Super small rooms,

It was modern and clean. There was free breakfast both mornings, they had simple but a couple of options were available.

There system was down so first night there no internet at all or phone lines, when I got to my room even though I arrived 4 hrs after check in we had no towels or shampoo in our room. Next day supper early in the morning staff banged on door waking me up to give be 2 pool towels. I told him we needed towels to shower he said that we could use close pool towels. I wanted to go back to sleep and then the cleaning staff began in my door saying she was taking attendance!!! Really?? Crazy lady didn’t let me sleep. The next day same thing I was waken up super early by cleaning staff banging on doors saying she was just running a list!!! I did not get any rest both nights.

The hotel seemed run down. The towels were old and dingy, they did not have actual pillows- just three square throw pillows that were quite worn. The hotel didn’t not feel clean

Your front desk checked me in an occupy room...this was VERY embarrassing for me and my wife !!!!! I met with your manager on 6/18/23 by noon, I believe her name was Paola, she did nothing to compensate for the incident . We paid over $200 for the one night stay and honestly it was not worth the experience. Thank you

Not enough towels. 4 people in our room only 2 towels. They took long in bringing the towels, so we went down to get them.

Breakfast was poor, missing items from previous days, like butter, orange juice, coffee

Modern, clean, nice rooms, free parking, complimentary breakfast, pets allowed.

Our room’s bed had some stains on the sheets, so we called the front desk and they were able to move us rooms. I was hoping for a closer “pet relief” station other than outside, more so because it was raining so some cover for it would have been nice.
