We were multigenerational family and friends for a total of eleven in Spokane for a family wedding. The multiple bedrooms and living areas were perfect. We hosted a small dinner party for the bride and groom which was very easy with the two large tables. The house and area is upscale. The pool table, ping pong table and chess occupied the males very well. Highly recommend this property for family groups. We did not have any children in our group. There are stairs, but one bedroom and bath is on the main floor, which was perfect for an elderly grandparents couple.

Definitely recommend this home to people traveling in large groups because this house is giant. It’s in a nice neighborhood & the view behind the home is so peaceful. We enjoyed the game room & thought the house was beautiful. A few tips though- if you’re traveling with small children or babies, bring a baby gate if you can (I hadn’t thought about needing one) as there are lots of stairs that bring some anxiety for potential falls with the little ones. There was also a couple rugs/runners not taped down near the entry and we experienced a couple trips because of it.. watch your step! I wish we were provided with more supplies- 2 garbage bags and one roll of paper towels for a 4 day weekend with a big group wasn’t quite sufficient. Aside from the few opportunities, this property is close to 5-star perfection!

I was coming to the area for my nieces graduation. With all the family that was going to be in and out for the week I was there, I really wanted a home to host in. The owner was very accommodating to our ever changing needs. The home was perfect for a variety of reasons. One, it was a home, I by no means wanted a hotel experience. The family all brought their favorite boardgames and there was so much room to spread out and enjoy different activities. I learned I’m horrible at pool, but good at chess. They were some technical issues with Vrbo, but the host and I managed to find solutions together. Thank you so much for allowing us to borrow your home.

Basement toilet didn’t flush probably. Shower didn’t drain. So gross.

The place was awesome, very clean and lots of space for our group after a long day of driving. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for multiple couples, and the dip in the hot tub beneath the trees in the back yard was pure magic. The hosts were great at communication and provided a very welcoming space for our tired group of friends. We wish we had booked two nights instead of one so we could have more time to recharge and get the best sleep ever.

House was nice and lots of room for my family. Enjoyed the stay there had lots of games to occupy us. Thanks again.

We were looking forward to this stay as the pictures painted a very different picture than what we arrived to. Immediately, my teenagers were noticing how dirty this place was! They went to play pool and there was crumbs all over the table.The floors had not been cleaned in some time. The deck was closed on a nice day due to what they claimed insurance for winter time due to heavy trees. Ironic because we stayed at a house in Spokane a month ago that had a deck and trees and it wasn’t closed.Seems like it was more of a cleaning issue as it was full of tree debris that you wouldn’t want to attempt going out there.The bathroom floor had debris all over and the showers didn’t look sanitized.The bedrooms were hard to go into at night as you don’t flip a light switch, instead the rooms have lamps to turn on. House was set at 63 degrees-it took all night for the house to reach 69 degrees.One of the beds was broken so when my husband went to sit on the bed it collapsed.Earrings were on the nightstand from a previous guest. King mattress soiled and stained. The shutters were super dirty, and cob webs and dusty throughout. Apparently it’s under construction. Property manager said she almost cancelled our trip due to being down cleaning staff and that I should’ve let her know sooner so she could send a cleaning crew over to clean while we’re there.We ended up checking into a hotel the next day, it was originally booked for three days.First time we left a VRBO.
