My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your Villa and it was as described. It was very clean upon arrival. Minor issue with internet/wifi which the property manager Becky helped resolve the issue very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Very clean, spacious, and great pool area. Spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub. Location is close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The owner and management company were very helpful. We would recommend this property to others, you will not be disappointed.

We loved our stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Pool area was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. We stay in this area at least once a year and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Haines City. Be aware that there isn’t an easy way to enter or exit the spa. It was built without steps to walk in, although there is a rail. If you have more limited mobility, this could present difficulties. We requested that the pool and spa were heated. The spa came up to temperature quickly when we were getting ready to use it. The owner provided plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our group. The 2 king rooms with en suite bathrooms were on opposite sides of the house, giving some extra privacy, plus each had direct access to the pool area. The house could use some minor items addressed, but none was sufficient to affect our stay. All the pillows need to be replaced, so bring your own if possible. Shower heads need replacing and spray water all over. Cabinets in baths and kitchen are missing knobs, so you have to pry them open. The neighborhood was quiet despite being relatively close to a busy main street. This house is not far from the theme parks, although busy rush hour traffic, accidents and construction can easily double your drive time. Pay attention to map apps when routing your drive and allow extra time to get to the theme park areas.

The property was nice, the poperty management were very responsive, i suggest calling over email as they were quicker to respond that way, the owner was very helpful during the booking process! It's located very close to walmart, and also in the vicinity has a Publix, Ross and a discount souviner store which all came in handy to us!

We booked the property for our trip to Legoland and Peppa pig and overall we had a great experience. We were 2 families with 3 kids and particularly appreciated the care the host took in providing everything the kids needed like highchair, pack and play and there was even a stroller. Oh and let's not forget the stuffies in their bedrooms which were lots of fun to play with. And the fun room where again the kids had a great time. House was very clean and in proximity of nice restaurants and Publix 10 min away. Thank you John for making us feel at home!

The Villa was as listed. The location was close to restaurants for eating out. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed in the Villa to make our weeks stay enjoyable. We would recommend this property to others.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Communication with the owners and property manager was excellant. The pictures are on point. We enjoyed the pool every day! If we are ever in the Orlando area in the future, we would stay here again. No complaints!

This was the perfect home to enjoy some rest and relaxation between our outings to the beach and Universal Orlando. There were 9 of us and had tons of space for everyone to be comfortable. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival my family was immediately pleased with the cleanliness and accommodations of the house we rented for the week of our vacation. Having the available space to invite friends and family over to visit us while we were in Florida for a vacation was amazing. My wife was so pleased with the neighborhood in the house that she is now looking for a house that we can purchase. If we do purchase a house, hopefully our host will be able to manage our property as well as a rental.

We stay in the Davenport/Haines City area every year for our Disney vacation. This house is up to par. The star of this property is the beds in the suites. The most comfortable of any property we've stayed at. Very clean. Hot tub and pool heating worth the cost. Would stay again and would recommend.

My family and I stayed here during Spring break while we were visiting Legoland. The property was very clean, I have OCD and I’m a neat freak and I was very impressed by the cleanliness. The house was equipped to enjoy all of your family meals here while visiting. The gated community was a nice perk, and the house was conveniently located close to Walmart and Lowes. My family enjoyed the pool after a long day at the parks, and the safety gate provided peace of mind for my toddler. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Lovely neighbourhood, great for walking, people were friendly, we felt very safe and it's quiet and quite private. Pool and hot tub were great, we enjoying sitting out by the pool working during the day. Property is as described, grounds were well kept, house was neat and tidy and the beds in both masters were very comfortable. Having the Walmart Super centre so close was convenient for groceries, etc. Some very good restaurants close to the home. If you like boating, the Chain of Lakes is quite close , we rented a pontoon boat and toured the lakes and enjoyed the waterski show at Legoland with our family. Thank you John and Caroline for a wonderful stay.

Overall this property was pretty good. We stayed with our family of 7 for a month. We had everything we needed at the house, except I would recommend clearing some of the random junk out of the kitchen. Leftover candles and lids and pieces and parts and old mail like a cluttered kitchen, not a nice clean rental kitchen. The large appliances in the kitchen were very nice. We had a few minor requests and things we contacted the peoperty manager about and she was very responsive and quick to fix. Pool and spa were great. Kept very clean and the pool guy was very polite and friendly.. We were pleased with the house itself. We did not really like the area of Haines City at all. Traffic everywhere, was frustrating to drive anywhere. The local stores and restaurants were extremely crowded and we ended up just spending more time at the house because it was stressful to drive anywhere.

We had a great time in this wonderful villa. Everything was as described, uncomplicated and everybody was helpful. We informed the Service Company once, because of a minor problem and they reacted immediately. And the trash bins were placed at the street and we did not find out who really supported us! Our plan was to do sightseeing and playing golf. All worked well and we found a nice and reasonably priced golf course close by. The Willowbrook Golf Course is absolutely recommendable. Had a great time staying at the property. Was exactly as described. We had a very minor issue on our first day and within 1hr of contacting the owner, a member of the property agency was knocking on the door and the problem solved. My only problem was getting in and out the hot tub. Although as previously mentioned in a recent review there is a rail to help you step out, with problem knees it is still a very big step down. Maybe a sticker on the patio door so that it is obvious when closed as you couldn’t really see when the sun was shining on it. A big thumbs up for the teapot, my husband and our friends particularly loved this in the morning. Thanks for a great holiday, would thoroughly recommend for either the Orlando parks or just for discovering the area.

Overall good but could have used more dishes, no propane in tank, low on toilet paper.

Checking in was easy and easy to find. Property was clean and comfortable. The pool was so nice to have! It was also clean ant the perfect temperature. Just note for people with bad knees hot tub is hard to get in and out of- but really nice!!

We stayed in Haines City for a softball tournament that was being held in Winter Haven. The villa was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for two families. It was an easy commute each day to the softball complex and it was close proximity to local grocery shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay as well. We highly recommend this villa.

The house was close enough to the park we were visiting. There is a lot of development going on, so there will likely be more services in the next year. Everything was clean and though we did not use it, it was good to have a computer and printer on site. Our boys enjoyed the sunken area out back to play ball. The game room in the garage brought a lot of joy to all of us. Our kids enjoyed the pool and numerous pool toys. There were sufficient glassware, cookware, and plasticware. However. we had some concerns, as well. The keypad for the door, never worked. The door was unlocked when we arrived, which is really more of a concern for the owner than us. We had to use the "backup key" each time. We paid $60 extra for heated pool and jacuzzi (spa). In spite of following the instructions in the welcome book, neither ever resembled anything close to heated. We are still awaiting our refund on this. The toaster didn't work (we tried several outlets). For us, that's big as we love toast and peanut butter for breakfast. Additionally, the Xbox did not work (again, we followed the instructions). Finally, I know that it's the owner's choice, but the blinds were so cheap that many pieces had already fallen, some were sitting in the garage. We were taking pictures, as is our process, to ensure we record entry damage and avoid charges. It was a decent stay, and could have been great with just a few...tweaks.
