This is our second visit; hope to return many more times.

Just spent a fantastic February break week in Bethel. Most of our party skied every day, and the non-skiers enjoyed snowshoeing and some day trips, and also spent a ton of lovely relaxing time in the unit playing games and doing puzzles, cooking meals, and more. The unit is clean and spacious, conveniently located, and warm and cozy despite this week’s arctic weather. Communication with owners was easy via the VRBO app. Would definitely come back!

We have been renting this condo for 4 years. The condo is very clean and well equipped with anything you need, and the owners are very nice and responsive. The location is 1/4 mile to Main St Bethel and 10 min to the mountain.

Had everything we needed to cook in house. Plenty of towels including kitchen towels. Memory foam mattresses on all the beds. Great location to get to both Mt. Abram and Sunday River. Very easy to communicate with owner through the VRBO App.

Very nice condo; fully stocked. You don't need to bring anything. The family loved it. We had our own bedroom with en suite on the lower level. Our 3 kids had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top level. We all had our privacy, and we met on the main level for meals and games. What a great layout. We skied at Sunday River. The condo is close to the mountain and restaurants. We have rented several Vrbo properties; this was the best. We can't wait until next year.

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath condo was the perfect place for our family of 5 for a ski vacation at Sunday River. There was plenty of space for our group with one private bedroom and bathroom on the first level for my dad, and the main bedroom and kids bunk room on the top level with the other full bathroom. There was even two sets of bunk beds in the bunk room, which provides plenty of space for large groups. The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the main room on the middle level that had a big table for games and meals and a gas fireplace to warm up after a cold ski day. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to prepare food. The drive to Sunday River was only 10 minutes and was very easy. It was convenient to be right in the town of Bethel for easy access to groceries and restaurants. We loved the boot drying system in the garage. What a treat to put on warm toasty boots in the morning! This condo was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Thanks for a great ski vacation home base!

The condo is very clean with all the necessary amenities, and a great location. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. We are repeat renters and will come back again.

We enjoyed our stay - everything we needed was there - few mins drive to the mountain, a few local restaurants - we skied at Sunday river and also snow Shoed at the Bethel Inn, we only had 4 people but the condo easily can accommodate more. Loved the fact they supplied the linens and we didn't have to worry about that..... seems like a great place for all seasons

Everything you need at a good price point

Place was spacious, clean and right outside bethel center. Very easy to communicate with owner.

This is a nice place to stay with a larger (7-8 person) group. The kitchen has EVERYTHING and the layout of the house makes the kitchen/dining/living room the central point of activity. Super clean. Access is easy. There was a snow storm when we were there and the fireplace made everything cozy and fun. The beds are amazingly comfortable, too! Wow!

Great condo with perfect layout for 2 families for the week. It's definitely more spacious and comfortable than the pictures make it seem, and worked great for the 8 of us to enjoy our time together yet not be overcrowded. Easy 10-12 minute drive to the mountain, with plenty of shops along the drive back to grab essentials / dinner. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, comfortable, well appointed

Clean, close to town, great views and spacious. We had everything we needed at this condo. This property was exactly what we were looking for to visit Bethel, Maine.

We all loved the Condo. The little balcony off the living room was my favorite place to sit and enjoy my coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for us and our adult children. And really not far from some amazing waterfalls. We enjoyed a day of hiking Step Falls then over to Screw Auger Falls and then short walk at Moose Caves. Many happy memories to be treasured. The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is nice, and has everything you'll need. The unit was clean, but the carpet could use a cleaning in a few spots. The only problem we had is the thermostat or A/C unit may need servicing. We visited on a warm week and had trouble keeping the unit cooled during the day, but normally this probably wouldn't be a problem. We would stay here again!

The condo was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay there. AC would have been nice in the July heat.
