The Tree House was perfect for our 50th anniversary celebration with our children and grandchildren The house was a very short walk to a beautiful beach, and everyone enjoyed all the facilities, especially the pool, trampoline, ping pong, hammock, garden and chicken coop. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Judy and Melba were very helpful and responded immediately to any question or problem. We highly recommend the Tree House

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful, and it is nice to have Melba nearby and available to help with anything. We had young children who loved the toys, pool, outside cat, and chickens (who were completely silent, but provided daily fresh eggs). There was a beautiful private path to the ocean and we often walked to Grace Bay via the beach...a mile or less. We had a fantastic visit.

We had a wonderful stay with friends and kids, the house is beautifully decorated, well equipped and just a minute walk from the beach - perfect for a great vacation! Would recommend to anyone for the perfect beach get away.

We stayed here last month and had the best time for thanksgiving - the house is very nicely decorated - beach style, with every amenity we could think of, we specially enjoyed the pool area and the cinema room, and its a two minute walk to the beach. Great for our kids too

There is a fantastic outdoor playground for the kids and a wonderful pool for everyone to enjoy, and the powdery white beach and turquoise water are just a few short steps away. The accommodations are contemporary and inviting, situated on a beautifully landscaped property, the house offers a very well appointed kitchen and an amazing eating and entertainment area. The Tree House is a beautiful place where anyone can easily relax and enjoy - from couples, to families, to friends, young and old, you are guaranteed to have the PERFECT vacation!

Hands down the absolute best vacation experience ever! This home is the perfect blend of stunning island beauty and modern comfort. Exquisite, modern open living spaces both upstairs, downstairs and outdoors. Magazine perfect, plush landscaping all around. With space enough for several couples/groups of friends/multiple families we were able to enjoy the company of our group and a sense of relaxing seclusion in our own area of the home. We loved being able to eat and relax in the upstairs living area and watch the sunset with breathtaking panoramic views of Grace Bay! In the high afternoon sun the semi covered pool area was the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors without overheating. And in just a 5 minute walk down a charming private pathway we were on the pristine beach with sunning, swimming and snorkelling at our fingertips. This home is perfectly located just off of the busy hotel strip, so we were tucked away in perfect privacy, yet able to walk 15minutes down the beach to be served a sunset cocktail at the Gansevoort. Amazing value for the price in this property. I simply can't say enough about our time here, and can't wait to come back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It was perfect, plenty of space for our big family....and we loved being able to nip to the beach. It was like having our own private beach. The kids really enjoyed the garden and pool, and the adults were able to relax and enjoy the fantastic views and lovely surroundings. Thanks again, can't wait to come back!
