My wife and I typically stay in VRBO’s at least 2-3 times a year and have done so regularly for about 20 years. Rena’s place likely tops our list in terms of a rental checking all the boxes. The place was VERY clean, more organized I suspect than most of our homes and had everything and more you’d need for a comfortable stay with a generous sized one bedroom. We are already looking forward to booking our next stay in the future. You won’t be disappointed here!

The inside of this property was outstanding. The owner took great care in supplying everything one would need for a perfect stay. There was only one drawback and it was a big one. Prior to renting this property we specifically asked the owner if there were any stairs as we are in our 70s and 80s. We were assured that there was only a few steps and then a landing and a few more steps. Well, there are 14 steps and then a landing and another 14 steps. 28 very steep steps in all. We struggled to get our luggage up and two small dogs one of which doesn't do steep steps. We stayed as long as we could, but checked out early and found another place to stay. It is a miracle that we didn't have an accident or fall. Every day was exhausting going up and down the stairs several times in a day. No elevator. We read the reviews prior and no one mentioned stairs. Therefore, it was a big surprise to us and we learned a hard lesson with VRBO.

My husband and I, along with our 2 small pups enjoyed a relaxing week in Rene’s Park City Condo. It is located in a great location, is clean and nicely appointed with tasteful decor and very cozy and comfortable. Rene has done an impressive job of stocking and organizing items for renters use, complete with storage labels so it is easy to find whatever you need. Rene is easily reached if questions or concerns and tries to best to make everyone’s stay as nice as possible. The only word of caution would be to alert anyone with any mobility challenges that there are 28-31 stairs to negotiate to access the Condo. We are in our 70’s and our 2 little dogs are seniors & had to be carried up and down the stairs but we were able to manage OK. Great exercise :) Thanks Rene for a great stay!

Wow! What a perfect host! The location was great and the home was simply perfection! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was a walk across the parking lot to the slopes. This host really cares about her home and really wants the guests to have a great experience.

We had a great time staying here - the location is a short ~5 minute walk to the ski slopes, the house was spacious and had everything we needed. Steam shower was a nice bonus too! Communication with the property manager was easy and smooth as well. Would highly recommend this place!

Property was great. Short walk to mountain resort. Place was very clean and well stocked with modern conveniences. Owner was very attentive to our needs. Recommend 4 wheel drive to access garage in case of heavy snow.

The property was perfect for our family of four with two younger kids. It was spotless and located just across the street from the ski lifts. It was very easy and convenient for us to walk between the ski area and the property each day. Also, the property was so organized and equipped with all the things we need to cook and spend more time on the mountain. We will be back.

We loved Rene’s apartment at Empire House. It is incredibly well appointed with top of the line appliances, fixtures, kitchen ware. The bed and linens are super comfy. It has mountain style with a sophisticated, modern vibe. Rene could not have been nicer or more responsive. We highly recommend this place.

My wife and I have stayed at multiple properties in Park City. We were at this property for 4 nights and this is where we will be staying in the future. Rene is great to work with and makes booking and check-in easy. While the pictures accurately portray the property, it looks even better when you arrive. Check the refrigerator, and pantry before buying anything. Rene, keeps the place well stocked with all of the basics. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and, functionality of the accommodations. I really liked the furnishing and all of the convenient dimmable lighting and numerous wall outlets. I could tell that a lot of thought went into the layout. The steamer in the shower was awesome after spending the day walking main street. Did I mention the location is excellent if you want to catch a bus or just walk downtown. If you book this property, you will leave wishing you had a few more days to stay! As sated above, I would definitely rent this property again and will recommend it to my friends who frequently visit Park City. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy some downtime.

This was a wonderful stay. Rene is very attentive and has thought of everything! It really made for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed easy walks to Main Street. We highly recommend this property.

We think this might be the BEST property we’ve ever stay! The condo is beautifully appointed, fresh, and very cozy. Rene was GREAT and had provided so many little extras to make our stay wonderful. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and were even able to squeeze our oversized pickup into the underground garage. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is and when we come back to PC this will be the first place we check for availability!

