Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, the view and the spaciousness of this home was perfect. We had 15 adults, 2 children and 1 infant and we were very pleased with the set up of the home, the bedrooms, the living spaces, etc. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the kitchen and dining area as well. The pool and the easy access out to the beach was fantastic. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the island very fun. The house certainly needed some updates and some TLC. We went at the end of July and needed management to come out twice to deal with wasp nests that were in many locations. One guest was stung several times. Also one dryer was broken and when we arrived, some lightbulbs were burnt out, there was still some trash in the house when we arrived and a moldy shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. The grill had only one side working. Management did come out and were always nice and helpful. We loved being here as a family and had a wonderful time but felt for the price of the rental, these items should have been taken care of before we arrived. We would stay here again but would want to make sure everything was in order before we came. IOP did not disappoint in any way.

The number of bedrooms is the reason we chose the house and that worked out well. The house has a lot of space. The house does need some improvements though. We were unable to use the elevator for most of the trip which was one of the main reasons we chose the house. My parents had to sleep on the first level because the elevator wasn’t really working. Also the grill was not kept up and took a very long time to cook our food which was basically every meal. The bathrooms were a bit dingy and the shower curtains were moldy. Some very easy fixes could have been done to keep the house updated. The dryer did not have a start button and could not be used. They do have another washer and dryer upstairs which was great. The pool was very nice but the area by the pool was very lacking. Compared to the other houses we have stayed at on the street, there is no shaded area to sit and we couldn’t sit by the pool without being in the pool. There is plenty of area to add this but it is not being utilized very well. I would recommend this house for large families who need the space as long as they understand the issues they will encounter for the price they are paying.

We have been enjoying IOPVacations for 28 years. As our family has grown over the years, the need for larger home has increased. C Breeze is the most user friendly larger home we have visited. East island is great with loads of experience and full knowledge of their properties. Nice nice folks with whom to work We loved our relaxing fun week.
