Super netjes, fijne goede bedden, een hele mooie B en B. Verbouwde boerderij in het centrum van Horst. Er zijn 9 kamers in gemaakt. Gratis koffie en thee faciliteiten in de gezamelijke ruimte.

Begrijpelijk met 9 kamers, maar om 22.00 uur moet 't stil zijn. Gelukkig zijn er kroegjes op 300 meter lopen. Het Proeflokaal is een gezellig cafe.

Grote badkamer en het ontbijt. Prima bed. Ideaal voor gezin met 2 slaapkamers en een badkamer.

Het afstapje vanaf de parkeerplaats was gevaarlijk, we hebben de accommodatie erop gewezen, dat werd gewaardeerd en hopelijk verholpen.

Prachtige kamer! Sfeervol, schoon en comfortabel.

Breakfast could be better.

Very central

The standard of the continental breakfast was good. The bed was extremely comfortable although the mattress topper did tend to curl up at one corner. The fan in the bedroom proved a godsend with the extremely hot weather. The staff were extremely helpful and the lift when we left to the railway station by the owner was much appreciated.

Our stay was for seven nights and we would like to have seen more variety with the breakfast. Perhaps some cooked items on the menu.

The Breakfast Room and bedroom were beautifully designed.The bed was very comfortable. It was great having a 2nd door close to the car park.

If you want absolute quiet you need to consider that the rooms adjoin the breakfast room. We kept hearing other guests. It was not great being woken early on a Sunday morning by the girls preparing the breakfast buffet chattering.

Country side atmosphere. Excellent rooms, comfortable. Friendly staff. Great breakfast,. fresh bread. They listen to you when having special requests. Super.

The breakfast was excellent! Everyone was very friendly and service-oriented. Location was perfect, very close to the center, but quiet.

Excellent location with friendly hosts that were very helpful and luckily for us spoke very good English! The room was very clean and came with everything you could wish for. The breakfast was also excellent, a traditional continental style and I must say thoroughly enjoyable and a great start to the day! Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it.

During our stay the temperature was extremely hot and the pedestal fan provided in the main bedroom wasn't powerful enough to make a difference.
