Good location, nice ocean view from balcony, well furnished condo.

This location was great. The condo was filthy. Dust on all the furniture. Food on the floor. I spent an hour cleaning the kitchen. Silverware drawer had food crumbs. Windows and mirrors had finger marks. Both slider locks were broke. Shower rod in hall bathroom fell down every time you tried to close it. I did alert Aldele about the slider and shower rod. She seemed like it wasn’t a big deal. Sign posted in condo you only had two hours to let her know about the cleanliness. I did but it was past “the two hour window”. The sliders not locking was very concerning when there was questionable people below us and came up and banged on our door in the am. Definitely would like twice if you are on a girls trip.

The place is nice, great views, walking distance to restaurants, it has all you need for a perfect beach vacation. Adele, the host is very polite and she is a text away if you need her. !00% recommended!

We had such a great stay! The location and view are absolutely amazing! It is just a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed watching the sunrise from the living room! The condo itself is clean, well maintained and comfy all around. The kitchen is fully stocked and had all of the things we needed to make meals. It is a 3rd floor unit so there were a lot of steps as expected but our family does not have small children or anyone with walking issues so it worked out just fine for us. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked it for next year!

This was our 2 nd stay at the condo. New sliding door and outside table and chairs was a nice surprise. Condo was clean, no issues with anything.Condo has spacious bedrooms with 2 nd bedroom having the 2 queen beds is definitely nice. We had a wonderful week. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo with excellent access to the beach. With all beach stays some of the beds were sandy but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up. We had a great time back at the beach it was our first time back sense 2019. Hope to come back soon

The property is located on the 3rd floor, corner room. The corner makes this an ideal location for relaxing with family around the picnic table while enjoying the breathtaking views Carolina Beach has to offer. It was easy accessing the property and parking spaces are well marked. We were emailed the parking permits after we had already left home and had to write our parking spot on a paper. The reason I mention this is 1. We always travel with pen and paper for those just in case moments 2. The owner was immediately responsive when I inquired about how not to get towed! We were extremely impressed with response time for questions. The property does need some minor updates such as repairing the sliding door. I saw other reviews mentioned this flaw but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us and the door worked. The handle simply needs a minor repair. We did place a towel in front of the screws at the bottom of the outside door as to remind us not to trip over them. The screws sticking out appeared necessary for boarding up the door for severe weather. For us, a towel laid at the bottom served as a quick fix to not catch our toes on the screws. The bedrooms were clean and the mattresses felt great. The kitchen is well stocked, including a k-cup & regular coffee maker. The kitchen supplies did not stop there, plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. We always bring our own pans for cooking but this kitchen had all we needed! We hope to stay again next year!

My sister, best friend and I took a girls trip! We had a great time!!! Definitely, we will have to come back!

Excellent location with an awesome view on both sides of the property. Short walk to the pier which includes a really cute tiki bar. About 1.5 miles to the boardwalk, sort of a long walk if you are not in shape (lol) but managable. Also walking distance to a little convenience store/coffee shop. Not ideal to have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo, but that was expected and understandable. The downstairs closet full of chairs/beach things was not labeled, and the lock did not work. Had to communicate with the owner to get a locksmith to come, who unfortunately did not arrive until a couple days into our trip. Be aware when the listing claims they have beach chairs, they do not actually have beach chairs, but instead a couple of camping chairs that sit up high. A lot of the outdoor items in the closet (boogie boards, etc) were broken. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided for a 5 day trip for 4 people, so we had to end up buying extra toilet paper during our stay. A few things could use some maintenance, including the sliding door to the deck which repeatedly fell off the track. Overall, we had a nice trip and the property was worth the afforable price we paid.

Absolutely a beautiful view to start and end your days! The balcony was a favorite spot to enjoy whether we ate out there or just chilled. Place was the perfect size for my family of 4. Staying for 4 nights, it truly was a perfect spot. Couple flaws did come with this spot though. The reviews of the cleanliness are correct; crumbs everywhere, very dusty, trash can was sticky, the washer and dryer had left over soap and dust all over the front of it, appliances needed wiped down, and the stuff in the closets looked untouched for months. We tried to use the storage unit where we were told the beach chairs were but the key would not work no matter what we tried so we had to sit on our beach towels. If the owner would do some repairs, this place could be a HIT! The location and space gives this spot a huge potential!

