Beautiful condo!

Yvette and Harry are outstanding host. This is our 3rd consecutive year staying at their beautiful condo on the beach. They were most thoughtful having the place decorated for Christmas and even having gifts for us when we arrived. I cannot say enough about the condo. The kitchen had every piece of cooking utensils, pots, pan, crockpot, coffee makers , etc that you could ask for. This worked great for us as we love to cook. The huge TV was great for watching movies and more importantly watching our Steelers and Bills play in the comfort of our condo. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. Even though the weather was not the best for this time of the year, staying in the beautiful condo and the many places located near us for food and entertainment made us forget about the cool weather. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Yvette and Harry for sharing your lovely place with our family.

This was our second year to stay in this amazing condo, and we've already signed up to stay again next year. We love everything about it. The furnishings and finishes are very nice, and it is well stocked with anything and everything you might need. And the view is spectacular, we just love watching and listening to the waves. And it's quiet even though it's super close to all the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and Main Street. Highly recommend this unit!

Of all our travels this condo provided the best accommodations with all the comforts of home. They truly thought of everything that could possibly be needed. Nothing better than being right on the powdery beach and enjoying coffee every morning on the lanai.

We had an awesome time at this condo. Yvette is a very helpful host. The extra hospitality items were over the top. We look forward to our return in the spring.

This condo is amazing! Perfect location, comfy beds, plenty of room, very clean, and full of ALL the amenities you would need for a great vacay and right on the beach! This place is a gem and Yvette and Harry really take care to make your trip wonderful. We fell in love with the spot and Anna Maria Island. Can't wait to return!

Do not hesitate to rent this property. It is beautiful, has been fully updated and the location and views are AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good about our experience at this property. The owner was proactive and made the process effortless. Everything is taken care of and you just feel like you can relax when you arrive. They thought of everything to make the vacation a vacation. Extra towels, beach toys, all the essentials plus little extras you don't see other places. THANK YOU!!!! Highly recommend.

The condo is so beautiful! Very well maintained and stocked with enough stuff to get you started (TP, paper towels, etc.). Lots and lots of beach towels, extra bath towels and linens. The condo itself is beautiful and located right in the heart of Bridge Street. Within walking distance to many restaurants, the Bridge Street Pier, ice cream, putt putt and some cute shops. The beach is gorgeous, the pool was perfect for us and there were even beach chairs, pool noodles, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrella and cabana. The owners, Yvette and Harry, are so pleasant and kind. So easy to work with and checked in on us via text after we arrived. We saw manatees 3 times and took a boat ride with Shore Thing, which was one of our trip highlights. Thank you for an amazing week with family!

My husband and I have stayed here before and keep returning because this property really is the perfect vacation! Yvette and Harry have thought of everything and make you feel very welcome! The beach is beautiful and quiet. We can’t think of a better place to spend time. We will be back!

This is our 20th year in AMI at Gulf View!

Yvette and Harry made their condo so welcoming for our Christmas vacation stay. The condo was cheerfully decorated and made it feel like Christmas. I would be remiss if I did not mention the gifts and delicious chocolates that they provided…truly thoughtful. The condo is immaculate and fully stalked with everything anyone would need. The location is also absolutely the best…. Right on the beach and close to restaurants, shops and activities. A+ ( thank you Yvette And Harry)

We absolutely LOVED this condo! The view of the gulf is spectacular, and you have the option of watching the sunset from your large, private lanai or walking a few feet out to the beach. The condo itself is just beautiful with wonderful and comfortable furnishings, and so many thoughtful "extras" (things you wouldn't expect). Simple but useful things like small and medium size soft-sided coolers, freezer packs, multiple shakers to make mixed drinks, sunscreen, flashlights for the beach, fun games, multiple TV subscription options, tons of hangers in the closets (that's a big one for me), and the list goes on and on. The location is also amazing, right by Bridge Street which has a great selection of dining and shopping options, and several more restaurants nearby right on Gulf Dr. within easy walking distance. Yvette (the owner) is great with timely communications and responses, and it's obvious that she cares about her guests having a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning to this condo again next year during our annual visit. We're so thrilled to have found this gem!

This is our fourth time staying in Yvette and Harry’s place. Besides them being the most accommodating and sweet people on earth, they provide an oasis for one to come to the beach with just your bathing suit and flip Flops! You will enjoy paradise inside and outside your front door. Clean Renovated and stocked with everything you could need! Fantastic location- fun for adults, elders, teens and little ones with Bridgestreet and all it has to offer only steps away. Beachfront -no schlepping stuff across the street! Beach views from your kitchen living and bedroom Perfect spot on the back screened in balcony to watch the beach goers and sunset if need a break from the beach Gift upon arrival! Fully stocked, no need to bring anything! Even beach toys, umbrellas , tents and chairs. It’s no coincidence that both of their units are booked all year long I could go on but I only get so many characters….we will go no where else and have stayed at many other locations on the island.

We have stayed at this property many times and it is always perfect. Everything that makes a great vacation great is provided. We are already looking forward to next year!

The hosts Yvette & Harry were wonderful to communicate with! The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. The locker full of beach items was a great bonus! The location was great. They stay was great. The visit from beginning until the last day was so great it is hard to describe in less than 100 words. The view spectacular, location, location, location is the best. The condo top notch. All conviences any one could want or need. The owners are the greatest host. Look forward to more visits.

Great Property and checked all of our boxes! Right on the ocean with a beautiful beach. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated! Owners provided everything you could possibly need. Very close to Historic Bridge Street which was great. Can't wait to come back again!!

I cannot put into words how grateful we are to have had the opportunity to stay at this condo. The place was absolutely beautiful with everything that you could ask for. Everything in the condo was new and modern and beautifully decorated. In addition to being immaculately clean. We even received a house warming gift in addition to mask and hand sanitizer to keep us safe. (So very thoughtful). The view from the lanai was breathtaking and the location and accessibility to all the night life, shops and restaurants were excellent. I look forward to staying again in the very near future. Thank you so much for giving a beautiful place to make lasting memories. I would be remiss if I did not thank the owners for making us feel welcome. Their communication with us was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!! Sunsets were breathtaking! This place has everything that we needed to make meals while we were there. No need to eat out. It was so nice to have a lanai to sit on and eat meals, watch sunsets, look at the stars, and look at the dolphins! Was very clean, beds were super comfortable, lots of games, movies, and extra chargers in every room. Hoping we are able to come back again!!