This property was terrific! The location close to the Park City ski slopes was ideal and made even better by the underground and secure parking! The steam shower after a day of skiing was perfect and finding things in the kitchen was a breeze. It felt like home and was beautifully decorated.

Rene was very helpful throughout. I appreciated that many of the basics were already stocked (coffee and the right kind of filters for the coffee maker; salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) The location was great: across the street from Park City Mountain lifts, and a short walk one way to the grocery (Village Market, across the street from the liquor store, has more variety than the marginally closer Fresh Market), and the other way to town. We had a car, but didn't need one for most of our visit.

Rene began with excellent communication and helpful tips and hints about Park City. Upon arrival we saw the condo was even better than the pictures! She has excellent taste in decor and the condo is just lovely and so comfortable. It had everything we possibly needed including great coffees and filters, teas, laundry detergent, spices for cooking and great pots, pans and utensils for making any meal. I can't say enough great things about Rene and her condo. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent location for access to the Mountain Village and the lifts. Also easy walking to the historic district (about 10-15 minutes) and a grocery store, and bus stops are also close by. The condo was just great for me and my adult son for 4 nights. The kitchen was especially well stocked and had all the necessary utensils, pots & pans etc. The condo was very clean and the owner was especially attentive and communicative before and during our stay. The only issue we had was noise from the condo above us, and footsteps were easily heard. We also really the steam mister in the shower after a day of skiing. Overall, the condo was great and a good value compared to other condos we considered.

We chose Empire House for its location and charm and it did not disappoint. Rene has thought of all the details and Empire House is a fantastic condo for a ski trip. The location is within easy walking distance to Mountain Village and we were on the lifts in no time. The condo is well stocked with all the necessities so we didn’t have to make a market run for spices and coffee filters. A perfect place for a couple or small family.

My husband and I had a wonderful 4 night stay here. The property was clean, cozy, and extremely well equipped (i.e. make-up wipes, coffee + filters, spices, detergent - both laundry and dishwashing, extra towels, fans, etc.). The steam shower was a huge perk and utilized after a long ski day. The location really could not have been better - it was a 4 minute walk to the slopes and about 15 minute walk to Main Street. Communication with Rene was fantastic and she is an exceptional host! We were worried about transportation once we got to Park City and Rene looked up shuttle and rental car options for us a few weeks in advance - truly above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Park City.

Great property and location!!! Very close to downtown as well as hiking and trails. Super clean accommodations with everything we needed to make it a nice stay. Loved the indoor heated parking as it was safe and very convenient. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Park City. Rene was very helpful every step on the way. Thank you!!!

We had a great stay. The condo was well stocked. Comfortable bed and great furnishings. Rene is a marvelous host and communicated with us quickly. She also helped me find a fishing guide. Convenient location. If I ever come back to Park City I would likely stay here again. While it was not ski season the condo is across the street from one of the resorts. I recommend both the property and Rene as a host.

The condo was great--it was clean, spacious and a great stop on the final leg of our Southwest road trip. Just a few notes for future guests that I wish I'd known before our stay-- 1) Parking Pass: You'll need to print out a parking pass for the garage. There is a wireless printer in the condo, but I wish there'd have been a pre-printed copy available when we arrived--Or that I'd received it earlier to print at home before we left & not have had to stress/troubleshoot connecting my phone to the printer immediately upon arrival. 2) Stairs: The condo's on the second floor, but there are more than two flights of stairs to navigate to the garage or outside for potty breaks if you're traveling with a pet. It wasn't an issue for us, but it wasn't quite as accessible as I'd thought. 3) Pets: There were quite a few extra rules for pet guests. I understand the need for them & I'm sure the extra rules help to keep the place nice & clean. However, all the extra rules & requests made me extra-anxious. Our pup has always been amazing & we've never had any incidents anywhere before--I'm just overly-conscientious of respecting people's requests & spaces. I wish I'd received all the rules/requests before we left home so I could have packed extra blankets, bedding, etc. & not worried as much.
