Very happy overall with our stay. Location was perfect for our trip. Enjoyed the kayaks and the bay in the backyard. However there was only 1 kid size paddle. Maybe it's missing. We didn't let that stop us from paddling and experiencing the bioluminescent bay. Very cool ! Glad we got to see it. Rum point is a 1 min walk. The home is very spacious and clean. The Smart TVs were nice and modern. AC in each room was more than enough during the hot August weather. Love that the kids had there own room and bathroom. Had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing comfortable trip. The pool was dirty at first but a call to management and it was fine for the rest of our trip. I would not hesitate to stay here again. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the the memories.

My teenage kids, parents and I had a great time in paradise! The location could not be better with off shore snorkeling and a beautiful beach looking out over the water just steps from the front door. We saw barracuda, sting ray, sea turtles, cuddle fish, a sea snake and so much more while snorkeling around rum point. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the bay behind the house and the evening kayak is so cool!! We had so much privacy with the back lanai and pool. Not many people in July. Starfish point is a bike ride or short car ride away. Eden Rock near 7 mile beach was worth the drive! Nigel was very responsive the few times I text with questions. It really matters to him that his guests have what they need and enjoy their time on the island. Thank you Nigel and family for sharing your little piece of paradise.

The place was well represented as in pictures. It was clean and neat and had all the utensils in the kitchen you could need. Great location in a quiet area. The air conditioning seemed to struggle to keep it cool upstairs but if you shut the bedroom doors they would cool off nicely. It had 5 or 6 kyaks but only 2 paddles and 0 life jackets. But overall a nice place.

Location is fantastic with a short walk to the beach, the pool was great and the view was even better! The host was so courteous and friendly and called to check on our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a lovely time using Dream Kai as our home base while on Grand Cayman. We were blown away by the magical bioluminescence bay and we loved having the kayaks we used the explore the cove at night. With a convenient location near rum point beach, it was an easy walk for my children. You can’t go wrong with renting this property. 10/10 highly recommend!

We had a great day at this location. The home was clean and well equipped. There were rots as extra items like canoes and snorkel that were super helpful as well. Nigel was very quick to respond to our questions. We recommend! :)

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable beds, & all the amenities we needed plus more including Memories to last a lifetime!

Dream Kai is a slice of heaven! The condo itself was great. Clean, well appointed & just as the pictures show. I had everything needed to make many of our meals & the kayaks, sand toys & bikes (even though one had a bit of a problem chain) were all used & appreciated. The a/c works perfectly & we were thankful for it after spending hours at rum point! I think the only possible negative (if you could even calm it that) is that the downstairs smoke detector is *very* sensitive. It went off about 4 times during our week just while cooking normal things (turkey bacon, toast, reheating pizza). But that was so minimal! The neighborhood the condo is in is wonderful. It’s all well cared for, upscale homes and the cars drive slow on the roads so it was perfect for walks and morning runs. The cove is spectacular. The water is so calm and clear for spotting marine life and many shells that my daughter loved finding. We didn’t get to experience the bioluminescence but we did still enjoy a night kayak. The condo’s pool is also great, we spent a lot of time swimming and cooling off there. Rum point is a one minute walk across the road and is a great spot to spend the day. They have many beach chairs and umbrellas but get there relatively early because they fill up! The restaurant has tasty food as well and was very convenient. Kaibo and starfish point is only one mile down the road and well worth the visit. Kaibo has beach seating and we enjoyed and lovely meal there. Highly recommend!
