We've stayed in several other units on this property in past years, and this one by far has the best view of the lake and surrounding area. Even while just relaxing in the living room or eating at the table you can take in scenery around you thanks to all the windows. Property is spacious and clean - it was nice having three bedroom each with their own bathroom. Check-in was simple and communication with Cyndi was quick and easy on the few occasions we needed to get in touch with her prior to our stay. Highly recommended if you're planning to visit Lake Dillon!

We enjoyed staying here. It was clean and big enough for the 5 of us to gather for a family reunion.

Cyndi, the owner & manager, was excellent with her correspondence, communication and availability. I am thankful her condo was available for rental. The entire process of booking this condo with her was excellent.

Communication with the owners was excellent. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains awesome; especially being the end unit. Unit furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location to town and ski mountains! We enjoyed having a heated garage in the cold mornings to get ourselves ready for skiing as well as a building elevator for hauling stuff between the condo and car! Lighting in the kitchen could’ve been brighter- but all in all we enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. Thank you for sharing your place.

Staying in this beautiful place is perfect from the moment you arrive and park in the underground garage. The apartment is lovely and welcoming. There is plenty of room for everyone and a nicely equipped kitchen. I am always sad to leave.

This was a great location-property was clean and just as described. Great communication with the property manager as well.

This was a great rental. The views were out of this world! You get both the south and west views because this is a corner unit. The location is centrally located in summit county and far enough away from the Dillon Amphitheater so the louder music won’t bother your peaceful evening. The kitchen is small but since it was just the two of us, that wasn’t a problem. One evening it was rainy and cold so we used the gas fireplace which was such a nice bonus! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars was the king size mattress. We are both older adults in our 60s and we need a firm mattress. The king mattress was too soft for us. We were able to sleep on the queen size bed which was much firmer so we didn’t get backaches. But it was just a little disappointing since we normally sleep on a king size bed.

The condo had plenty of room for our family to relax after activities for the day. We enjoyed the views and fireplace. The place was well-stacked, clean and beds were comfy. The location was convenient to ski areas, restaurants, shops and stores.

The property was beautiful and in a great location. I would highly recommend this accommodation. We stay in Dillon for many years, this was by far the most comfortable. The owner was very accommodating, we communicated frequently before and after our visit. Before leaving the property I misplaced my ID and could not find it right away. We called the owner and Cindy made an extra effort to come to the property and check it for us, thank you Cindy!!!

The condo and the condo owner were wonderful. The "absolutely no pets" policy is not accurate. There was a dog in the unit next to us and we encountered another in the garage (I believe the desk attendant's dog). Overall we had a wonderful visit with Robert who lives in Dillon.

Beautiful views, plenty of space- had a great time!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Our family of 4 stayed for a week in January and were very comfortable. The beds were nice and the fireplace was welcomed every night. The kitchen was a bit smaller than anticipated, but the appliances were all very nice and we made family meals every night. The location for skiing is very convenient. We skied Breckenridge and Vail and had easy trips to both mountains from this location.

The location of the condo was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants , and ski resorts. It snowed two days and we were very grateful for the heated indoor garage. The owners responded quickly to any questions we had. We are thinking of coming back in the summer. We would love to stay here again!

Central location for access to hiking trails , visits to Breckinridge, Vail and more. Definitely a five star experience 👍

What a great spot! This unit has a beautiful view of lake and mountains. Owner is super responsive. Looking forward to our next visit.
