The apartment was clean and warm (for me even too warm, so we had to open the balcony every 15min). There are many restaurants nearby and grocery store in the building.

The owner of this apartment is absolutely rood and unfriendly. All the good vibes from this trip has been spoiled by him. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience in the last 10 years of travelling. After we paid for the room (by cash! In 21 century he still didn't manage to get the link for the online payment), he still were asking for some extra money,on top of TOTAL amount! Will never come again!

The modern, stylish apartment was amazing located from all the restaurants and the ski lifts. We were out exploring all day but it served its purpose when we needed to shower and sleep.

The only thing that I would recommend is buying a pair of scissors to leave in the apartment.

the owner is very rude and not helpful asking for full online payment before seeing any room. bed is very uncomfortable. the walls very thin so u can hear what is happening around. had troubles sleeping

Location is good. On the first floor, next door is a good grocery shop.

Apartments need cosmetic renovation. They did not provide with nececery things, you need to buy it in shop.We lived six nights and they did not clean and did not change our sheets and towels. We booked two apartments (two families, 4 people in each) but in each apartments where sheets and towels only for three persons. There was no washing machine in the apartment and in the building at all. This was a bit of an inconvenience since we were actively skiing. We did not pay enough attention to this when we booked the apartment. In both apartments radiators were leaking. We wouldn't have noticed if we hadn't left shoes to dry by it. Picture is attached. So for such money there should be better apartments around. As well we were 4 (two kids) and apartments were tiny for us. But for two persons it should be fine. When we book this apartments they were without advance payment but the owner was pushing us really bad to pay in advance before we see the apartments.

clean, apartment was as pictured, and good location (pretty much anywhere in new gudauri is a good location). Had everything we needed. Good communication from host.

Felt more like a university dorm than an apartment building. Thin walls with noisy neighbors throughout the night. Overpriced, even for the high season.
