Our family really enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in several houses throughout Carillon and this is by far our favorite. The house itself is amazing with plenty of room for our group of 10. The setting is extremely private and secluded with lake views out the back and the beach literally a few steps from the front door. It was close enough to the beach that we didn't have to load up everyday as we could just hop back and forth to the house to make lunch, drinks, etc... This area of the neighborhood is also very quiet and the beach walkover location is also very private. We only had one or two other families anywhere near us all week during spring break. The owner was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We'll be back for sure!

Once Upon a Tide was an excellent property for our group of 11. This community has to be one of the best kept secrets in Florida. The amenities and location provide for the perfect getaway. Money well spent.

Our family ranges from 10 years old to 76. This beautiful house accommodates all of us perfectly and the location couldn't be better. So thankful for the time we were able to spend here.

Our family and friends love to gather here. This was our second stay at Once Upon a Tide. The house is beautiful and peaceful. Steps away from Carillon Beach. The beach feels private and you can't beat the Sunsets there. Some of the prettiest water we've ever seen. Mgmt provides lounge chairs on the beach which is awesome. They also have kayaks, bikes, and boogie boards. We brought our paddleboard and watched the dolphins up close. We like to sit on the back porch in the evenings and listen to the frogs sing. What we greatly appreciate is what is provided by the property. Mgmt provides hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, full bottle of detergent, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner and cleaners. There's plenty of towels and linens. The house and kitchen are nicely appointed. The "good ice" (think Sonic or Chic-fil-A) maker is a hit with everyone. Beds are comfortable and decor is beautiful. Conveniently located to Seaside/Rosemary/Alys/PCB and Publix is less than a mile away. We will book again!

This was our second year in a row to stay at 'Once Upon a Tide' and included kids/grandkids. The home is exceptional and beautifully decorated and spacious. We were provided the full compliment of beach chairs, kayaks, floats and beach toys for the kids. Our direct interaction was with Dan Allen, the property owner, and he was proactive and precise with his communications and recommendations. A wonderful experience from start to finish--highly recommended!

Excellent property!

We were very appreciative of the communications from Dan in getting us locked into the check in process and getting oriented. The property was exceptional. It was clean and extraordinarily well appointed. On more than one occasion my wife stated "She must be a decorator". The house is in a quiet location and just steps away from the beach walkover. Our daughter is recovering from knee surgery but close enough for her to walk over and back on crutches with no problem. If you stay here you'll want to make a rerun trip...

Beautiful house ideally located. We had a wonderful family week.. The only issue we have is the outside needs a little TLC.

Such an amazing home and location. Our family had plenty of room with 4 generations. The porches were great to have for the older ones that did no want to go out into the sun! Will go back!

I took my family here for our annual beach week. We all really enjoyed it. All the main rooms had king sized beds. The kitchen was a decent size. There was a functioning ice maker. It was clean. The quality and number of the provided bath and beach towels was far above average (best I have seen). It's just across the circle from a walkover to the beach. The four provided beach chairs are literally right in front of the walkover. Communication with the homeowner was minimal because everything went smoothly with check-in and everything in the house worked. I would definitely bring the family back here again. Great value.

This tastefully decorated home met all the needs of our family beach week. Nice kitchen that was equipped well, even had an ice machine! The beds were comfy with great linens and towels as well as beach towels. The Shed had bikes, kayaks, beach toys, chairs just to name a few of the many things supplied. Loved all the porch’s and balcony's with rocking chairs and swings. A great screened in back porch with beautiful lake view out the back and steps away from the beach crossover out the front. We’ve gone to Carillon Beach 4 times now and the family voted this “best house yet” to Once Upon A Tide. We look forward to making more memories!

We really enjoyed this very pretty and functional house for our group of 5 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and comfortable. Just steps to the beach and community pools were nearby. We also liked kayaking on the lake.

We loved our stay for the 4th of July holiday week. With nine adults and 4 small children this house was perfect! Everyone found their own spot with a little privacy. The house is set up for large families or mutiple couples. Thank you Dan for making this trip so special. JM Roswell GA

Clean! Perfect decor! Great location!

My family loved our first stay in Carillon Beach! The house was very clean and well appointed with every amenity you could possibly think of. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable as well. The location is right across the street from the beach walk over and a very short walk to the neighborhood pools. My teens enjoyed riding the provided bikes to the Beach Cafe everyday. The owners were awesome to work with! Our family hopes to stay here again this summer.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It is beautifully decorated and has the perfect beach vibe. It is very spacious, newly remodeled, and came with all the amenities we needed. The master suite is really a retreat, and all the bedrooms are large with nice bathrooms. You can just tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the details (even the ice-maker and coffee machine are specialized and top notch). The beach walkover is just across from the house! YOU CAN BE ON THE BEACH IN SECONDS!! One of our favorite things about this house was the back patio on the lake. It was so peaceful sitting on the patio after a day at the beach. Carillon is a lovely community---the beach is amazing and never crowded. We love just riding bikes (provided with the house) through the neighborhood and enjoying the pools. We have stayed in several houses in this neighborhood, and WE DEFINITELY PLAN ON STAYING IN THIS HOUSE AGIAN!
