My wife and I stayed at this property extending a company Presidents Club that was held at the Ritz. We both concluded that we enjoyed this portion of the trip the most! The location is next to an area that can not be developed so has miles of a basically deserted beach. Everyone in the complex was super nice and the unit was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful and the views incredible. Thank you.

We had a lovely but brief visit and especially enjoyed the short walk to the beaches. the area is very quiet and away from the bustle of the cruise ship crowds. There are several fantastic restaurants nearby but renting a car was definitely worthwhile. The check in process was straight forward and. You the owner and property manager were quick to resolve a minor issue. We very much look forward to our next stay here!

Great property. Updated appliances, decor and clean. Quite, relaxing beach with lounge chairs. We are frequent visitors to Cayman during the low season and I could not let myself pay for high season prices at a condo or resort on 7 mile beach. Instead of paying for 7 mile, we visited it and so happy with that choice!

The property is fantastic with just a mere 10 steps to the beach and 20 to the pool. It’s quite and peaceful from the hustle and bustle of seven mile. While the ocean water isn’t great for swimming it’s a short car ride to the islands amazing beaches. The place itself is updated with all amenities provided. Right across the street is one of the best restaurants on the island. Truly a great place!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Villa! Loved everything about it. George met us within minutes of arriving. The Villa was fully stocked and Mary pays attention to every detail needed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great every night, which is rare for me when I am someplace different. Very quiet and a beautiful reef and beach steps away! We stayed on the East side our first visit to Cayman and we loved the location here, on the West end. Close to magnificent beaches, reefs, and Restaurants. We absolutely loved Pappagallo restaurant! Gerardo was so pleasant every time we went there (4 times) during our stay. The food was amazing and the restaurant is directly across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked. We ate at the restaurant across the road and were thankful we had rented a car so that we could drive to grocery store and other attractions. Highly recommend this rental in West Bay!

Our little villa was clean, comfortable, private, stocked, and steps from the ocean or the pool...your choice! Sunsets were the best on the island and we thoroughly enjoyed Pappagallos Restaurant across the street. Have a car, go to 7-mile, then come home to Eden!

You basically get the place to yourself with just a few other guests. It's very peaceful and close to town without being in the too close. We would definitely stay here again. In my opinion this condo is best for 2-3 people due to the size and only one bathroom.

Lovely one-bedroom Condo in a quiet complex out of the way from the tourist(y) part. Great place to go to get away from people. Condo was well furnished and appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with nice quality dinner-ware, a hot-pot, french press (rare to find), micro-wave, wine-fridge, and basic spices. The grocery store (IGA) is 10 minutes by Car; the liquor store is next door. The IGA has a buffet of meats and vegetables which made meal-preparation easy; we only cooked a couple of meals, the rest were to-go from the IGA. The facilities are well groomed and manicured. The beach has recliners and tables. Will come back in September.

I have stayed in Cayman Islands on 7 mile beach several times and this was my first time to VIRBO and LOVED it! The West Bay condo was incredibly decorated down to every impressive detail having the feel of "The Vineyard". We loved how quiet the property atmosphere was during our stay. The property manager was great at communicating favorite spots for lunch/dinner which we enjoyed all recommendations. We highly suggest renting a car to tour the island and enjoy the amazing food. We definitely will be back here annually to enjoy paradise in West Bay! The only downside was the duration of our stay...wish it was longer!

100% as pictured. Feels rural and private, but it it’s near to amenities and lots to do and people to see if you so choose. Would definitely come again.

The villa was comfortable and well-appointed, and we appreciated the lovely location and sea views more each day. The white beach with palm trees for shade, the clean salt-water pool, and well-tended landscaping all offered a refuge from the over-developed seven mile beach area, but all of that was only 10-15 minutes drive away. (Seven mile beach has lots of restaurants and water sports as well as fine swimming in turquoise water and sandy bottom—good reasons to visit there.) We snorkeled right off the dock at Villas Pappagallo, (the coral in the water makes it hard to swim right off the beach) and took long walks on the beach along the National park right next to the property. The place was never crowded and having it all just steps from the villa was wonderful! We also had dinner at Ristorante Papagallo across the street, which is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Papagallo and hated to leave!

