We had such a wonderful time. Such a perfect place for our family of four. We were grateful for the snorkel fins as those didn't fit in our luggage, and for the fabulous location and beautiful views. Thank you!

Should check middle ceiling fan for no light -or just burnt out. Fan works. Needs to check rubber on back of living room patio door, as it won’t allow the door to seal. Open about half inch —a few bugs. Stove is temperamental - quite hot at times -even on lower settings. Otherwise great. I left a new frying pan there as well Catch you again perhaps

Property was as advertised in the description. Hosts were very responsive. The location near the beach was perfect for our group. The condo was very well equipped and the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were excellent. The condo is well suited for four people. If you have any more in your group it is not the property for you.

Great, quiet location. Short walk to the beach. Amazing sunsets. Close to great restaurants and ABC Store. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided...thank you! We used them every day.

We spent 7 nights at this spacious condo. Just a few minutes was to the beach w/ a nice view from the balcony. Close to restaurants as well. If you are in town on a Tuesday we recommend Taco's Tuesday at Fred's Kitchen just down the street. 808 Deli was close by and was great for a quick sandwich or breakfast.

Family and I had a good time at this property. It's clean, well kept and close to the beach (if you don't mind a 2-3 min walk :).

Very safe and convenient property close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Wailea just down the road a bit. Pool was wonderful and elevator was appreciated. View of the ocean from the balcony was blissful for morning coffee and to watch evening sunsets. The unit was clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. We would return for a stay in the future.

The condo was large, nice and comfortable with all the amenities for the beach and the kitchen. And a nice view from the patio. There some minor repairs that needed attention but they did not prevent us having a great stay

The manager had a personal crisis so the owner was in regular contact regarding any questions. Great view from the covered lanai. Loved having nice beach equipment available. Spacious unit supplied with supplies. Would love to return there. A tip: The unit is in building "B". A large "B" is on building, but it is not lit up at night. Helpful to know after dark that the closest building to the beach is "A", then moving east, building "C'' and finally building "B".

We had an amazing time and really loved the location of the condo. There was tons to do within walking distance and the beach being right across the street was so convenient, especially for watching those beautiful Hawaiian sunsets! It was stocked with all of the essentials, which was an added bonus! Overall, we give it an A+!

It was a clean and the pool was nice to come back to after a beach day. The roof was being replaced so it was noisy. The owners were gracious and compensated us for the issues. Overall the unit had everything we needed and was within walking distance to the beach .

We spent a week here in May 2023 as we celebrated my wife’s and our best friends birthdays. Great location with excellent owner and manager. We had a few issues that were addressed right away. Overall the condo is showing a bit of age, and it needs a deep cleaning, but I believe the owner is addressing this in the near future. Beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, great pool and grill area in the complex and short walk to the beach with everything you need provided.

The Condo was Fantastic..

The Condo perfect for the two of us, more than enough room for two couples+children, also loved the balcony with the ocean view. It had everything we needed including beach chairs, cooler bag and snorkel equipment, kitchen was also well equipped. We loved the location, both walkable to the beach and food or an easy short ride. Would love to stay again!

Overall this is a fantastic property, particularly the location, and the views. It’s in a very good older development, quiet neighbours and clean. We try to stay at Haleakala Shores every time. It’s steps from Kam III beach, which is incredible. A 5 minute walk got us to many excellent restaurants and any other resource you would need as a traveller. The unit itself is one of the least expensive Penthouse units - high ceilings, high fans. It faces north which is actually ideal: no direct sun (we got enough at the beach), and you can be on the lanai at sunset, without being forced back inside by the heat or intense light. The views are more than 170 degrees from Haleakala in the east, over acres of a natural green belt to West Maui and enough ocean to spy whales on occasion. The condition of the condo reflects the price point: comfortable furnishings and remodelled kitchen but not luxury-level. The guest bathroom was perfectly decent but could be ready for an update. Bonus is a well stocked beach equipment closet. Overall this unit fit our multigenerational family perfectly and we would choose it again

Rental process was smooth, great communication with owners. On site management are friendly. Grounds are well kept. As a road facing unit there is noise, the most annoying is the daily early morning garbage pick up. Unless you’re an early riser (6:30am) you’ll want to keep your windows closed overnight to reduce road noise and use a/c. A/c units are on a 4 hr timer though to prevent overuse, but this is not convenient for keeping cool all night without having to get up and reset it. However, the views of the ocean are amazing - bring binoculars if you want to whale watch right from the lanai. Location to beaches is great, lots of beach items available to use. Would stay again.

This condo is well located in S. Kihei very close to the beach. The unit is well equipped for a short or long-term stay. The kitchen has all the equipment. The beds were comfortable and it was handy with each bedroom having its own ensuite. We really made use of the beach chairs, umbrella and snorkelling gear. The onsite pool and BBQ area were very tidy. Overall were extremely happy.

A much needed getaway to Maui…..perfect in every way!! Location is the best in Kihei….close to walk to shops, beach, restaurants, etc. Truly enjoyed our morning coffee/breakfast on Lanai and many evening meals while we enjoyed awesome sunsets. Steven was quick and effecient for all correspondence. Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy your little piece of Paradise.

Very well laid out Condo for two adult couples or for family privacy, the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo, and each have their own on-suite bathroom, with walk-in closet / dressing room. Beautifull sunset views from your private Penthouse Lanai. Very well-equipped kitchen/condo. Covered parking beside elevator. Short walking distance to the beach and to some local Restaurants, Shops and Bars. Taxi fares are very reasonable to travel to further away local Restaurants for an evening out. I would recommend making reservations as far in advance for the popular Restaurants to not be disappointed. We made our reservations over two months in advance through Open Table as we knew they would book up. Our hosts, Steven & Patricia looked after all our needs with-out question. Lots of space for 2 couples, great views and location

Location is great. Walk across the street to the beach. Easy access to Foodland and Safeway. Great views of west maui and sunsets. Super clean. Great use of beach gear on hand. The place had everything we needed and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The ac worked great when needed but the breeze usually cooled us down. I’d easily recommend anyone to stay here.

Lovely top floor condo, directly across from the beach. Well appointed, with everything we needed, including a generous supply of beach chairs/umbrella/toys. The landscaping and pool were stunning. Great location - we could walk to pretty much everything we needed: snorkel store, restaurants, shopping. When we did travel further afield, it was easy in/easy out. What would I change? Perhaps a new toaster, and some more teaspoons (only 2!)! Oh, and a floor and/or table lamp in the living room would be nice. All in all, just the perfect spot.
