I've stayed at Las Palomas many times and this has been that least nice of the condos I've stayed in. Furniture was very used and outdated. Torn couch pillows, dinning chairs old and sunk in, living room curtains did not close, refrigerator did no make ice, and dryer not dry clothes.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. This would also be a great condo for two couples as the second bedroom has an attached bathroom as well. We traveled as a family and my teenagers found the sofa bed comfortable. Usha was very responsive. I’d stay here again.

My husband, friends, and I stayed in this beautiful beachfront condo last weekend. The unit was well appointed, spacious and very comfortable. There were two king beds and each room had a private bathroom. They also had their own balcony so we all had views. It was great having a full kitchen because we cooked almost all our meals in it. We tried to get an early check in but they couldn’t accommodate it because the resort was busy. However, we were given early access to the beach, pool, and parking so we could still enjoy the resort before we got into our room. Several food choices available at the resort including a sit down restaurant, coffee shop and pool bars. We recommend the ceviche and chips if you want a quick snack at the pool. While the resort was pretty busy, we had no problem getting seats at both the pool or beach. The towel booth wasn’t always open so you may want to bring your own. Overall, we had another great visit to Puerto Peñasco and would stay here again!

This was our first time to Puerto Penasco. The property was perfect for us, we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure.

I’m arrived early for a 4 pm check in. I was originally informed by the resort the client never notified them that anyone would be staying for the day I reserved and the room needed to be cleaned. I would be able to check in until after 4 or have access to the room I had rented for a 4 pm check in. I notified the host however the host had told me the AC unit had went out the night before, however had never notified me the night beforehand. I had to wait several hours past the 4pm check in time as listed and the host felt that was acceptable to somebody that pays to rent their condo

First Host didn’t book the room on our name. We had to call him and leave a message to do proper paperwork when we got there.
As we got there 2 nd bedroom A/C wasn’t working we had to wait for repair guy until 10:00 pm. Next day they still couldn’t fix it.
I didn’t hear anything from Host … I left him message no response…
Guest room TV wasn’t working , Hair dryer wasn’t working,couldn’t find light switch for dining table, dining chair’s very old I was afraid to sit and might break… if you plug in the night lamp in master bedroom all other light would flickering …
Overall I wouldn’t rent this place again. For las Paloma’s it is great place we love it service,cleanliness, everything!!! We have been there at different places.. this was the poorest experience.

The condo was beautiful but the floor was really dirty. The ice maker did not work. We told the bellman when we checked in there that it was not working. We left the cleaning staff notice the ice maker was not working and it never got fixed. They did come on the third day and washed the floor.

We had a great week at the condo. The view was outstanding. Easy to get down to the pools and beach. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Easy check in and out. Bed was very comfortable.

Loved the decor of the condo, super clean and sleek. There was a hiccup with the check in process but I got the property manager on the phone and he sorted it out quickly. The views were amazing and the space was wonderful. Would stay here again

This condo was decorated beautifully and very clean! We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the morning with our coffee and breakfast and listening to the waves while enjoying that gorgeous view! The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. We didn't even realize that there was a small bunk room in the hallway we just assumed it was a closet lol! Love staying at Las Palomas and the swim up bar at the pool. Easy walk down to the beach and the restaurants on site were absolutely amazing! Citron had a great breakfast buffet that we thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great experience, we have a few suggestions, in the kitchen there is only 1 tiny pan and lost of pots, maybe having a couple of regular size pans will help a lot. Also the water in the showers was cold all the time, maybe something to mention to the hoa, also a couple of extra pillows in the bedroom would be great, in the patio is a double sun bed that we couldn’t use because is missing one of the cushions.

They could not check us in to the property bc they did not have our name down. We had to wait until the owner contacted the property. Thank goodness one of the people in our group had service. Also the hot water was not turned on for us.
