We loved the place and location! Our family enjoyed our week stay! We had an issue with the front door knob, contacted the owner and he was out to the property in a couple hours and had it fixed the next day! Our family was very pleased and highly recommend staying there! Thank You!

Good place in a convienent location, a little disappointed i wasnt notified the washing machine didnt work.

Do not rent this property. The place was dirty when we walked in, all the pans and pots and cooking supplies were ancient, the blinds are nearly impossible to open so you really dont get any views. The ocean view from the second bedroom is actually a building. Not good for a family especially not enough room. Owner does not give any help when you call him. Advertises washing machine and dryer but the washing machine does not work. When i called the answer i got was just dont use it. He offered to reimburse for a laundry mat but i was on vacation why would i want to go to a laundry mat every single time my towels got wet and sandy from the beach? Dont advertise what you cannot provide. The plumbing screeches, the shower in the hall only hits your neck, and the railing is rickety. Also claims 3 televisions, and cable but i could not get the living room cable to change off of fox news. Horrible experience will never do that again. The owner will clap back to this i am sure but please dont listen to him. I paid a cleaning fee, a linen fee, and an insurance fee and he still tried to charge me extra.

Great house on quiet street right beside pool. Quick golf cart ride to down town/pier and other attractions. Plenty of room for our family of 4.

Great location and good times with family. Short walk to the beach and to the stores. Great firework shows every night. The negative was the pool got closed down for half the stay.

Overall we had an amazing stay, we came down for cheer nationals and celebrated our one daughters birthday. The pool is literally outside your door and the beach is right across the street with free parking if you have friends in town and wanna hang out together. Plus its only a short drive to any store you need, and a quick walk to a convenience store. Stewart was more then accommodating, we actually forgot out keys and didn't realize it until we were 5 hours from our home and he met us at the property with another set. The house basically has a bunch of things you will need from past renters who have left items there and Stewart leaves a goody bag with essentials to help get you through, so make sure you check before you go buy things. Our only issue was with the HOA manager, he complained to Stewart that we left a mess under our carport and we hadn't even had a chance to clean it up yet. He talked about us to all the other tenants in the square and made it very noticeable. We have 4 daughters and messes happen, but I think we should have been given a fair amount of time to clean it before he reported it to our property owner which caused us stress. Underneath the house could have been cleaner it was basically a puddle and muddy needed a good pressure wash but besides that we had a great stay! Thank you so much!

Comfortable, spacious for us. Kitchen had everything we required for cooking. Front porch gave us a view of the pool and activities on the main road. Easy access to the beach.

Check in was smooth with no problems. Owner left a welcome package which was great. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach. And easy to get to the restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Beach house had everything we needed. Very helpful was the washer/dryer.

Everything was great , I did not see when I booked it was a community pool ; however it was still nice . Most homes I’ve rented always had cards, games and books . It was extremely close to the beach

Perfect location. Close to beach, pier and restaurants. Walked/biked to dinner a couple of nights. Enjoyed the pool in late afternoons to unwind. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommend

I actually stayed in another property Mr. Hines owns due to the fact I had 10 family members traveling with me. We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly what we needed to sleep 11 people comfortably. The location was excellent in getting to the beach within a 2 minute walk. Mr. Hines was wonderful in responding to issues quickly. We definitely will be staying here again. Thanks Mr. Hines for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our time at the Sunset Square property. Stewart was very good to work with. We had a great welcome package when we arrived. It had everything we needed for our vacation. We got married during our stay and this property location was perfect. The property had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dished, glassed, pots, pans. etc. It was nice having the hose outside to rise off at a day at the beach. We would defiantly book with Stewart again.

Our family really enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed. It was so close to the beach and having the pool outside your door was such a plus. We thought the property was great; the availability, the location, the amenities, bringing the pups, the price and the owner. Its like a little community in itself and that was great. We will very much enjoy returning year after year.

This is a well stocked, adorable, great location rental. Close to beach and pool in Garden City. I had difficulty seeing beyond the uncleanliness, however. If you want a place close to beach and don't care about how dirty it is, this is the place for you.

Overall okay. Property clean well kept good location. Do not recommend if you like to sleep at night due to neighbors swimming in community pool right beside house most of the night. Only one comfortable bed. Other beds and couches are ok for kids not for teenagers. However did appreciate being able to bring fur baby.

We had a very few minor issues upon arrival, but Stewart was quick to resolve everything. All you have to do is communicate with him. He is very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our week’s stay. We even had soap, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc. waiting for us when we got there. Thank you for opening up your cute little house to us and giving us the opportunity to have a fun, much needed family vacation.

This house was in a great location with the pool right beside us and the beach just across the road.