1. 2 different addresses of VRBO from email documents led to confusions: 1308 and 1103 !! 2. Parking car: signage directing one to a very narrow/gravel lane to back of building for parking space. 3. Description "upper floor" be more specific; 4 flights lugging suitcases ! 4. Open sliding door onto balcony, door came off track took 2 of us to push back on track and help to open close. 5. Bath tub/shower wrong. Shower nozzle but no way to turn on. Shower in master bath water temp opposite normal. Water pressure in sink very weak. 6. May have pool but did not mention openedApril 15 the day we leave. Not impressed

This property was beautiful, right on the beach, and close to everything. Adele is incredibly thoughtful, providing puzzles, games, and beach toys for the kids! We had a lovely time!

There were no instructions or binders left where they were easily found. The knob lock was changed and no key was left so we were locked out for about an hour, while waiting for the housekeeper to bring us the key. Other than those two small things it was fabulous and perfect!

Views of beach & ocean are superb! Enjoyed the location of this property and the beach being right there.

The condo on the water was the perfect way to spend a November weekend!

Sliding door to deck handle fell off. Door is cloudy and cant see thru it. seal is broken between glass panes. TV in middle bedroom didn,t work.

The location was great! The entire place was filthy. There were food remenents everywhere and surfaces were sticky. There were dirty dishes that were put away. Linen had to be washed as well . Previous reviews had indicated similar issues, but decided to take a chance. Once everything was washed and cleaned we felt better about staying. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this rental.

The view and location was the best. The sliding glass door definitely needs to be replaced and the listing should also mention the amount of stairs to the third floor. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Plenty of room and proper necessities to get your vacation started.

Came here with 2 friends from Colorado. The spot was PERFECT! There's nothing like waking up to the sound of ocean waves from your balcony. The location was great - walking distance (1-mile) to the Boardwalk and right on the beach. We went in the off-season, so it wasn't warm enough to really swim, but the weather was great and the deck was perfect for hanging out and just enjoying the ocean breeze. I know other reviews mentioned it wasn't clean, but we didn't have any issues, so clearly the owner and management listens and makes changes to improve.

Great long weekend with my mom and sister! Location is excellent, updated furniture and kitchen and baths. Does need to update one bed mattress in the second bedroom, but otherwise we loved it! Highly recommend.

The view was beautiful, just not too sure about safety on balconies. Bathroom tiles were coming up and sinks leaked. Mirrors, windows, dishes..everything was dirty. There was a roach in the bedroom and on the balcony. Everything needed cleaning, repairs, and updates.

So many things wrong. Starting with the doors don’t shut unless locked. The slider is broken and doesn’t open or shut easily. Definitely needs replacing. Contacted management about ice maker and water on refrigerator door not working and the response was “ that’s just the Carolina’s”. No action taken. Beds are very uncomfortable. Sink in bathroom trickles water at best. No flow. No broom or vacuum to clean up. Dresser drawer in master fell on my husbands foot. All accommodations were very low scale. We rented 3 units for our family and this was by far the worst. The other 2 were excellent.

The location was beautiful and the property was great. But I was disappointed how dirty it was. Old food from people before on the rug, peices of chocolate all over night stand, crackers on the floor next to beds. Mold in master bath shower curtain, there were stains on the sheets and we questioned if those were clean but tried to ignore it. From all the reviews complaining about the cleanliness you would hope it would be taken seriously. There's a note about contacting them the first 2hrs if its not clean enough, which told me they know it could be cleaner. We drove 18hrs and arrived late so did not want to deal with that. Great property but not treated like it was important for the guests.

Check in was a breeze. Property owner has attention to detail and lots of little extras for the kitchen, bathrooms, and beach supplies. Washer and dryer was handy for our family. Our condo was on the 3rd floor and the view was worth the climb! Beautiful views! Property was clean. Convenient drive to all the restaurants & shops. Beach was NOT crowded despite holiday weekend. Thanks for accurate description and easy stay!
