Few rental properties feel like home. This one feels like you are staying at a friends house that is away for the week. Everything is first class with too many extras to mention.

This was our second stay for an annual fishing trip, and I think we will definitely be back in the future. The location is amazing, a short walk to several of the best restaurants on the island, and to the beach if you’re not carrying an arm load. The hosts were great. They really think of all the little touches that make you feel right at home. There is no “it would have been great if they had a…“ the Pool and spa are perfect, they have TVs everywhere, including on the very relaxing patio, and great views of the water. Thank you, we can’t wait to see you again!

We had an amazing and relaxing stay in this beautiful home in Marco Island. The accommodations are great - comfortable beds & furniture, every appliance & utensil you would need, stocked with soap, coffee filters, sandwich bags, plus much more. The gift basket for our honeymoon was a special touch! We were able to rent a boat for a few days to truly experience the Marco Island life, and the dock worked out great. The outdoor space is very inviting and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub overlooking the canal. You can tell the hosts care about providing a great stay for their guests - even the pool boy was very complimentary of the home owners. What an amazing place to enjoy our honeymoon!

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The description was spot on and they had every “extra” noted available. The walk to the beach was easy and the house was also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Loved the outdoor pool space and tv sitting area. Can’t wait to rent again!

I cant say ebough great things about this property, or Kathy (the host)! We've stayed in multiple other houses on the island in the few years and this will be the one we continue to return to for future trips. The proximity to the beach as well as our favorite restaurants, putt putt golf, ice cream store, movie theater, etc is second to none. We were able to walk most everywhere. You really cant get any closer in a house! The house was spotless and homey when we arrived, clear instructions were sent for easy access, and there was even a beautiful gift basket with wine and snacks for us right when we arrived....perfect after a day of traveling! The spa actually gets hot, not just warm, which is not always the case in the houses weve stayed at. Also, when the hurricane went through last Fall, Kathy let us know almost instantly that the house wasnt harmed and our reservation stood. Just all around fantastic communication and she even stopped to meet us before we checked out. You wont regret renting this property, weve done the legwork finding the perfect VRBO on this island!

This is a beautiful, well-appointed home truly walking distance to the beach access (including for kids). The pool deck/lanai area was just fantastic and we could easily spend all day out there.

Kathy’s place was so great - spacious and very comfortable for our group of adults and teens - and such a terrific location. She went above and beyond with the check in process and helping us get some snacks in to smooth the way with our late arrival (and hungry teens). Relaxing on the deck was our favorite part and just heavenly. We’d love to come back some day. Thank you, Kathy!!

This was a home from home find - it has everything you need from comfy beds - beautiful bathrooms - well equipped kitchen to be able to dine in or alfresco on the outside area with family or friends. It was also a bonus to have a heated pool of 84 and hot tub of 100 ! The owners Pierre and Kathy were always on hand to respond to any messages and one particular touch was the splendid Welcome Pack including as we were visitors from the U.K the kettle and the speciality teas so we could have a cuppa. We would highly recommend this excellently located house on Marco Island.

From the initial turn of the door handle, we absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we could want. Close walk to the beach, kayaks and a paddle board, pool, hot tub, outdoor living at it's best. The pool and hot tub were clean, the perfect temp and so enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The homeowner was a delight to work with and was quick to respond. This was the perfect spot for my family to soak up the sun, enjoy the warm weather and relax. Very cozy and laid back vibe. My twin 6 year old girls said it was their favorite place! Kris Peters

We had a wonderful time at this house --- location was great- we were able to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. We hung out in the outside living space & the pool/hot tub most of the time. House was well-equipped, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and beach supplies.

Kathy and Pierre were outstanding hosts! The pool and hot tub were big hits, as well as the well appointed home and grounds! From plenty of lush towels, to kitchen utensils and cooking and cleaning necessities-- this house had them all. Home very nice but also very comfortable…. All the amenities of home. We were happy from the moment we walked into the home, until our departure. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the water and sand were delicious! The restaurants were excellent and easy to get to by car. It was just a very convenient location for us (4 adults) to enjoy ourselves for the week we were there! Kathy was very responsive to all of my questions during the process and made our first time experience with her and Marco Island very easy! We look forward to returning again soon!

This house was so nice! The layout was so perfect for 5 adults. The house was stocked with everything could ever need. The pool and hot tub was the best. We never wanted to leave the outside area. Super close to the beach. The host, Kathy, was so accommodating and left a beautiful cheese and wine welcoming basket. Such a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this home.

We had an amazing time at Kathy’s villa. Kathy was really helpful right the way from booking to the time we left. The villa itself was a good size, well maintained and very clean. They also had everything you would want for your stay, the kitchen was well stocked. The location was also great, the street was quiet and felt really safe. It was a really short walk to the beach, some shops and restaurants. In addition larger shops like Publix were only a short drive. We also enjoyed the crazy golf which was one block away. The pool got the sun all day and heated really well. The dock was amazing, we spent amazingly peaceful evenings watching the sun set and the fish jumping. To conclude we stay in the US a lot but could not recommend this house enough.

What a stunning home, great location, and great easy to work with hosts! We’ll be back!

Kathy is simply outstanding. The property is exactly like it looks in the pictures very clean and everything is provided. We were surprised by the beautiful 70 birthday balloons and food basket, what a welcoming touch. It you're looking for a place on Marco Island save time just take this property you will not be disappointed. We traveled all over the world so as experienced traveler I can say this is 5 stars rental.

This house is simply wonderful! It is spotless, has everything you could ask for (including plentiful kitchen supplies), and is located in a superb setting. We more or less lived on the lanai, with its protected sitting and dining area and magnificent views of the sunrise and canal waters. The pool and hot tub were pristine and heated to just the right temperature. The owner is a delightful and very responsive person. A month in this house was not enough - we will certainly be coming back future years!

My husband and I stayed in Kathy and Pierre’s home for 2 weeks. Our stay was outstanding in every way! Their home is absolutely lovely both inside and out. Supplies were fantastic in the kitchen, baths, beach supplies, bikes, etc. They’ve thought of everything! Well-organized and very clean. Communication was excellent with the owners. We were 2 blocks from the beach-walked over every day and enjoyed 3 mile walks on the beach. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. This was our 4th trip to Marco Island-had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this home without reservation.

Clean, great location, amenities, layout, and pool. Communication was also great. There was an issue with the garage door not working but it didn't really inconvenience our stay. Welcome gift was nice as well.

Everything was incredible! Check in process was super easy. We were celebrating turning 50 with a group of friends. Upon arrival they had birthday banner, balloons and snacks for us. Very much appreciated! The location is great. Easy walk to the beach and they had everything needed both for the beach and in the house itself. We had some flight issues and they were so accommodating!! Thanks for an amazing stay!

This beautiful property has all the amenities you could possibly imagine...outstanding location & view, walk to everything, updated home, beautiful pool, bikes, kayaks & more. My husband and I and my two sisters thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The "welcome" basket was a very touch. Thank you!

The perfect spot for our college reunion. 3 couples fit more than comfortably in this beautiful house. It had everything we could have wanted and more. We especially loved the pool/hot tub area with an area for lounging, spot to play games/cards and all the pool toys we could ever need. The beach was a very short walk away - owners supplied beach towels, chairs, coolers and a cart to haul it all. So nice!! There were kayaks and a paddle board that were super fun to use. We even saw dolphins in the waterway! Great property and great hosts! Highly recommend!
