To start off, this place is amazing. We love staying here and would stay again, but there were some inconveniences during our stay. The pool had pipe issues which drained most of the water, was freezing, cold, then steaming, hot, and then back to cold. It was only the first couple days that both pools were fully usable. Both ice machines stopped working for a couple days and the dishwasher wasn’t working. We had multiple people slip on the tile when it was wet, there was residue on the master windows and stains on the lampshade. For the cost of the week long stay, we did not anticipate dealing the issues above. Otherwise, it was as expected. The views were amazing, space was very relaxing, and location was very convenient. The chef was phenomenal.

The house and view made the trip. Group of 10 adults raved about the views from the 4th level. Rooms were very accommodating.There were an abundance of daily whale sightings from balcony. It was somwhat difficult to navigate the road to the house. We opted for chef dinner one night and were sticker shocked at price but it was an experience.

We had two families here for a quick early Christmas vacation. This place is unbelievably beautiful. It's hard to imagine a better view anywhere else. The house was really great and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us. One major issue we struggled with was water pressure. The concierge (Dario) was awesome and tried his best to help us - still never really was resolved. Dario set up van rides into town everyday and arranged for massages and boat rides - a truly awesome, always at the ready concierge. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend massages. The therapists were great - we had 5 adults get treatments and everyone truly enjoyed them. The chef came in and made dinner one night and breakfast one morning. He and his team were good but way overpriced. Would we stay here again? DEFINITELY!

Great location, with plenty of space for a large group. Host was very accommodating. Unfortunately we encountered some AC issues during our stay, but the house is well maintained so it appears to be unlucky timing. Host recommended Chef Martin who providing some great meals at the house.

We were there with all our children (grown) and tour two grandsons. Incredible house with best views! Pools were heated to make them perfect for the crisp weather. Ernesto the property manager was extremely helpful. The highlight of our stay was contracting Chef Martin who took care of our family's dinners throughout our stay! A talented chef and a real gentleman.

The property was very nice. We had a large group, and everybody was comfortable. The only minor issue was the slide. The listing says slightly abrasive, but it was actually unusable. it would tear you up if you were to go down... Not a huge deal at all, but something to keep in mind if you're bringing kids.

Had a great time at Villa Vista Pacifica, great house with amazing views. We had a group of 10 (5 couples), plenty of room. Great location. Nayely was there to greet us upon checkin and then was texting if needed anything. Only a short Uber to town (about $3-5). Although walking distance, wouldn’t recommend, steep hill. Martin made the best chimichangas we’ve ever had when we arrived. Fress came and brought 4 ladies with her and we setup massage beds on the balcony. They did 5 one hour massages at one time and then another 5 immediately after, amazing! Doors opened along the entire wall to make the best indoor/outdoor living space imaginable. Pool was heated which was great otherwise we probably wouldn’t have been able to use it. Saw whales every day from balcony. Yes there were some minor issues with sinks toilet etc and hot water and pressure wasn’t best but nothing that would cause for complaining. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!

I booked this villa over 1.5 yrs ago for a November date as it is very popular. Ten friends went. We all had a master suite & our own bathroom. It was a fantastic vacation for our group. The villa is located high on a hill with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. We would enjoy coffee on the deck every morning watching whales breach. There is a theater room where we watched movies. We would book the villa again. The only thing I would like to mention is the cold pool. We were looking forward to days in the pool & it was too cold for that with no heater. We ended up going down to Medano beach & swimming in the ocean. There is an option for the all-inclusive which I highly recommend. That comes with a chef & all meals (totally worth the upgraded price) and daily maid service.

House was nice but slide does not work, pool was a bit dirty, and chef was decent.

Beautiful property with lots of room for big families. Neighborhood is great. We had very young kids in our party so possibly not best with heights and lack or railings. Management was great and stayed in communication when issues were raised. Would stay here again.

The property is beautiful as listed. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing! We had a blast and are planning another trip down to Cabo.

This villa is truly magical. The property is exquisite, clean and Diego, the gentleman who checked us in and helped us throughout our stay (cover testing at departure, attractions) was so kind and helpful. The chef Martinez and his son provided us with some of the best food we have ever eaten, the steak and lobster feast on Wednesday was incredible. We had family photography on the balcony and at the beach provided by Bernardo Martinez Photography and there results are amazing. Truly one of the best vacations we have ever had.

