Great accommodations for multi family stay. We gathered by the pool most days and lots to do just a short drive away.

This home is exactly as advertised. It is in a great location. An easy drive to Busch Gardens, the Tampa airport, Clearwater, and the surrounding area. The home was very clean and we enjoyed the pool immensely.

Positive: Had a problem with the pool, was resolved quickly. Good communication with property manager. Well supplied kitchen for cooking(except no kitchen towels) Room for improvement: Uncomfortable beds. Could use dressers or somewhere to put suitcases in bedrooms

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It had comfortable beds for everyone. Three bathrooms was perfect and they were all walk in showers. Perfect for all 6 of us senior ladies. The pool was refreshing. A couple of our group had difficulties getting in & out of the pool since there are no hand rails at the entry steps to the pool. There are numerous family friendly items in the garage & walk in closet for those with young ones. Plenty of living space and very well equipped kitchen. I was confused by the lockbox. I was expecting a realtor box on the front door handle. It was a box on the porch wall. I had to ask help to get into it but finally got the key. There is a keypad entrance to the garage which is what we used exclusively because the front door deadbolt locked from the inside with the lever but not lock from the outside with the key. That was the main negative thing. Other than that & no rail to the pool, this was a dream house for us. I would recommend it to anyone needing this number of beds & bathrooms. We loved this home.

My 12 yr old grandson was thrilled with the pool. We liked the location, quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. We went deep sea fishing twice and had a big fish fry and brought home several bags of frozen fish. The house was pretty, inside and out. Everything was as advertised.

Our overall experience was great. Only a couple of things: one bed had dirty sheets! The home could use some ceiling fans! Overall great experience.

I didn't like to have to fold the towels this is extra work especially when the maid is asking for tips

We were very pleased with our stay. Management was great. The house was clean, quiet, comfortable, and well located. The house design was ideal for our age-varied group, and the pool and pool deck were a hit for young and old alike.

The pool was definitely the highlight, especially for the kiddos. The hot tub isn't as warm as we like, but focus was on the pool anyway. House is large and affords lot sof privacy if needed. Nice to have a table big enough to seat 7, making family dinners special.

House was great family vacation together. Great location and clean bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. We had issues with thermostat which didn’t allows to control temperatures. Exterior needs TLC but the interior was nice.

We could have used some more bath towels and the toaster didn't work. The hot water heater is only 45 gallons and isn't big enough for 8 people and some took cold showers. The house is in a nice neighborhood and a good location. There were plenty of beach chairs which was great, coolers and if you have children, sand toys. The pool and hot tub were a great feature. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location close to everything, really nice neighborhood, house was nice, looks like it could use some tlc outside, inside was nice, new bathrooms, pool table xould use new felt. Pillows were pretty flat. Could not get pool up to temperature even with instructions, pool guy said heater was on timer and only works for 8 hours then turned off, pretty accurate. Check in says there are spare keys to use and none were found.

On the plus side, the neighborhood was quiet and generally well-kept, the house clean and the bathrooms were updated. Also enjoyed the pool table. On the "needs improvement" list: 1) much better mattresses, particularly in the room with two single beds - each had four to six-inch mattresses not fit for an adult or child; 2) small amenities like body wash in the showers; water in the fridge; 4) upgraded furniture all around; 4) bar stools with a wee bit of padding (the current stools had a very uncomfortable plastic seat); 5) upgrade to the 1980's boom box (a $100 Bluetooth speaker would be a huge improvement); 6) dressers in the bedroom.; 7) larger TV; 8) dimmer light switches. I know, I sound like a Premadonna, but the house was functional, at best, and certainly not luxury. But it has potential which just a few small investments. If made, I would stay again.

