There was me (77 year old matriarch); 3 daughters; 2 daughters-in-law and 2 granddaughters off on a beach vacation. The place was lovely and we so enjoyed the week.

Beautiful place right on the ocean. Only issue, you hear the motorcycles and loud music in the condo all night long.

I really enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit was spacious, the beds were comfortable all the amendities that one would need were available. Close to everything and views were specticular.

The condo is beautiful, spacious, well appointed, like new and with beautiful view of the gulf and beach. The perfect size building you dont have the long waits for elevators and too many people...Loved it...will definitely rent again and be a referral source for this gem!

Everything was easy to book . Unfortunately, they did not tell us there was scam going in with thr condo. We had three cars and apparently they only allow two cars . They gave us a pass for two so we wrote a note for the third car . It was fine all week until Sunday morning . They towed my son’s car that morning when we were leaving . We talked to a guy at thr towing company and the ey said they do it all the time . They wait until Saturday night at 10:00 pm to put a warning sign knowing thst no one will see it . Then , they come back at 11:00 to tow it . Then they charge an additional Fee for keeping it extra hours for weekend . They know no one knows this . Don’t rent this condo in this complex .

OMG we’ve been to PCB 10 times before and we stayed in different places but this is the best place so far to stay at !! Great place remodeled, clean spacious , location is great , basically the best stay we ever had . And we won’t stay anywhere else after this , it will be our place to choose every time

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean, updated throughout, and the set-up was perfect for our family! The view of the ocean is breathtaking and the sunsets are beautiful. We look forward to visiting again!

During my stay, I had a complete stranger (a man) walk into my unit without my requesting or authorizing this. At first, we thought we were going to be robbed. He had no ID or anything to identify who he was. He then explained that he was contracted to perform maintenance on my laundry room dryer vent. I asked him to leave immediately and called the rental company. The rental company said they would call the owner to find out if he requested it. The owner said he did not, I was then told by my rental agency that it was a mistake and then later they said the he would be coming the next day and that I HAD TO CONSENT TO THE WORK WHILE I'M PAYING TO STAY THERE. THEY GAVE HIM THE ACCESS CODE TO MY RENTAL AND HE CAME IN WITHOUT A MASK AND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION (I'm not Covid vaccinated) AND HE STAYED THERE UNTIL AFTER 6;00PM!! I'm in disbelief how this is fair or even legal!! They also had their maintenance man walk into my unit without my requesting this. I wouldn't recommend this rental because they will have people in and out of your rental whether you like it or not. They will give people access to you rental without your consent.

Great location, easy check-In. Beautiful view!!! Clean and comfortable!!! Would definitely stay here again!!! Only suggestion would be to wipe down the baseboards a little better.

Has 2 elevators and even during the busiest time of day, we never waited more than a minute or two. Location was great. I would definitely recommend.
