My husband was part of the Sculpture in the park at Benson sculpture garden. This location was great for close location to that and to good restaurants down town. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and for the xtra treats left on our doorstep by the owner

Lynn has created a beautiful nest to explore the area! Walking distance to town with locally owned restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. There is a lake also within walking distance. Short driving distance to Fort Collins and Estes Park. The apartment was well appointed to take care of all our needs. Lynn had coffee and muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The sitting area has a water feature and the garden is gorgeous!!!

Lynn’s rental is clean, quiet, and very conveniently located to Loveland’s restaurants and breweries as well as a 45 minute drive from RMNP.

I couldn't have found a better spot for this trip. First and foremost, Lynn was accommodating and flexible; the logistics of the stay barely registered as something to consider. Next, the space itself is delightfully cozy (and very intentionally curated to facilitate a wide variety of guests) and no photos could do justice to the majesty of that back yard. =) I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to reach out to Lynn about this delightful place if needed a place for an extended stay in the area. Delightful and surrounded by a gorgeous garden, fountain and sculpture. Greeted with homemade cobbler and crisp apples. Everything inside was lovely and cozy. Definitely a place we will recommend and return in future

Our stay in the charming guest wing was delightful. Everything and more were provided- including treats. The covered porch and garden were inspiring. Thankful for the air conditioning in the living area. The Sulpture Festival was spectacular!!!

It was a nice little place. We could have used a larger refrigerator to freeze our ice packs for travel. Had to hunt down the bathroom towels. Needed a kitchen towel. But overall, a pleasant place to stay. The garden was fabulous.

We were in town to visit family and take in the beautiful National Parks. Lynn provides lovely and much appreciated extra touches - pastries, fruit & coffee were a nice surprise. Extra paper products and easy to follow instructions and suggestions for the area. A beautiful garden and screened in porch. We spent one whole morning just enjoying the gardens! Highly recommend this super clean stay.

This is a sweet cozy private apartment in Loveland. It is well stocked and thoughtfully arranged. One of us is six two and though ceilings are low, it worked out just fine.

The stay was very nice- thanks much - we could walk to downtown which was very helpful. The back garden was lovely and the porch off the front was enjoyable as well. Would definitely recommend it.

Located in an older neighborhood with many large trees, this property was very serene and relaxing. The garden and enclosed porch were great. We stayed during the peak fall foliage, and it was beautiful. The location was convenient to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Lynn was a great host!

We loved staying at the Loveland Guest House. It was clean and cozy. Communication with Lynn was easy and quick. The house, screen porch, and gardens are beautiful. It is so relaxing. We want to come back in the summertime to spend a few more days and enjoy the screen porch and garden area! The location is perfect. We recommend highly!

My husband I stayed here durning an extremely trying time with a traumatically ill son. Lynn bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable and easy. She was very caring and kind. We stayed for longer than 3 weeks so we had a lot of things, including two bikes which we were able to keep in a secure garage. The gardens were serene - which was just what I needed. Loveland is a lovely little city. We were within miles of the the Medical Center of the Rockies which was very convenient too. We will never be able to thank Lynn enough!!

We stayed at this property for one night on our way to Rocky Mountain National Park. It is clean and cozy. It is also very close to downtown Loveland with neat local restaurants and shops.

The guest house was so comfortable. The house was decorated so cute. Lynn left us little treats that was so nice after working all day! I’d definitely stay there again.

We were only here two nights and were on the go for most of our stay but the time spent in the guest house was very comfortable and relaxing. Coffee and snacks were provided for us (including amazing cranberry scones which we ate immediately), which was very much appreciated. There were also helpful instructions provided for using the television, heater, etc. There seemed to be a misunderstanding with the previous reviewer about the location of the guest house, however, what is in the description is accurate. Although the owner lives onsite, there is a separate entrance and the guest area is up a few stairs and is completely private. Unfortunately it rained the duration of our stay so we were unable to use the lovely deck outside of our room. Our only small issue was that there was a $60 cleaning fee upon booking (which was stated in the rental description) which we felt seemed high considering the size of the space and that we were only there 2 nights. Cleaning fee aside, we did enjoy our stay very much and had a wonderful time visiting the Loveland and Ft. Collins areas.
