Veranda Villa is a nice house with a beautiful wrap around porch! We had 4 adults and 2 teens. We all had plenty of space. It is only 1 block from the beach entrance and the neighborhood cafe. The home is equipped with just about any appliance that you might need. The homeowner was wonderful! Check-in was easy and she had great suggestions on places to eat and included us on events for the neighborhood the week we stayed.

We love this house and the location. This is our second time staying in this area. Christine was a great host and communicated great with me. She even let us go in a couple hours early to change and then we hung out at the beach while the house was cleaned. The house was just enough space for our family of 5. We love the close proximity to the beach. It was also a great bonus to have two beach chairs with an umbrella. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need to cook meals in. We had a few rainy days and loved being able to sit out on the covers porch and listen to the rain. We loved being able to walk around this awesome community. We will for sure be back to stay here again. Thank you for opening your house to our family.

This is a lovely property in a fabulous little community just outside Panama City beach. There was easy access to the airport, groceries and other local communities with great restaurants, etc. The house fit our family of 4 and our friends family of 3 well (with understanding the toddler slept in closet of parent’s bedroom). Plenty of great gathering space, large adult bedrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen. The owners communicated well and were very willing to answer questions in advance to make packing/ planning easier. They provide beach towels, sand toys, etc that all were more than enough for our group. We chose to rent the golf cart at a VERY good rate, and that was an excellent addition. There are 3 pools in the community (2 are normally heated). The owners provide a set of beach chairs complete with umbrella that are fabulous, as they are right by the unit. Even though it as Spring break, it wasn’t too crazy busy. We really enjoyed the family feel and the friendliness of the other visiting families (most of whom seem to come from the mid-west the week we were there). We were unlucky in the weather and experienced a bit of a cold front for our trip, but the house, community, and area all led to plenty of fun despite the chilly temps. The only heads up- the mattresses leave a little something to be desired. With the ocean air and lovely stress free environment I still slept great- but could bother some.

We loved our visit to Veranda Villa and Carillon! Christine was absolutely wonderful to work with! She made sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were answered. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and we hope to continue to return to they area every year!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the home. The community is very kid friendly. The home does need some updating inside and out. Items such as the grill, internet, door locks & dishwasher need a nice over haul. The home does supply everything you need and quite a bit more. We appreciate the communication with the owners and we look forward to visiting the area in the future.

The home fit us to a T. The decor, location, and all the little extras that the owner provided made our stay effortless and relaxing - just what we were looking for.

Lovely home and location.

My family had a wonderful time. The house was welcoming, well appointed and the kitchen well stocked with everything but the food. The beach and pool were an easy walk and the neighborhood nice and quiet. Everyone agreed they would like to come back.

The first half of our week was rainy from Hurricane Ida, the second half was beautiful. We loved the huge porch and the short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 5 and our furry friend. Christine was very helpful and available for recommendations and questions. We look forward to staying here again!

The process of renting the home through VRBO was smooth & efficient. The home was just as described and the pictures represented the house accurately. The home had many amenities for us to use and was well stocked with little extras. We also appreciated the use of the golf cart. The home was within a short stroll to the beautiful beach. We loved having our own beach loungers and umbrella on the beach that was included. The gas grill was great to use and we loved the outdoor shore/faucet to rinse our feet off after the beach. We hope to return.

we absolutely loved the house and neighborhood. everyone was so friendly and Ofcourse the beach is beautiful which is the reason we keep coming back. we're looking forward to next year.

We enjoyed our stay at Veranda Villa! Summertime at Carillon is always special and the house worked well for our family. Christine was great to communicate with. We had an issue with the downstairs air conditioner but it was fixed quickly. We enjoyed cooking at the house and ate many meals outside. We had a lovely time!

We had a great time getting the family together at the beach and we all felt so at home staying in the house. There was plenty of room for everyone and everything worked properly. Just an easy short walk directly to the beach. Christine made sure that everything was perfect for our stay.

Veranda Villa is located in such a wonderful spot in private, yet welcoming beach community. Christine spares no detail in making sure guests have all they need to enjoy this beutiful spot with all the comforts of home - even had aluminum foil and spices! All appliances worked well. Wifi was great, which was important to my sister who had to work all week. Beware the beach chair guy - not the nicest. lol. Don't accidentaly sit on the wrong chair either - he will expect payment! Overall, I highly recommend the house, neighborhood, gorgeous beach, and this wonderful hostess, who is incredibly kind and communicative. Also - eat at Gratify. The food is delicous and the No Name Margarita is the BEST!

Beautiful beach house in wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very accommodating. Just sad we couldn’t stay longer. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this neighborhood. its a gated community so it was very quiet and not any traffic. A lot of people are outside walking and riding bikes. The neighborhood is also located between Rosemary Beach and the Panama City Beach. It was a quick drive to either. The house is an easy quick walk to pretty much anything. The beach, pools and the couple little restaurants in their little community area. The house has great porch space and we loved eating outside. The house also is very well stocked with just about anything you need in the kitchen and extra. Also, Christine is very nice and responds back very quickly. Would definitely recommend and would book it again.

We had a lovely long weekend in Carillon Beach. The home was just beautiful and so comfortable. We were able to bring our little Yorkie which made it all the better. The house was in a great location (very close to beach walkover and pool). Publix and CVS are very nearby with no 30A traffic to inch through. The owners could not have been nicer. So easy to communicate with. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. This was my first time to this neighborhood... Rosemary has just gotten so crowded. This is a gated community, so no traffic. ..Just lovely areas to walk every morning and evening. Can't wait to go back when its warmer.

Wonderful. Tropical storm but no one’s fault

Carillon is one of my favorite places, anywhere. Mixture of homes is enjoyable to stroll along and look at plus most homes are less than a few minutes casual walking distance to the beach. Veranda Villa is a very clean & comfortable house that sits on a corner less than 100 yards from the Carillon bell circle. Highly recommended.
