Accurate listing and excellent communication. Smooth check-in and check-out process. We came back to park city for a few more days on the mountain, given the amount of snow this year. This property worked well for 4 adults and the location is very convenient to the town lift.

This unit is attractively appointed and comfortable. It's really convenient to the town lift; a short walk especially once you realize which door to go out to the path to town. The town lift is a little slow, but it puts you at a good spot to start skiing. There's a great rental shop right at the bottom. Being close to main street was a bonus we hadn't counted on. It was great to be able to walk to restaurants and bars in town for the evening. The kitchen had everything we needed including a good coffee maker and plenty of dishes and glassware. This was a small family get together and it worked well. The TV in the living room has some child-lock protection, so there was a basketball game we couldn't watch, but it was really not important. The unit and bedding all good, comfortable. The master has a memory-foam type mattress that's really nice. The codes on the doors worked well, making check in easy, and no need to carry a key anywhere. Be aware of the parking pass! We accidentally left it in the rental vehicle when we left. Hoping to get it back and return it. Overall we had a great stay. The ski conditions were awesome; lots of fresh powder. We lucked out with that!

Just wanted to advise on a maintenance note for the owner - an earlier renter commented on an issue with the TV (but the complaint was dismissed by the owner). The main TV is the living room IS set with a parental lock, where all programming is blocked unless the show is "G" rated. You can see this by going into the TV settings. Perhaps a renter set this by accident or a prank, but only shopping channels, Weather channel, etc work without a 4 digit code. Note that all of the bedroom TVs work fine with 80+ channels.

This property was just right and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Property was clean and location was awesome. We will stay here again.

Overall, we could not be happier. Host was accommodating to a mistake I had made. The unit is on the older side but very clean and central to everything. Bus stop is right in front of the complex and is a 5 minute ride to Park City Mt. Or you can walk 1 block to the Town lift. Main St with all the dining and shopping is right there. Would love to come back.

Great location! Would def stay here again. Everything was great for us, but things others might want to know: some might find bed’s uncomfortable, unit is a little dated (but we are here to be outside so didn’t bother us in the least)

Location great, condo clean and comfortable. TV operation frustrating since a pin was not provided to watch most channels. When management was called we were told channels had been locked by owner and pin was not available, overall, a pleasant stay

This was a great spot! Property was just as advertised (the hot tub was great!), location was fantastic, and communication for check in/out was very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to future reservation. Pluses are: King Bed (super comfy) Master bathroom Bunk beds in 3rd bedroom Few minutes from a grocery store Huge Hot tub, kid pool, and heated pool. Near the trolley pick up for a fun ride up to the top of Main Street 10 minutes to the shopping outlets Shaded outdoor common area. Few steps away from the Silly Sunday Festival

The location was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 children under the age of 5.

We had a fun girls trip. The condo was very close to Main Street - perfect for shopping and eating out. The kitchen was well-stocked with the staples. Only concern is that the toilet tank is slow to refill and one had a sluggish flush. We hit a sweet spot of both the indoor and outdoor pool/spa being closed (first weekend of June)… just our luck!

Great location, only downside is noise from nearby road when plows are out in the night and early morning.

Wonderful location. Easy walk to the town lift. Perfect for my wife who doesn’t ski to explore the town. I would stay here again but advocate for a softer mattress in the master bedroom as other reviewers mentioned. Thanks for a great weekend!

This is a great spot, walking distance to the main strip and town lift and easy parking for a car. This is not a luxury property but everything needed is provided. Kitchen ample with cooking supplies/pots pans etc. The sheets were fine and the bed had a temperpedic top which was AWESOME. Slept very well which is important when skiing all day. Towels for the bath and hot tub were provided and ample for the week. Hot tub was fine. There is nothing luxury about the unit but it’s very comfortable. Showers could use an upgrade. Bring your own bath products.

We knew this property was close to downtown but didn’t realize how close it was to the Town Lift to get on the mountain! A short walk from the condo brings you right to the chair to start your day on the slopes, and it’s easy to walk almost anywhere you need for the stay. The condo was essentially what we expected, it had all the amenities we needed - nothing extra. Would rent here again for the location alone (seriously, it’s so easy).

Simple and easy place to stay for Park City. Town Lift and Retail is less than 2 minute walk away!

Amazing location. Just a couple blocks from the city lift and tons of places to eat inside of a 1/4 mile. Only needs to have the bathroom fan fixed.

We absolutely loved our stay. Hilary was so accommodating and the place was clean and well stocked. So close to town. Would love to stay here again.

The accommodations are comfortable but the real appeal is being close to the historic district. The free parking was nice and check in was very easy. We did not receive check out instructions, even after asking. The kitchen did not have anything but the bare minimum, for example there was no salt, the cooking oil was rancid. There are plenty of stores nearby, so we had to stalk up on everything we needed.

The property was in a great location but very old and outdated. Upon arrival of the condo the door code to the main entrance was incorrect. We were at the door with all our stuff and had to call to get new updated code. The unit was clean but again old and outdated. Basic items like kitchen towels, oven mitts, etc. were no where to be found. No clear exit instructions for stripping beds, starting dishwasher, taking out trash etc. were provided but we did them anyway. The location was the best part of the stay. We were only in town for two nights for a wedding but did walk down to Main Street both evenings and enjoyed not having to get back into our suv to go to dinner.
