We very much enjoyed our stay! David is an excellent and responsive host. The condo was very comfortable and cozy, all was as advertised. The location was very convenient to Beaver Creek Village, either walking, skiing or on the shuttle. We look forward to our next trip back!

Great stay, even with less snow it was still ski in, just had to walk out. Lift should open soon. Awesome property. The only thing I'd change if I could change anything is make the balcony a bar railing instead of a wall to maximize the openness of the balcony and the beautiful views.

In short, this is a great place to stay in a beautiful location. The hosts/owners could not have been more gracious. From the moment we checked in until the day preceding our departure, they were in touch to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and if we had any needs. The staff were both professional and friendly. The facility was undergoing a renovation, much of which has been completed, and looks great -- clean and modern. Again, a very nice place to stay and look forward to a return trip in the future.

There is not enough space to express my thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Kameron for allowing us to stay in their condo @ The Charter in Beaver Creek, CO. Married in Beaver Creek 17 yrs ago, this was our first family trip back to Colorado. The condo is perfectly placed to enjoy all of Beaver Creek + Vail, Copper, Breck, Keystone, or Abasin. The condo is very clean & includes a washer / dryer / full kitchen w/ all you need for any meal (pack some food, meals are $$$ in the Village). Rocky Mtn views are exceptional overlooking the pool, and includes never ending sounds of humming birds, and the river below will lull you to sleep! They unit has 3 AC units that work great to cool afternoon sun (AC is not needed @ night, open the windows). Beds, towels, all else is first class. Overall The Charter was great, however mgt communication regarding the ongoing construction was not great. I tried to keep in mind the construction is temporary, and will make this place even better! Upon check-in download the Village shuttle app. Much like Lyft / Uber, works great! We also had our golden retriever with us and had NO problems in Beaver Creek or The Charter. By the end of our trip our dog was a local celebrity. As we left Beaver Creek for home, we all had tears in our eyes (play Dierks Bentley - Sun Sets In Colorado)! We can't wait to return! Perfect for four adults and the hosts were very thoughtful by having everything we needed. Ski-in/ski-out was wonderful.

Great location

This condo was the perfect place to stay. It was an easy elevator ride to the condo, and down to the ski shop, spa, pool and jacuzzi. There are constant shuttle buses arrive to take you to main lift (Centennial) or the village of Avon. It is truly a ski in/ski out location. A lovely trail takes you to the Elkhorn lift behind the lodge and can ski back in through Strawberry Park. Also can ski back in from the main Centennial lift. Beautiful views of the ski mountain from the condo. The condo was very comfortable with everything this is needed. All people including front desk, bus drivers, and other residents were very friendly. Thank you David!

Our stay here was amazing! The condo is in a great location, with ski in and out. A very comfortable stay. We had a parking spot miscommunication but David was quick to solve the issue to our satisfaction! The owners of the property make it super easy to communicate with which made me feel at ease.

The property was beautiful and had everything a family of four could want during a relaxing getaway. Well stocked kitchen made for easy cooking during our stay. A variety of television options and wifi for the teenagers. I highly recommend and we will be back!

Could not ask for better hosts and a perfect location. We have stayed for years at the Hyatt but this time tried something different in the same area. With dogs in tow, it all felt like home away from home. You can't go wrong! We will be back next year.

My wife and I, and our daughters family (plus our dog Buster), were delighted with our stay! The unit was fully equipped with every thing we needed, to include all of the condiments required. We did not use the bar items that David thoughtfully provided, since we brought our own. Though the chocolates and bubbly that he provided were great! Also, we really needed the AC that the unit had. David’s coordination in advance with the Charter’s management made it easily easy for us to check in, especially his instructions on how arrive with a dog. The gym, and hot tubs/swimming pools, were enjoyed by all! I really enjoyed the Vail Pass Bike Tour through Charter Sports! I made it in 1 1/2 hours, even though I am 81 years old. As for eating out, I would recommend the German restaurant "Ein Prosit”, and the Gondola for Pizza in Avon.

David's condo is clean, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well equipped for couples or families. Indoor and outdoor heated pools and quick access to hiking, biking, playground, shops and restaurants make it ideal for summer stays. David is a perfect host. You will love this property.

This was the perfect place to spend a long ski weekend. Skiing, transpiration and restaurants were so convenient and the condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The staff at the Charter are so kind and helpful.

We’ve been visiting Beaver Creek for 10yrs & had always stayed at the Park Hyatt. As our kids have grown & we also invited their cousin, a hotel room or two just wasn’t going to be as comfortable, especially given the elements our society is dealing w/ today in COVID. The Charter is nicely located just steps from the village & skiing (we skied back to the property most days) & the size of David & Kristie’s condo was enough for us. The property has amenities similar to the hotels in pools, jacuzzis (kids used most days after skiing), gym, spa, game room & lobby restaurant. The Charter has a shuttle that can take you to the village, but the walk is very short & nice (we didn’t use the shuttle). As far as owners, you’ll not find a better partner then working with David & Kristie. They’re honest, straightforward, thoughtful, very kind & respected at The Charter. It was a true pleasure working with them on our trip. Thanks again David & Kristie!

I'd stay here again in a heart-beat. The only thing missing was enough snow to utilize the ski-in/ski-out. That said, the bus was right at the front door making constant trips to and from the main lift every 10 minutes.

Our family all loved the home. Very cozy (the blankets!) and thoughtful decor and amenities within and without. My 3 & 8 year old boys loved the arcade and playground at The Charter. I felt comfortable with our baby crawling around the rental (there is a fireplace, and the things that come with it that aren’t as baby friendly but she ignored it). Such an easy walk into the village and near literally everything. With the policy of leaving alcohol, snacks or games that you feel others would appreciate, there’s a cool sense of social/community to staying here as well. I could feel how welcoming it is from the first instant. You’ll love it.
