The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, loved the views.

I booked this stay for a birthday weekend for 8 guests. An additional guest stopped by for dinner. As a result of having a 4th car in the driveway for 30 minutes I received a $2,000 fine from County of San Bernardino. I received 18+ missed calls from the property manager, however my phone was on silent and our dinner was interrupted by a security guard telling us to move our cars immediately down the hill. About 3 weeks later I received an email from Cedar Hill stating that I was responsible for paying a $2,000 parking citation. The property manager appealed the fine and unfortunately this was not granted and I was stuck paying the $2,000 fine in full. If I had known that those 3 days would have cost more than $4k I would have booked a luxurious house that allowed for 4 cars. Lesson learned. Word to future vacationers - the next unsuspecting tenant who receives a violation will get stuck with a $3,000 fine.

Had a wonderful two night stay at the Cedar Hills cabin. The family enjoyed lounging around on the deck or in front of the TV and fireplace. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location a short drive from the village.

Booking this property was a great idea. We would stay here again. Ideally located with awesome view and what was great was that from parking, you don't have to do stairs (just a couple of steps) to the main door that leads you to the living room. Lots of rooms and bathrooms with full kitchen appliances and loved how this was dog friendly. This was a very comfortable, well equipped house for our stay. Heating was great, lots of blankets and pillows, many sitting options inside and on the decks. The drive to the village and other areas for food and hiking was really convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent, very prompt. We did have to wait ~20mins to be given check in instructions due to a delay on their end. It was a little inconvenient because I had called and messaged multiple people asking if check in instructions was sent. Just a little stressful because signal on my phone was cutting in and out and we were travelling with a baby. Other then that everything went very smoothly. I would book here again.

Very enjoyable stay! A super-clean property which was as advertised. We were very pleased! Really only had one small disappointment: the TV did not have regular broadcast channels, plus it required a PhD in electronics to operate it. I had someone like that with me, and still we had difficulty getting it to work well. I think at some time (maybe 3-5 yrs ago), hooking up the TV with the stereo was worthwhile, but now that system is in need of updating. But we weren't there to watch TV, so it was not a huge issue.

This was the perfect Lake Arrowhead getaway for my family. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The view of the lake was amazing. The kids enjoyed the loft with games and a foosball table. The best part is that the cabin is pet-friendly, and we were able to bring our dog with us. I will definitely book this cabin again for my next visit to Lake Arrowhead.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely gat away with my family of 5. The home is comfortable and unpretentious. I haven't been to this area in many years and forgot how the road up Rt. 18 is a bit windy and twisty. We experienced the first snow and it was harrowing to get back home. So, be prepared, as the roads are narrow. As far as the house, it had a beautiful view and all the basic amenities.

I can tell you that it was an great home and that we enjoyed the view but honestly, that is just the tip of what I experienced. We found the home to be very peaceful and we thought that the speakers were a nice touch as we put on some music as background noise. Let me get into after we left, the most important thing was left behind, a teddy bear! Apparently Martha, the housekeeper was so thoughtful that before we even called, she let Sylvia, who is her manager, know about it and set it aside. Monica contacted Sylvia and it was just amazing how well coordinated everyone was. Thank you so much for helping return something so important! I can't wait to use one of your homes again.

Nothing but lies and very rude. The property was a death trap. We went to lake arrowhead and the day we were about to go to the cabin the said we can’t go to the lake. They charged me a extra deposit and kept it for a month. Like I said worst vacation ever. Never using them again.

The pros: loved the view of the lake, the balconies, the fact that we could bring our dog. The property itself was very nice. The cons: Advertised as having lake rights, "restrictions due to COVID". We found out from from the locals that the association had changed that no rentals were allowed on the Lake unless accompanied by owner over three months ago. That was a big factor for us renting a property with "Lake Rights", and obviously if its a VRBO we would not have the owner with us. I feel the management company should have known this. We visited during a heat wave and brought several fans with us which were helpful, the home itself did not have adequate fans to cool down during this time, it still stayed in the high 80's sometimes 90's inside. There was trash inside the cans when we arrived, which I sent photos to management as to not get charged. Not having a TV in the master, or having local channels on the main TV, was kind of a bummer. If my husband wanted to catch up with the daily/local news he had to go to a separate bedroom which was odd. Management is very strict on check in...when we arrived the cleaners were just finishing up, an hour before check in and it was very "as per protocal" that we were to wait to get the green light before giving us the code, which would have been another hour waiting had we not arrived as the cleaners were finishing. In spite of the cons we did have a relaxing retreat considering the times that we are in.
