Perfect getaway vacation spot.

The condo and beach were fabulous, pool was very nice, only downer was the hot tub jets didn't work, after a very long drive we could have used that.

We have stayed here 5 times and plan on staying many more!

Amazing views! Love the extended floor to ceiling windows. Good location just between Surfside & Garden City Piers, and easy steps out to beach. Condo was comfortable and clean. Coffee pot needs replacing but otherwise kitchen was as needed. We had a very nice stay.

A wonderful condo, great views, super clean

We had a very nice stay! The condo was perfect for us! The decor was very inviting, and we felt very comfortable. Renovation to the master bath was beautiful! If either in the kitchen, eating at the table, watching TV, or sitting on the balcony, the spectacular view of the ocean is breathtaking! Tony and Jane were fantastic renters. They went way beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We will surely rent from them again! And soon, I hope! Thank you, Tony and Jane, for everything!

Perfect 3rd floor condo. Father uses a walker and had no problem getting around and enjoying his stay. We will be back!

We have stayed here multiple times and love it! The location is close to anything you could want. There is a great restaurant next door, so we didn’t even have to get in the car to have dinner. The beds are comfy and the view is fabulous!

This place was amazing. Every picture is exactly as it is. Nice quiet neighborhood butnst8ll close enough to do the things for the kids.

It was a perfect place for me and my husband, We love bringing our daughter and her two sons. The home was perfect with every one having a bed to sleep in all their own. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back next year. Very Satisfied ... Mary

My first time using VRbo n what a success! The owner is a super host- very attentive and helpful. This property is very close to he water and has a wonderful large, mostly shaded balcony to enjoy all day!!!

Locations is beautiful and convenient to everything. Walked next door to the Conch Cafe for dinner and it was delicious. Just steps out to the beach. Everything is well maintained.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The condo was clean and had great views. The bed in the master was comfortable and we enjoyed the location. We had a few small issues: guest shower had a sewer smell coming from the drain, coffee maker probably needs to be replaced, and it would have been nice to have more than 2 towels/wash clothes per person (glad there was a washer and dryer in the unit to wash these during our 6 night stay). Lastly, it's a bit shocking to have to get a key mailed to us and then have to mail it back, especially with all of the great combination locks that are available today. But even with these small issues, we had a very good time and I would recommend this condo.

EVERYTHING IS SO CONVENIENT!!! The view was AMAZING! Easy parking. trollys available to loading & unloading Close to elevator. Steps away to the pool & beach. The property is kept clean. Love love love the floor to ceiling windows with a direct view of the ocean. Access to balcony from both living & master bedroom. 2 doors away from a great restaurant Definitely recommend and hoping to return

We had an amazing stay! The condo was even better than expected and the view was amazing. The balcony and view are my first priorities and I was very impressed. Anthony is very friendly and quick to respond to any message. I will always look for availability of his condo whenever we are there on vacation.

Quiet place with amazing view.

Nice property - away from the 'hustle and bustle' of M. Beach and G. City but close to 'everything'; older property but well-maintained Could use some nice, soft blankets for couch and beds! Communication with owner was great!

Very easy rental. Condo was very nice and clean.

Dealing with the owner was very simple and easy. He responded quickly to all inquiries. The condo was exactly what we were looking for for our family weekend getaway. Our grandson loved the bunkbed. And of course the view was outstanding. I would rent this property again.

The only negative was the washer and dryer are very loud

Experienced a wonderful vacation! The view is priceless. Nice size condo, well equipped! The pool right on the ocean was icing on the cake!

This property’s location & view are breathtaking. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing, they not only offer an overwhelming amount of natural light it also emits an ocean view from all main rooms in this condo. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked, the furnishing are classy & comfortable. Remember to grab trash bags, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs (you’ll need these to wash your towels & washcloths every couple days or you’ll run out) before you leave home. My children & I all agreed the mattresses could use an updating, they’re not very comfortable. Also a rug located in front of the patio door to trap the sand from the balcony. Thankfully they leave you access to the vacuum so I was able to sweep the floors daily. All in all this condo is well maintained.

We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Everything we needed was right. We loved the easy access to the beach as well. The only negative thing about our trip is the parking garage. Spaces were limited and our car got beat up pretty bad by others with no notice.

Really nice condo! The only things we wish were included were: trash bags and a pizza cutter. Other than that, great place to stay. Would definitely rent again!

The property was exactly as described and the view could not be better! The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony was lovely and my husband loved the chair looking out to the beach. The building was in a great location, close to anything you would need. We enjoyed a quick walk to the restaurant nearby for dinner as well. I would recommend this place for a wonderful relaxing vacation!
