We love this building and this unit was as wonderful as all of them. Clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible. With ease the best parking spot in the whole building. Thanks so much!!

My family and I rented 4 units at Grande Bay Resort for a large family vacation. Of the 4, this was the most beautiful. The communication with the management for this unit was immediate. Thank you for keeping your unit fresh, and for the wonderful memories!!! I hope to rent this unit again!

The location was excellent for access to Cruz Bay restaurants and bars. We were able to walk to dinner each evening which was a huge plus because parking in town is difficult to find. Easy drive to beaches and national park. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, towels, and floats. Would definitely recommend this location.

Simply Perfect!
This condo was so convenient to walk from the ferry dock and to all of the bars and restaurants. We had tons of amenities at the complex like a fitness room and pool. The condo was stocked with tons of unexpected items like a washer and dryer and even detergent! No detail was over looked by the owners and management.

Perfect Vacation
This condo was one of the best things about our vacation. It was not only in walking distance to the ferry and "downtown" Cruz Bay" (on the beach was the fastest), the view was AMAZING!! We loved walking to the little beach and enjoying the cocktails of the local restaurants and bars and sitting on the beach. We loved having our wine on the patio and watching the boats. We were able to use the chairs and cooler for our days at other beaches. The condo was super clean and Kim was so responsive if I had a question. I would love to come back to St. John and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for an awesome stay!

Perfect setting for long awaited family vacation
The property was exactly as described at perfectly located to town, beaches, restaurants and the ferry. The balcony was a great setting for watching the harbor and sunsets while catching breezes off water. The property manager was helpful and made sure all was ready for us on arrival. We also enjoyed having the beach towels and accessories available so we could travel light.

Perfect Getaway for our Family
Everything we could ever need was there! Property manager went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again. Absolutely beautiful!

this property was awesomeness lol..totally returing loved it all the way everything was great and had a blast. great location the views are amazing ..wish pool was colder!! but no complaints lol..thanks so much cant wait to go backlaura jordan

We had four adults in our group and had a one-bedroom unit on the second floor. It was an excellent set up and very spacious. We did not do any cooking in the full kitchen but it seemed to have everything available if needed. Our room was closest to the road so we could hear the waves coming in when sitting on the balconies. The resort was perfectly located and allowed us to conveniently walk everywhere within Cruz Bay. We strongly recommend this unit. The only thing that was missing that would have been helpful would have been a binder with information/reviewsof area restaurants, charters, car rentals, etc.
