Perfect location, beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. We had three generations staying together and we all had space. Garage for skis/gear was so helpful. Wonderful stay!

Very well maintained and equipped.
Chose this place to because we planned to be there with a larger party. It ended up being just my wife and I, but a group of four+ would be very comfortable here--plenty of space
My wife and I loved hiving a spacious and well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is a short walk to the city center but still very quiet. It's also near the Wood River walking trail and during peak winter season, the bus picks up right on the corner. Numerous windows in the living area offer great view of the Boulders and I really enjoyed getting up in the morning and sitting in the bay window and having my coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at John & Patsy's lovely cottage for our annual girls trip. It was extremely spacious, clean and cozy. The location was amazing. 10 minute walk into town, 15 minute walk to River Run / 5 minute bus right (the stop is right out front)! The hosts answered our questions via VRBO app quickly and were extremely accommodating. We will be back!

We come here every Christmas and stay at different places. This townhome by far is the best one we have stayed in! Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen has everything you need and it’s super cozy.

What a wonderful place to unwind, spend some much-needed time with friends, and just "be". The location is ideal, whether on foot or by vehicle. We got in a lot of steps this trip, but that was our choice. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will ever need, and the sleeping/bathroom accommodations are perfect for separation and privacy. Patsy and John are incredibly accommodating and responded quickly to a few questions we had. Now, if only, they would reconsider furry family members (with a pet fee of course). We have lots of girl gatherings, and my husband and dog don't mind their alone time, so it's a win-win for all of us :) We will definitely return!!

The location is excellent, the hosts are super nice and let us check in early, and it is great everyone has their own bathroom! The decor, especially in the second bedroom downstairs, was a bit surprising (think a cabinet full of dolls and clowns!), and the bathroom was carpeted, which I did not love, but felt shockingly clean for a bathroom with carpet! I know that not everyone cares about such things, but I was a little surprised that none of the other reviews mentioned it. However, it was exactly what we needed, a place to sleep, and compared to other properties in Sun Valley, it is a good price and location!

We had a wonderful stay! House was perfect for the three of us as we each loved having our own bedroom and bath. I don't believe there is anything they have not thought of....house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Close and convenient to downtown.

John and Pasty have a wonderful location to ski Sun Valley. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. Having 3 baths was so helpful and made for a comfortable stay. You can walk to downtown for food and beverage or drive 3 minutes with plenty of parking. It takes 5 minutes to drive to the mountain which does a great job of moving people. I hightly recommend Josh and Patsy’s house.

Patsy’s place was totally perfect for our group of 3 adults. Gorgeous home, perfect location, walking distance to downtown and just a totally incredible weekend. Can’t wait to come back!!

Property was large, equipped with everything we could need and a perfect location for skiing, walking to town, walking the dog.
The owner lives next-door and was happy to let me borrow a few kitchen items not in rental that I needed.
Added bonus is use of garage that fit our car with a roof top box on top plus it had storage for skis.
We can’t wait to return.

The space was great. Clean and spacious with just the right amount of amenities. The fireplace was our favorite part. The location is perfect as it's about a 7-minute walk to town. There's a bus stop 100 feet away from the front door so access to the mountain and the rest of Ketchum is easy if you need it. We ended up driving to River Run because parking is so easy and it was freezing a few of the days.
Note: The TV situation isn't ideal so if you're the show/movie-watching type, you might want to bring your laptop or apple TV.

House is well suited for 3 couples; very clean and spacious. An easy 15 minute walk to River Run to hit the slopes. And an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Ketchum. Loved everything about our stay/trip!

This home exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The master bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of room for clothing, ski gear and other travel gear. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home is close to downtown and skiing. Overall - a great place to stay. We’ll rent it again.

Love being able to access town and trail by foot. Three blocks to Ketchum, four blocks on the trail to the sun valley parking lot. Terrific owners, very willing to help out when necessary. Nice duplex, three bedrooms, three baths, and living space with mountain views and a wood burning fireplace. We stayed here without a car. Walked to the store and shops and restaurants and took the red line to the ski slope. We would stay here again in a second!

This property is exceptionally well maintained. It was squeaky clean, very spacious, essentially every bedroom has a bathroom so they’re all master suites. The location could not be more convenient. 2 minutes from town, 5 minutes to the slopes., Tremendous value. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and cozy home. The space was wonderful for our holiday vacation and we felt so welcome and at home. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed here for a 4 day wedding event. The condo was the perfect location. The beds and linens are top notch and the kitchen well stocked. We would absolutely stay here again.

The home was lovely with all the windows, very clean & comfortable. With the hot weather the house stayed so cool even without AC. The kitchen was well equipped (sharp knives), thank you & bathrooms and bedrooms had plenty of towels/linens.

Had a wonderful stay. The location of this spacious townhouse is fabulous. While somewhat dated it was very comfortable and would recommend. Great space for gathering in the living room/kitchen area. Very responsive to all questions.
