It was exactly as described .and the pictures were spot on. The owner was very helpful if I had any questions. He responded within of a text.

We stayed in a unit on the 5th floor - it was so convenient being able to park and walk right in to the condo! The property was well maintained and all staff were friendly and courteous. Treasure Island is an excellent choice if coming to the beach!

The condo was clean, well stocked and easily accessible for unloading and loading. The facility is clean and well run. The area has many choices of great restaurants. We loved the quiet area of the lower lagoon. Gerry was incredibly nice to work with and helped us out if a pinch. Many thanks for a great vacation!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! I loved the large balcony! It felt like you were right on the water. I am a cook and found they had everything I needed to make some great meals. I would only add a couple smaller sauce type pans but was able to make do with what was there. There were plenty of utensils. The chair service was nice. Once you get your chairs they are yours for the week so you want to reserve them once you get to the condo to make sure there are some available. We liked they had vending machines on the first floor too. There was also a nice poolside small store that had food items and drinks. They had a frozen mango drink in there that was amazing! The pool was warm and clean and big too. I don’t like hot tubs but my friends do and said it was a great one. I also used the gas grills on the third floor. They were big and clean. There was plenty of space in the condo and it was clean and well maintained. The only negative I would even give is the beds were a stiffer memory foam. I prefer more of a medium softness. Even with that every things else was so good I would definitely stay here again. Also owners were very easy to work with and checked in to make sure everything was good for us. One of our favorite vacations!

We have come to PCB every year almost for 15 years and stayed at Treasure Island for most of them and this was by far our favorite room that we have stayed in. It was extremely convenient to be able to park on the 5th floor and walk right to our car and the condo was extremely clean and well stocked. It was decorated nicely and was the perfect beach getaway!

We stayed the week of the tropical storm so we were only able to go out on the beach 1 1/2days . The condo is so very nice 5th floor was perfect. I plan to return as soon as possible. Thank you Gerry for sharing your beach house.

Everything was amazing. It was truly paradise. Thank you Gerry for letting us stay in your condo. We will definitely be back next June and recommend it to everyone.

This is the second time that we have stayed in room 502 and as long as that room is available that is were we will stay. Kitchen is full of pots and pans plenty towels everything you need. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of seating on balcony. I have never had a complaint with anything. If you have a question the owner is very quick to respond love,love love Treasure Island.

Condo was great. Weather not so much. Beach was closed for half of our stay. Grandchildren loved sleeping in the “closet”. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Condo on the best side of PCB. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated with a beachy feel, and provided a great week for my family to enjoy spring break!

From the moment we walked into 502 treasure island, we experienced sheer relaxation and happiness! The patio deck has an awesome view of the coastline. Dolphins and pelicans greeted us. We spent so much time on the deck. Even though we were there during spring break, our south end of PCB was not crowded. The kitchen was great. Heavy duty pots and pans- yes, we steamed crab legs twice! Quality utensils and there are plenty of coffee filters. Favorite restaurant besides our own crab boil-Firefly. Gerry was great to work with. Maybe next year? Tamme H

This is a beautiful condo with magnificent views. The rooms are a good size, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you might need. We had a great time and loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. Also appreciated that this complex is on the quieter end of Panama City Beach during Spring Break.

This condo is very nice and relaxing. The best thing is that this is a 5th floor unit. You can drive to the 5th floor parking garage, covered, grab a cart, take your things to the room and never get on an elevator. Also Mike, the beach guy, that sets up,chairs etc is awesome. I had my 83 yo mother with me and he was so accommodating to both of us. I will be reserving from Gerry again. He is very responsive and helpful.

THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN. WELL STOCKED KITCHEN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO.

We loved our unit 502. The view is amazing!!! Our unit was beautiful, clean and well maintained. We stayed cool at night which meant we slept nicely😊�. The beach chairs was a definite plus. Waking up every morning to that view was wonderful!!!! Gerry is so nice!!! We will definitely stay in this unit again.