The house had adequate space for the six of us. Of the four bedrooms, only one had a decent mattress. All of the mattresses were covered in a plastic and were not comfortable. A couple sets of sheets had stains on them and a comforter had dried blood on it. I contacted the Izabella at 9:00 the next morning and requested new sheets to be brought over. I was told she would contact the housekeeper. I checked back at 4:30 pm on , “The sheets and was told the sheets were washed and bleached. Please wash it again if you prefer this way.” I was very disappointed that I had to wash my sheets at a place I was paying to stay. There was no bleach, but clothes soap. All the stains came out. To me, they were not washed. Despite the mishap, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice neighborhood and was clean. All the bathrooms were completely remodeled. Pool and hot tub heated for year round use. Could use a landscaping and living room furniture upgrade but pleased with our stay!

3 couples stayed at this home. Their goal was to ride the Pinellas Bike Trail. Spent two days riding and the rest of the time in the spa, pool, and playing billiards.

We had family from Europe in town and needed extra space for people to sleep. It is a beautiful home , near our home. Owners very responsive and easy to deal with!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home! Everything was as advertised, the home was very spacious, the owner was very accommodating to our needs. The pool table was a hit as well as the pool and hot tub. This was a priceless memory!

This is the perfect place! I loved the layout the first time we stayed here and the updates to the bathrooms were amazing. This time other family members joined us and the room layouts work great. Location is lovely and the place has a lot to offer. Highly recommend staying here!

Very easy process. No issues.

Stayed here with two adults and two teenagers. More than enough room for everyone. Enjoyed the pool and spa everyday and the pool table was a great addition as well. We were able to park in the garage too.

Exceptional well appointed home in lovely neighborhood. Beautiful property, CLEANEST property I’ve ever rented! Rental agent knocking customer service out of the park~prompt replies to inquiries. Owner also readily available!! We LOVED this property and hope to return!!

We stayed at Pipers Meadow for our wedding week with family and friends. The house is well equipped, comfortable, and conveniently located.

We used this as our home base to celebrate our father's 90th birthday. Our father lives just a couple miles away. It was a perfect spot to gather. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, billiards room, beach towels and chairs and most importantly the chance to be together and visit with each other. The property has been updated (need to update pics online), was very clean, and our contact, Izabella, responded right away when we called because we felt the pool temp was initially too cool. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Our check in was at 4:00pm and we got there at 8:00 pm someone was there cleaning at 8:00 pm!… owner said she got confused with my check in, so the cleaning lady left, and it was not clean, there was trash under the bed tables, sofa and there was not toilet paper, towels, dish soap, etc… Owner did not reply to me untill next day!… really disappointing since is not my first time renting!…

So upon arrival we noticed the internet an tv wasn’t working I called Isabella and she had me contact spectrum to get the issue fixed. I had to report the router name and password to her for she didn’t know. Second the floors was dirty there were ants in the house as well as roaches. The shower headed was full of filth all three. The shower liner in the bathroom by the kitchen was horrible and need to be in the trash. There was no wash clothes when it stated she provided happy we all brought our own. The linen was dirty we went and bought stuff to sleep on top of what was there because we didn’t feel safe. When I reached out to izabella with pictures I got no response as I did with the internet. The place has Potential but need a lot of upgrades and a bee cleaning service. The pool area was dirty like it wasn’t cleaned from the guest before. It was just a mess.

My husband & I stayed here with our 3 children for our 15 year anniversary vacation. The house was spacious, bedrooms were good size and the pool table was a hit. Pool area was nice, we spent most of our time out in here. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Very friendly property manager to work with! This home was clean and large with many nice updated features! The decor was bright and inviting. The outside pool and hot tub was great! We spent all our downtime swimming and my kids loved it!! I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars because the in closure for the pool area needs an update. There were many lizards/geckos running inside that area at all times of the day and evening hours! There was also an area between the pool and the table set that was a drainage for pool water, that had metal sticking up so we set a outside chair over that so our kids wouldn’t step on it.

Home was very clean and checkin was easy. Great neighborhood. A few things need to be addressed. No window shade in guest room only a shear curtain, 2 broken patio chairs, the pool drain area next to the table needs maintenance. Furniture in the living area is very worn but to be expexted with the amount of rentals you have. No major issues just things when the home is not in the busy season that should be addressed.
