I would recommend updating the website with the 3rd bedroom sleeping arrangements and picture. The third bedroom is a queen bunk on bottom and single bunk on top with no trundle bed. My daughter’s family of five was going to use this room thinking it slept 2 adults and 3 toddlers nicely but they didn’t all fit. The picture of this room appears to be out of date. The temperature in the unit was also difficult to regulate. Overall, great amenities and so nice to be close to the mountain to take breaks throughout the day.

Great location, short walk to the gondola, great communication, and an all around great experience. We will be back!

Group of friends came to keystone for tbe bluegrass and beer festival. This property was perfect for our needs - very roomie and definitely a place we would choose to stay again. Only issue we noticed was a leaky kitchen faucet and a couple of screens missing but otherwise excellent!

The HOA did turn the water off 1 day but we were out skiing so it didn’t really matter to us. But the dryer broke on the 2nd day. They did get someone out to look at it but it was unfortunately not able to be fixed. So we had to air dry all our cloths every night. Luckily they had enough fans in each room! we would definitely stay there again though.

The property was pretty much exactly like described. Great location & amenities, especially for skiing. A couple of things that need to be checked out are the kitchen sink faucet that doesn’t seem to be working properly and also would be great if they would switch to non-stick pans because it’s a pain to clean every time you cook. I would also consider replacing the trundle bed/mattress because that is pretty bad to sleep on. Other than that we had a great time & can’t really complain about the unit. The building should reconsider their ski lockers so that people with larger units get larger lockers (not sure why they would make them all the same size when clearly different units have different requirements).

Check-in process was onerous (especially in the age of digital keylocks). Water was shut-down to entire building for half-day and mgmt co offered nothing when I requested bottled water or something for our small children be provided. I understand this was not their fault, but they could've sprung to help their visitors rather than provide canned responses - "we apologize for the inconvenience". Also, the kitchen / living room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks with trash and crumbs everywhere. Overall, a great stay, but some minor improvements would go a long way.

Each family had their own bedroom and bath and the large kitchen "picnic table" was large enough for all of to sit at. Location was fantastic, only a short 5 minute walk to the River Run gondola which was perfect for our younger grandkids. Epic Mountain Rental, located in the Buffalo Lodge building, was another plus. Overall a great condo and fantastic trip.

The condo we rented was wonderful, and the owners thought of everything. The problem was with the communication w/SCMR. They were hard to work with regarding an hour earlier check in (low season), and parking. Our son was getting married in Keystone, and we had several events that we needed to attend. I was forced to book another day on the beginning of the trip so that we could get settled before the events started the next day. What a waste of an extra day. It took us about 90 minutes to get our keys, and finally get into the condo. My daughter and I arrived on Wednesday evening, drove into the garage and loaded a luggage cart. Upon wheeling over the luggage cart to the elevators, we see a note posted on the door that the elevator was broken. Wow. Why didn't they let us know that BEFORE we unloaded the car! There should have been a sign where all the luggage carts were so we knew there was an issue. You could NOT see the elevator doors from this area. I immediately called and left a message, as I thought ALL the elevators were broken and it would not work for us at all. We were on the third floor. An employee called me back and he seemed very blasé about my concerns. He said "I understand your perception". It wasn't my perception. It was a fact that the garage elevator was broken with zero luggage carts on the first level to get to the working elevators. I did not appreciate his attitude at all. High stress situation, and no compassion. Some customer service skills would be helpful.

It had everything we needed, the beds were comfy and plenty of space for 8 of us. Right outside our front door was miniature golf. There were several hot tubs and we a heated outdoor pool we shared with Dakota lodge right next door. The location is great. Your steps away from keystone village and the ski mountain. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Never fear; there were still pizza, crepes, and groceries available within walking distance, and nearby Dillon was up and running full speed for other places to eat and shop. Yes, even skiing on the green slopes and above at Arapahoe; please be sure you know how to ski, as bunny slopes are long-closed by this point in the year. Loved the on-site hot tubs. Only disappointment was the resort did not open mini-golf while we were there, which was the biggest thing my youngest had looked forward to doing! The course looked great, it just teased him every day not to be able to play. Overall, a perfect condo in the most beautiful location!

We loved Buffalo Lodge for our stay. We had a great few days. A few things did happen that made us disappointed. The elevators didn’t work for a day and the parking elevator was down most our trip. The pillows in our room had no firmness and the furniture could be updated. The couches need to be replaced. Overall it is a great family friendly place to stay just needs some updates. .

Buffalo lodge was perfect for us. Walking distance to gondola and all the shops in the Keystone base village. The condo was very clean and recently updated. Tons of space! Ski locker was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
