We love this rental. Plenty of space for everyone. My mom is not able to climb stairs so the downstairs space was perfect for her.

Took a family of 4. Our parents. And my sister and her fam (3) came at the last minute. Top notch stay, Location (best in town in my opinion), and communication with host. The bear and trout themed home is amazing. Didn’t use the hottub but nice addition for those looking to use it. Hofers, Betty’s, and alpine right there for convenience too. If I was a dentist, 10 out of 10 would recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lots of room, excellent location. They front front porch was cozy and our party of 6 spent a lot of time out there enjoying the weather, great conversations and people watching. Would definitely recommend!

Our group of couple friends stayed this past weekend in this amazing condo- so much room - great location to people watch and see the best little Christmas parade right from the comfort of our balcony. Definitely will book again.

We had a great stay at the Deer Path Condo. The location is wonderful, and the condo supplied everything we needed. It is a lovely home, that we would love to stay at again. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. Favorite part was hanging out on the deck people watching. We will be back!

Condo is a short walk from town. Property has plenty of room for 3 families and a large central gathering area.

We were there for my daughter birthday. Everything was great! We had plenty of room.

We loved this rental! Plenty of space for our families. The downstairs room had everything my elderly mother needed since she can’t climb stairs. Comfortable porches on each level. We could easily walk everywhere in town.

John was awesome. Absolute best place in Helen to stay.

Great place for a large group. Right on main street with a balcony overlooking the street. IF you like to people watch it is a great place to sit and relax. Betty's grocery store next door and a restaurant and bakery across the street. The only thing I would suggest is to bring some towels and cloths. There is only 1 dish cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 towel and washcloth per person. If you are there for any length on time you will find yourself doing wash everyday.

Our family absolutely adored this condo!! The location was excellent! We were walking distance to everything (so no parking fees)!It was clean and beautifully decorated, very comfortable furniture and bedding! The porch outside was great for relaxing in the morning and evenings! We had no complaints and can’t wait to return here for our next vacation!

We loved our stay in Helen! This condo was the perfect place for our girls trip. The condo was spacious, clean and well maintained, and we were in walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

We will defiantly be back. Wonderful location and my family loved everything about the house and close walk to everything downtown.

We enjoyed our short visit for a girls' getaway to Helen. The condo is perfectly located and very welcoming. We enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony watching people go by. The only suggestion we have is to change from satin sheets to high count cotton on the beds. Other than that, a perfect location and stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! It is the perfect spot downtown to walk around and do so much stuff. The place was right on Main Street with a beautiful patio. Very clean and spacious. We will be coming back to stay again.

This is a wonderful property for a large group. We had eight women, and the condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The front porch provides fantastic people-watching views of Main Street. It's a very relaxing spot (unless a cavalcade of motorcycles comes roaring down the street!) for conversation and a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We also had a great birds-eye view of the bear wandering around across the street! Please be aware that the accompanying photos show another king bedroom, but those photos showing a wrought-iron bed frame are from another property, not this condo. We had expected to let our 80+ year old moms sleep in the downstairs queen beds, while us younger girls slept in the three bedrooms upstairs, so that bedroom discrepancy made us have to shuffle our sleeping arrangements and the grandmas had to hike up two flights of stairs to their room. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place. Would love to stay there again!
