Outdated and needs deep cleaning

This condo is perfectly placed with a view of the ocean, between two smaller pools. Not far from the large pool and hot tub and fitness facility down the road. It’s comfortable, especially for a couple. Ann has all the equipment provided that you could need for cooking, cleaning, washing a load of laundry, etc. This is the best place to be for me in Harbor Island. Love it!

We had such a good time - just not long enough. The villa was great and so was the location. We could sit on the deck and watch the ocean all day.

Nice sofa sleeper in living room. Carpet dirty, worn- needs replacing. Floor uneven due to warping of subflooring. TV, DVD difficult to work. Condo is aged & needs upgrading. Comfortable bed & pillows. Nice deck facing ocean. Sliding door & screen to back deck difficult to slide open. Quiet, serene area.

Nice secluded and peaceful stay. Stop at a grocery store before you get to the island because there isn’t much there. The villa is a short walk from the beach and it was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive, helpful, and gracious.

A much needed weekend for rest and relaxation! Excellent communication from host. Condo was clean and we enjoyed the view.

My daughters and I enjoyed this nice condo with easy access to the beach and amazing views! We also took advantage of great restaurants and the gate pass to Hunting Island. Good weather also contributed to our very enjoyable visit.

Had a wonderful time, everything was excellent

We wanted a weekend away and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted and hope for. The check in and out process was super easy. Owners were great communicating. Location of this place was conveniently located to the beach. We also drove down a little ways to fish. Perfect spot.

Perfect fit for the weekend as we had a nearby golf tournament. Frigid weather so I hate we couldn’t take advantage of any of the wonderful amenities.

This was our second time staying at this condo. It is perfect for our family and has everything we could ever need. Ann is so helpful and quick to respond. Such a lovely condo, very well kept and clean! Love that linens and some other essentials are included because it means less packing for us! Also love to visit hunting island state park. The included pass is a nice added bonus! Hope to return again next year!

We stayed here while visiting my parents. Was a great location with a great view of the ocean from our balcony for a great price. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit, the condo and the beach.

The condo is very comfortable and offers a great view of the marsh and ocean. I enjoyed wathong the sunrise and the rise of the full moon.

We had a wonderful stay over fall break. The location is perfect. We could sit on the deck and enjoy the view and the ocean breeze. The condo is steps to the beach boardwalk and right around the corner from two pools. We have stayed on Harbor Island before, and having the gate pass already there and waiting made it so easy to arrive. Our favorite part was the Hunting Island park pass. We did an evening walk there when we arrived, and a morning sunrise the next day. If you have never seen the sunrise on Hunting Island, you should know it is well worth the early morning alarm. Get there about 30 minutes before set sunrise to enjoy the breathtaking view. Another great asset of this condo is that there are beach chairs and towels. I had read about this in another review, so we packed lightly. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. They even mailed back a shirt we left. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the best of the area, this is your unit.

We were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This condo was perfect! We went in October and it was like we had the beach to ourselves. Morning coffee on the back deck in the sun listening to the waves was what my soul needed. The owner was responsive to my questions prior to the visit. Would definitely love to go back!

What a wonderful weekend at such a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were so surprised how nice this condo is and how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Wonderful stay, as always!

We enjoyed our first stay at Harbor Island. The condo is in a great location steps from the beach and two pools. Right across the street is another pool and little gift shop. Condo has everything you need for your stay.

The location is great, practically beach front. Just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The condo has everything you might need: stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, and even beach gear. The pass to Hunting Island State Park was a highlight. We did have a couple issues and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

This was our third stay but first during the middle of summer. In the unit, we appreciated the beach towels, portable camping/beach chairs, and the cart to carry things to the beach. Outside, we enjoyed the views and stepping off the deck and walking down a boardwalk to the beach. It was also nice having multiple swimming pools to choose from. When one was crowded, we often could find another that wasn't.

We have stayed at this condo many times and each time is consistently wonderful. It has all you will need for a great time on a beautiful beach!
