Our group of cousins! 6 adults and 8 teens! This property had space for all of us, including beds for all the kids to have their own- which is HUGE! We loved the 2 living rooms, we had a puzzle going and in the other room was Basketball Finals on the TV and games at the dining room table. We ate most meals in and were able to spread out at the Tiki Bar, or dining room. Added bonus- surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes- which we tried just about everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool- yes even though the pool wasn't heated, the area is protected from the ocean breeze and we dipped to cool off. The beach access, was easy and just across the street. It felt like our own private beach, with so many shells and smooth rocks to find. The kids did a couple midnight missions to hunt for ghost crabs, with great success! Thank you so much for all the memories! Let us know if anyone beats MDG's high scores!

Awesome place! The outdoor area is fantastic. Owner was very responsive. No issues. House was perfect our family! Highly recommended! Great tiki bar area and the views alone makes it worth it.

The house has enough space for everyone to spread out and hang out and read a book if necessary. It is not luxurious as indicated in the listing but it was definitely a lot of fun! My only complaint was the riptides 😳

Loved the house , tiki bar, deck, pool and convenient beach access

This is a cozy and comfortable home with a great layout for our multi-generational family vacation. We enjoyed the outdoors spaces including the tiki bar, hot tub and pool, corn hole & firepit, and the docks on the canal. The use of kayaks and paddleboards was also a plus. The home is in a great location with easy access to a beautiful and serene part of the beach.

This property was super cute and exactly what we needed for a birthday weekend away with best friends. Lots of room and we enjoyed fishing right on the canal. Right across from the beach as well. Super convenient!

The house has a lot of room and is spacious. The outside area tiki bar, pool and hot tub was nice.

This is a special place. There are lots of books for quiet time yet plenty of room to gather together. We love it here!

This property is basically as described, great spaces and comfortable inside. Check in was easy but it was unclear where sheets would be. There are some flies, but it’s the beach and doors are open! Outdoor spaces are the best part with the tiki bar and sunset views, short walk to beach and nice pool and hot tub. We had a great time. Some outdoor cushions need to be replaced for better sitting comfort and kitchen supplies need a refresh. Otherwise a solid fun rental.

It was a windy/rainy week at the beach but the Tiki house had a wonderful outdoor bar, pool and hot tub that made it fun even when the beach itself was inhospitable. John was a very responsive host and any issues were quickly resolved. Highly recommend.

The property is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends.

Great house for family vacation. It had everything you needed. Quick walk across to beach. Caught fish and crabs in canal. Even named the alligator in the canal for the kids. Fredrick was about 4 foot long and was fun to watch.

It was great spending time with my family but the property itself was a disappointment. We had to fight ants and roaches all week. The maintenance man was very rude. Had to make our own beds when we arrived. I think when you pay the kind of money I paid the beds should be made when you arrive and the house should be clean. I would never rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids stayed extremely busy fishing off the dock and kayaking. The access to the beach is closer than what it looks like in photos. Plenty of activities at this house. It gives the best of both worlds- oceanfront and canal front. It rained two days if our stay and we sat outside on the porch around the tiki bar. The kids had lunch at the tiki bar everyday. Very pet and kid friendly.

The three kids ran around , jumped in the pool, swam, enjoyed the hot tub and had a super time. The kayaks were a great addition. The beach access is really close to the house and wasn't too far for the little kids or great-grandparent to walk to. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking; the beds are comfortable; the Tiki Bar area is fun! We really loved this house and our relaxing vacation!! (The only important suggestion is to make the deck railings more secure. There are areas where the wire was loose and a little person could easily fall through. )