We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of Villas Pappagallo. This unit is very nice with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable king bed. Mary is a wonderful host!

Villa Pappagallo is a great alternative to the hectic scene at Seven Mile Bay. If you prefer to wake to the sound of surf rather than jet skis then this is your spot. The description and photos of the unit are accurate though they don't really do it justice. You will have everything you need including beach towels. Pool, grounds and beach are very well maintained. I will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in mid-October for our 15th Anniversary. We were very happy with our choice to rent this unit. It was very clean and well-stocked. The view from the patio was gorgeous...just steps from the sand and ocean. It was perfect for coffee or eating outside. The property has a shared outdoor grill that we made use of as well. The beach and pool were never crowded, and we often had them to ourselves. We preferred this to the more crowded areas of the island. The water here did tend to be a bit more rough than in some other areas, so snorkeling was possible, but not necessarily easy. We rented a car and easily visited various snorkeling spots around the island though. The grounds were well-kept, and the beach was beautiful. Mary was great to deal with, answered any questions we had promptly, and refunded our damage deposit without delay. We had a great experience renting from her, and had a wonderful and relaxing stay!

I will stay here again. There is an amazing restaurant across the street. I mean amazing!!! The food is incrediable and the service is outstanding. You have to ask for Roberto!!! The condo felt like Home. Bed was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. We loved it!!!

Villa Pappagallo number seven was a great place for us to stay on Grand Cayman. We went back and forth between seven mile beach and west bay and were glad to stay in a place in which was calm and quiet but gave you the feeling you were still on a beautiful island with the sounds of waves still able to be heard in the condo. I highly recommend you obtain a rental car from the airport, which is easy and not hard to accomplish at all. You drive on the left side of the road in Grand Cayman, so it takes a few hours to get used to driving on the opposite side of the US. To obtain the rental car there is a $21 permit fee per driver on top of the cost of the rental car. With the rental car we drove everywhere to get to the beaches. We did not utilize the beach outside the condo as it was full of seaweed with a north wind blowing it in. We did use the pool at night though and it was in great shape and clean. We drove to seven mile beach and Macabuca to lay out and snorkel everyday. We also drove to Rum Point, which is an hour and 10 minutes around the island to go out to Stingray City. Without the car we would not of been able to enjoy the entire island. The inside of unit was great and well taken care of. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to use. The stove has an electric induction top, which took some googling to figure out how to operate it, but once we did it was great to use for breakfast. All of the plates, bowls, cups, silverware, wine glasses, etc are all there. The living room was big with a big sectional couch. The TV is a smart TV with netflix and hulu (need your username and password). It also have cable that includes local stations from Miami and Grand Cayman. Wifi in the unit was great and never had any problems running multiple devices. The bath room was great too, very clean and had plenty of towels, etc. including beach towels. The bedroom has a large closet with a patio door leading to a patio with furniture to sit out and watch the sunset to the west. The bedroom also has a large ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. There is a washer/dryer combo in the kitchen too that we used to wash clothes before we left the island, we did have to purchase some laundry detergent at the local Foster's Food Fair grocery store. We utilized this grocery store a lot, and it is on your way out of west bay to seven mile beach. We were very pleased with our stay and recommend it for those who want a quiet retreat.

We loved this little villa in West Bay just steps from the beach.This is ideal for a couple who wants to be in the perfect location off the beaten path.The king-sized bed was oh so comfy and we slept well. It was equipped with everything we needed, plus two great restaurants are just across the road from the condo complex. Mary was very responsive to our inquiries. I would highly recommend it -- you will want to rent a car if you stay here.

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary. We loved staying here. So peaceful. We had everything we needed. The bed was a bit firm for our liking but other than that everything was perfect. We highly recommend staying here and the restaurant across the street.

Loved the condo, the property and the beach! The hosts were very helpful and accomodating. My family and I would definitely stay there again in the future! We were there for a funeral, but for the majority of the time felt like we were on vacation. Our choice of rental helped to life our spirits.
