This house is in the best location for a beach vacation! Desare was so great to communicate with, and everything at the house was perfectly set up and maintained. Being walking distance to the beach can't be beat!

Absolutely perfect!!!!! This house did not dissapoint. The ownwer of this unit is top notch and takes care of all your needs. The house was well equipped for cooking and grilling with all of those stupid things you need on vacation but never have even down to backup toothbrushes in case your buddy is a dope and forgets his. She even had k cups at the ready for us in the well stocked kitchen. We had an isssue with the tv but with quick responses from Desare we solved them with no issues. Bathrooms had an excess of towels and extra toiletries for all of us and being right on the canal was great for fishing 24-7 if you wanted. We had a small hiccup and had to add a day mid stay and Desare quickly accomodated us. Stop reading reviews and just book it already!!!!!!

My husband and two college aged sons had a relaxing and enjoyable get away! Very comfortable accommodations and a great location so close to the beach and great restaurants! Pool was absolutely perfect! So well maintained! Pool towels , toys , beach wagon, chairs , umbrella and bikes! Dock perfect for fishing! Would highly recommend! Desare was absolutely amazing with answering all questions pretty much immediately!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean and well equipped, much more so than other places we have stayed before. The pool was clean. Can't beat the location within walking distance of Deerfield shops and beach. Desare was prompt in answering our questions and even acommoded a last minute request to stay an extra day due to flight issues. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was the perfect place to enjoy everything Deerfield Beach has to offer. Direct boat access, minutes from the beach, and the pool was perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay the owner was quick to respond to all of our needs. The only thing I would suggest fixing would be the plastic pipes sticking up around the pool as they have sharp edges and two children cut their toe on itm other than than everything was absolutely wonderful. We will be back!

We loved staying at the Deerfield beach house. It’s close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants was amazing. Loved the pool and tiki bar too. We would recommend this property to everyone.

This home was perfect for our stay. The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. We walked to the beach. So nice. The host was great and answered all questions. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing view, pool deck, and two blocks from the beach. Kitchen has almost anything you could possibly need. We stayed for thanksgiving and had everything we needed to cook and serve an entire thanksgiving feast.

This was a great experience, everything we needed was there and location couldn't get any better with everything we were trying to do, Desare is an amazing host who had great communication and even better accommodations, the property is jam packed with so many amenities that truly set this place apart from other commercially ran properties. Could not ask for a better host who really wants to give their guests a great experience, will definitely be returning to this property!!

Desare was a great host. The property is fantastic and the pool was great. Desare was nice enough to put up the pool fence since we were traveling with 3 small kids. Desare was a great host. The property is fantastic and the pool was great. Desare was nice enough to put up the pool fence since we were traveling with 3 small kids. Overall I'd say it is a very kid-friendly set up and the house truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walk to the beach and a nearby playground. Beach wagon was a life saver!

A beautiful house. Well appointed. Very clean. Best stocked house I've ever rented. Very clean pool with nice chairs. Tiki hut is fun. Can't beat the location. A quiet oasis near all the action.

The location of the property is great with direct access to the intercostal and walking distance to the beach. Perfect for paddle boarding , fishing and surfing. The house was clean and quiet. My family enjoyed our visit! We would rent again!!

The proximity to the beach was perfect. A short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood to ride our bicycles we brought with us. The tiki hut made a great place for our Thanksgiving meal with family.

Great beach house. Inter coastal on one side and ocean literally one block away with a beautiful pool in between! House has everything you need and it’s walking distance to all. Owners are quick to respond and keep property super clean.

Hidden Gem in Deerfield
This property was outstanding ! First of the all, the location you can’t beat ! The beach , the pool , the restaurants, the shopping I mean need I say more all in 5-10min walk .The home was well stocked for all your personal needs . Desare was amazing with any questions I had . Super quick to respond ;). She was so accommodating , it was my sons birthday and she had the home with balloons for him ;)!! If your looking for this hidden gem on the water a walk to the beach don’t pass this opportunity up ! The best stay

House was lovely and very clean. We were celebrating my dad's 100th birthday, and the family came over. There was plenty of room to hang out. Loved the pool and the back yard. Only about 2 blocks to the beach and that beach was lovely. Also restaurants are walkable. Only issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was so low that you couldn't even wash your face there. I washed mine in the kitchen.

House was lovely and very clean. We were celebrating my dad's 100th birthday, and the family came over. There was plenty of room to hang out. Loved the pool and the back yard. Only about 2 blocks to the beach and that beach was lovely. Also restaurants are walkable. Only issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was so low that you couldn't even wash your face there. I washed mine in the kitchen.
