All was great with our stay! Not too far from Breck. Communication with the owners was easy. We had no issues during our 4 night stay. The place was very clean, everything worked, and the description/pictures were very accurate. Great amenities!! I would recommended this house, and hopefully we’ll be back! Thank you!

The house was just as listed. This was our first year to do a Christmas trip and it was great! Master bed was comfy, sleep sofas were sleeper sofas lol our kids said the other beds could have been a little more comfortable but not horrible. The house was very clean and decorated great! The owners supplied everything you could think of! I highly recommend this house! Oh and the view is breathtaking

This home was pristine and beautiful, accounting for every little detail to make it feel like home! We spent Thanksgiving week here…our family of 5. The kitchen had everything you could think of to make wonderful breakfasts, throw food in crockpots, everything was accounted for. The view from the hot tub was unbeatable as was the natural light that filtered into the house. Our kids loved the PacMan game and the dart board. My husband loved the pool table. I loved the master bathtub and all the laughter I heard ringing through the house during the week. We can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed in this property with my family over Thanksgiving break 2021. It was amazing. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties and this felt like home. Everything is well thought out to make you feel welcomed. We cooked in almost every night and had everything we needed. You can tell the owners really love this property. Just outside of Breck. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful home that has everything you need to have a wonderful summer vacation. The house was spotless and well apportioned. The neighborhood secure and the quiet. As close to perfect as you could get.

Awesome property. The owners are wonderful to work with and the home is very well equipped. Plenty of room to spread out for a large family. It is a little warm in the Summer, if you like to sleep cool. There is actually spices and such if you like to cook and the hot tub is amazing! We saw a Moose on day 2 just walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. The location and views are magnificent especially if you are looking for peace and quiet location close to Breckenridge.

The entire family really enjoyed the cabin. Main level and lower level bedrooms felt a little weird with no window coverings to keep people from looking in and the morning sunlight from waking you up on vacation. We all had a blast with the lower level game room and spent many nights downstairs. And the hottub was a big hit to just sit and relax in it. Weather was great even with the rain it cleared up most days and enjoyed the mountain air! Added plus its 5 miles into breckenridge and tons of things to do there. Overall great trip and we would do it again in a heartbeat!!!....Thank You!!

My family of six just returned home after a great week in the Colorado mountains. The cabin is well appointed and clean. We could not have been any happier in our choice.

This beautiful home is so well accommodated. All you need is your clothes. The owners have thought of everything you will need to make you stay comfortable. We really enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, game room and popcorn machine. We will definitely return and book this property for a family/friends gathering. Great hosts.

Everything about the house was magnificent! The pictures do not do justice to this beauty! The landscape surrounding the house was amazing, quick easy drive to Breckinridge. Exceeded my expectations

Place was excellent! Loved the game room. Boot dryer in the garage was a major convenience for 5 full days of skiing! View of Quandary Peak was amazing!

We loved the hot tub on the deck, the awesome game room - played some poker and the throw back arcade machine. It’s rare to find a house with private bathrooms for all bedrooms - big perk for us. I especially appreciate the fully stocked kitchen - it’s got everything and more. It’s great that the owners allow guests to leave condiments, spices, etc. for use. It was great to utilize and contribute instead of wasting. Do be aware there are no curtains in the master rooms- beautiful view of trees and stars from bed but the bright morning sun should be your thing - and possible new neighbors below seeing in. We had toddlers with us and appreciated the use of a pack n play, baby gate and sturdy tables, furniture made for use. It’s clear the owners have thought of every activity and detail to make your Breck stay a fun and elegant vacation.

Beautiful property in amazing setting. Wildlife galore all around! Great home-base for our daily jaunts around the area but also a fabulous place to simply hangout and chill. Owners were super accessible and welcoming. We will be back!

We loved our stay, this home is the perfect combination of the best of our past rentals. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, well labeled for ease of use. Excellent amenities. The kitchen is so well stocked, it was fun to cook and set a nice table to eat together. The man cave was an added bonus that the whole family enjoyed. Everything was so clean, it felt safe! Nestled in the woods, with a view of the mountains , we were close to all the trails and activities. Easy 7 minute drive to Breckinridge. Owners were great to communicate with, responsive and helpful. We love this area, and definitely plan to come back to this house.
