We had a wonderful stay over fall break. The location is perfect. We could sit on the deck and enjoy the view and the ocean breeze. The condo is steps to the beach boardwalk and right around the corner from two pools. We have stayed on Harbor Island before, and having the gate pass already there and waiting made it so easy to arrive. Our favorite part was the Hunting Island park pass. We did an evening walk there when we arrived, and a morning sunrise the next day. If you have never seen the sunrise on Hunting Island, you should know it is well worth the early morning alarm. Get there about 30 minutes before set sunrise to enjoy the breathtaking view. Another great asset of this condo is that there are beach chairs and towels. I had read about this in another review, so we packed lightly. The hosts were super helpful and accommodating. They even mailed back a shirt we left. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the best of the area, this is your unit.

We were in town for a wedding and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This condo was perfect! We went in October and it was like we had the beach to ourselves. Morning coffee on the back deck in the sun listening to the waves was what my soul needed. The owner was responsive to my questions prior to the visit. Would definitely love to go back!

What a wonderful weekend at such a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were so surprised how nice this condo is and how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

We enjoyed our first stay at Harbor Island. The condo is in a great location steps from the beach and two pools. Right across the street is another pool and little gift shop. Condo has everything you need for your stay.

The location is great, practically beach front. Just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. The condo has everything you might need: stocked kitchen, bedding, towels, and even beach gear. The pass to Hunting Island State Park was a highlight. We did have a couple issues and the hosts were very easy to get in touch with and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

This was our third stay but first during the middle of summer. In the unit, we appreciated the beach towels, portable camping/beach chairs, and the cart to carry things to the beach. Outside, we enjoyed the views and stepping off the deck and walking down a boardwalk to the beach. It was also nice having multiple swimming pools to choose from. When one was crowded, we often could find another that wasn't.

We have stayed at this condo many times and each time is consistently wonderful. It has all you will need for a great time on a beautiful beach!

Ann’s place is conveniently located on the ground floor and the back deck overlooks the marsh and ocean..so pretty. Only a short walk on the boardwalk to the beach. Ann responded quickly when we wanted to check in a little early. Perfect place for the two of us. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo was just as described. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean from the back deck and just a short walk to the beach. Look forward to our next visit.

Harbor Island is such a pretty place. The condo was so comfortable and well furnished. Ann was a great host. We rode bikes around the Island. Very laid back and relaxing. Enjoyed our coffee watching the sunrise each morning. Went to Hunting Island and spent a day. Was a great stay!

On VRBO, I searched Edisto Beach, because I wanted something close to my home but oceanfront and quiet. It wasn’t until the night before I was leaving and put the address in my Google maps that I realized I was not going to Edisto, but Harbor Island. I had never heard of this place. It turned out to be a great oceanfront condo in a gated community. The pools were nice. I loved the Turtle’s Nest store. The workout rooms were just what I needed to get a little exercise. I’m glad I brought some food with me, because the nearest grocery store is about 25 minutes away. There aren’t a lot of restaurants to choose from either, so plan accordingly. The condo itself was very comfortable and cutely furnished. I loved walking around the little island, on the beach and on the streets.

We truly enjoyed our week in this ocean front villa. It was comfortable and very homey. We appreciate being able to enjoy this vacation gem.

Condo was cozy with great view of the water. Great area- close to Hunting Island & state park. Good restaurants close by. Getting through the gate with attendant was a hassle when we first arrived. Very frustrating.

We were in the area for a family wedding and this condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. If you’re searching for a quite place with a nice ocean side deck and short walk to the beach AND close to Agape Oaks Wedding venue, this is the place for you! It’s 12 minutes to the venue by way of low traffic country roads. We also visited Hunting Island State Park during some free time, thanks to a pass the owner provides. The condo was clean, had everything we needed and the owner response to a question we had after arrival was very prompt. Overall, very pleased with accommodations/Harbor Island!

This was a great place. The view out the back and the covered porch area was just post card worthy. When sun went down you could hear the waves with the patio door opened. Clean easy to get to great parking everything you might need inside. Would love to come again Thanks for a lovely place for meals my sister to rest relax and regroup for the holidays

We loved our trip to Harbor Island and this condo was perfect for our family. It is stocked with everything we could ever need, plenty of towels and sheets too! It’s super clean and Ann is extremely prompt at responding should you need her for anything! We hope to return soon and will definitely be booking this condo when we do!

Great location close to beach. It looks even better than the pictures. New paint and nice furniture. Had a little trouble finding the villa, but security is very helpful and drove us right to it. FYI it's the center set of villas on the right about a mile in from security gate. It is easier to find in daylight, but was dark when we arrived. Grocery and most restaurants are about 20-25 minutes from villa. Beach is just a short walk down boardwalk over the dunes. Very peaceful. We will return again.

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed ourselves. The place does need some updates, which Ann said was going to happen some time in November. It was very comfortable and the beach was just short 5 min walk. We had a little problem with upstairs noise but they left a few days into our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had all supplies needed for cooking. Any questions We had were answered quickly, they were very responsive.

My wife and I had a short get away and I booked this unit. It exceeded my expectations. We both love the place, the view, the area. The owner thought of and had available everything we would need for our stay. Communicated with me and accommodated us beyond expectations. We are definitely coming back!
