My kids and grandkids had great time swimming and kayaking. My wife and I had many spots to relax, especially the screen in room overlooking the lake. We'd definitely consider going back.

Our group of 10 had a great time at Kindra's lake house! Everything was as the listing said it was. Plenty of room for all of us. We loved the large, screened in porch! The fire pit was awesome! My grandkids so loved jumping off the dock into the lake and we all enjoyed swimming. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Also, so many great riding trails nearby. Everyone should check out Coler Mountain Bike Preserve even if you don't ride there are lovely walking trails. We also rented a boat from Prarie Creek Marina one day on Beaver Lake, such fun on this beautiful lake! So many good restaurants in Bentonville if you choose to eat out and never a shortage of coffee shops. I highly recommend this rental especially for a large group!

Equipped with wonderful outdoor 'toys'! Easy communication with owners and a great home for a get away. Kitchen could be a little better equipped and we had a learning curve to use a charcoal grill again. But all in all we had a great time in a lovely home.

This place was right on the water, and the dock and porches were nice. Unfortunately, we stayed in a much better place last year, so we knew what we were missing with this one. Right off the bat, we had a hard time finding sheets for the fold-out bed and there weren't any pillows for it so we had to use couch pillows. There weren't enough extra blankets, and the downstairs area (bedroom, bathroom, living room with fold-out bed) stayed cold even with the heater on. The floors were super squeaky, so if you were staying in one of the downstairs beds, it's impossible to sleep if people upstairs are walking around. The kitchen was missing a lot of things we needed. Very few drinking glasses (no plastics at all for kids to use), not enough plates, hardly any measuring cups/spoons, no whisk, very few serving utensils, very little baking dishes, and very few pots and pans. We felt very crippled trying to cook full meals. Also, the dishwasher was broken so we had to wash everything by hand. There were multiple lights out and bug poop of some of the light bulbs, and the downstairs TV didn't work. There were several sliding glass doors and almost none of them had a working lock, so we had to use a piece of wood to "lock" them which was kind of annoying. And the dining table is all barstool seating which was very uncomfortablr. Overall, it was convenient being so close to the water, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. We won't be staying here again.

We loved our stay in this rental . The house was perfect for me and my husband and our 3 young kids . The rooms were perfect for us so that all 3 boys could sleep together in the room with the daybed pull-out . The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was great with lots of useful items in good condition. And the views of the lake and different seating spots on the decks were great .

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. The screened in patio overlooking the water was wonderful! We plan to go back in the future.

I hosted a baby shower for my daughter and because we had family coming in from all over I decided to rent a house for us for the weekend. It was amazing. Plenty of space. The extra fridge came in handy. Love the screened porch. We had hoped to build a fire but it rained. We loved it so much we’re talking about coming back for a longer stay!

The property was perfect for our quick family trip to the Bentonville area. I don’t think you could get a more relaxing spot!

The Kindra’s Lake House accommodations were terrific. The bedrooms were lovely with ceiling fans everywhere. And the multiple decks were great. An excellent place for a lake vacation.

We had 3 couples with 2 kids under 2 and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces are comfortable, and the outdoor living spaces are amazing! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch downstairs. Access to the dock is very easy, no steep path to walk up and down, just walk down the lawn and a few steps. This part of the lake was pretty quiet since it is near a no wake zone, so it was relaxing to float and swim right of the dock. Bill and Kindra recommended a boat rental that allowed us to keep the boat right at our dock the whole weekend, which was very convenient. The only things we would have changed were the high dining room table with only stools (no chairs with backs) which was difficult with kiddos, and the toilet paper was pretty cheap and thin. Those are really the only negatives we had, so all in all a great place to stay! We will be back next year!

The house was gorgeously renovated and we especially enjoyed the ease of kayaking on Lake Windsor directly from the dock in the backyard. And the Bentonville/Bella Vista area has so much to offer - loved it!

We loved Kindra’s place!! It was our best vacation ever! The house is lovely, clean, very well appointed and the beds are so comfy! We needed to stay longer so we had more time to enjoy all the decks and porches! The whole vacation was even more than we hoped for, so much so that we hope to make it a yearly getaway destination!

Third time visiting this property. Love the location and closeness to the lake. The update to the deck was very nice. It rained on our last night and we were able to use the bottom deck without getting wet. Would definitely recommend this property if you like walking out and getting wet(JUMPING IN THE LAKE)

This lake house is so relaxing! Multiple areas to enjoy the outdoors. Screened in porch has a roof now so we could enjoy it during multiple rainy times. New Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Great to have a second fridge in the basement. Excellent communication with owner and with the property manager. The location on Lake Windsor cannot be beat. Views were beautiful. We utilized the kayaks and canoe. Hope to return!!

The house is very well kept and on a beautiful lake front lot. It was everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit every night. We will definitely return if the opportunity comes

Super clean, great location, well appointed home with all we needed for a fantastic lake house family getaway!

House was nice, but not cleaned well at all. Arrived with cleaning lady and son still cleaning 5 minutes after check-in time. Dishes were dirty inside the cabinets! Refrigerators still dirty with things still left in them! Outside of house looked as though it had not been touched in weeks - garage area, every deck/patio was a mess, cobwebs were not even cleared as you entered the front walk and door! The Adirondack chairs around firepit, over half of them we could not sit in - broken or rotting! On a good note, location was awesome, layout of the house was nice, easy access in and out. Did not feel that it was worth the amount given.

Even though we had crummy weather for the first part of our trip, our fall break in Northwest Arkansas did not disappoint. We had a blast seeing Dave Matthews Band at the Arkansas Music Pavilion in the pouring rain. We rented a pontoon boat and let our kids enjoy tubing (too cold for the adults, though!). It was awesome to have the water just a few steps away from our back door. Visited Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville, hiked an easy trail that wasn't too far away, and played at a virtual reality place in Rogers. The house itself was great for 4 adults and 5 kids to relax and play games. My only suggestion would be to make the downstairs bed a king, just for the comfort of adults! Overall we had a blast, and we'd love to return to NWA for a trip in the future.

We had everything we needed and the lake access was great. We will stay here again!

Such a great location for a quiet multi-generational family vacation. All amenities as listed and the place was clean and very well equipped. No issues whatsoever. We will be back.

Second year renting this property. Easy contact with property owner. Everything was as advertised if not better.

What a beautiful setting! This home is lovely and has anything you might possibly need. The only negative thing we can say is it is too bad the screened-in porch cannot be used during/after a rainstorm. Perhaps a re-design to add a ceiling is in order?

The home was wonderful. Nice easy slop for the elders, roomy for the guests, very clean, fun activities for the kids (swimming, kayaking, firepit, outdoor space). Will definitely book again when needed. Only suggestion would be to put roof on screened in porch. We did not realize it is really not screened in because deck is not solid above. Rain and bugs get in so was disappointing not be able to enjoy the screened in porch during rain and bugs came in at night if you had lights on. Otherwise wonderful property and owners are very nice and responsive.

We had a very relaxing stay. House had everything we needed. Location was close to grocery store. Brenda, the property manger, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior and during our stay.

We come to Bella Vista several times a year to mountain bike. We have stayed in many VRBO this was the best decorated and supplied house we’ve had. We knew we wanted a different kind of trip this time so we looked for a lake house. We saw Kindra’s Lakehouse and knew it was what we were looking for. From the lake view, fire pit, modern decor it was perfect. We were lucky enough to experience snow which was so peaceful and beautiful on the lake. New Years was lovely and quiet. At home it sounds like a war zone of fireworks every holiday so this was a lovely change. The house had everything we needed and more. Hoping we can stay again this summer and get the full lake experience.