This home needs maintenance. The master bedroom bathroom sinks would only have cold water, no hot water. We also had ants in the master bathroom. Bedroom number 3 only had hot water, no cold water. In the middle of our week we lost all water and had to call maintenance to come fix. One of the main reasons we rented this home was because it had access to a gym. We learned when we got there, the gym had been closed for months and we were never told this. This home is high up in Pedregal hard to walk to the marina. There were 9 of us staying here and taxi drivers would charge us $45 to take us down the hill one way, a 3 minute drive. This became extremely expensive to leave the home to explore. We should have been warned about this cost, or advised to rent a car if we rent this home. Owner basically non-responsive when questioned. Air conditioning sounds like an airplane coming through the room and did not work well in most bedrooms. Extremely loud and difficult to sleep when it worked. We were mislead by the online description and amenities. Coffee maker didn't work well. The inside of dishwasher smelled horrible, we had to run it two times to try and make it smell better, before loading with our dishes. Very frustrating experience. I am not certain I will use VRBO again.

Great view best home in Pedegral to stay with family. Water issues but management was attentive and courteous

This house and management is just incredible. From before our trip even began with Rebecca answering all my questions very promptly, to the arrival and stay at the property, it was just all great. Prior to our trip I had asked Rebecca if it would be okay for us to store our luggage at the property before we checked in because our flight arrived early in the morning and they were very accommodating. Turned out perfect for us because when we arrived at the house, Paula, the property manager and Baruch’s partner was there to greet us and show us around the house. She was very lovely and answered all my questions. Upon arrival, Chef Martin had prepared some appetizers for all of us, which we all appreciated. The food was great, but we decided to not hire him and his services because we only stayed a few shorts days and wanted to try all the food around the area. Going in and out of the gated community was so easy as long as you call security and let them know that you have drivers coming in to get you. We mostly used Uber because it was the cheapest. The house is in a prime location and just a short Uber ride (5 US $ or less) into town. I honestly don’t have any complaints about the house. The house accommodated 9 of us perfectly. The house has two small pools in two different levels but we mostly spend our time in the upstairs pool. It was hot during the day so it was nice cooling off in the pool. I think that was our favorite part of the house. One thing that I was kind of sad about was that the master bedroom didn’t get good AC in it. I don’t know if it wasn’t working as good or what but the room never got cold and sometimes it was hard to sleep at night because it was too hot. Other than that, the house was perfect and we all enjoyed our stay. We loved the house and would definitely come back and stay at this property over and over again. Also, the pictures do no justice to this incredible house, the views and everything was great!

Three families fit well in this home. 1st and 2nd floors held the families with children very well. We had no issues while staying at this home. Beautiful views and pretty easy to walk to Cabo Marina and beach. The hike up the hill is a bit challenging for those out of shape, but ubers and/or taxi's can be called to assist. Very secured location with security gate and attendants who keep you safe. They speak english as well. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing time at this fabulous house! The house looks just like the pictures. And the chef, Martin, was there as we checked in with some wonderful appetizers. We felt bad that we had too small of a group to utilize their services. The whole stay was easy and great. The neighborhood is lovely and in a great location. The only bummer was that we walked and walked to find the Pedrigal Organic Farmers Market on Sat. morning and there was none...and no one knew about it. Other than that, we had a perfect time. We WILL be back. Thanks!!

We stayed in this home for a family vacation (8 of us). When I say that this house is unbelievable, I really do not have words to describe it. This home was beyond my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here. The pictures do not do it justice. A few of our favorite things about the house are that the windows/doors on the main floor open up completely so you have an indoor/outdoor space. There is a very helpful house guide that I would read through. There are a lot of small touches that make the stay like pool noodles, lots of beach towels, lots of games, plenty of kitchen supplies (seriously they have everything you could ever need) and Baruch answered all of our questions. The communication with the house manager Baruch was impeccable, he helped us arrange all of the actives we wanted to do and was so timely in his responses. Here are some things I recommend when staying here: We rented a catamaran one day to do some snorkeling and whale watching. While this was expensive, I think it was well worth it. We had a private boat, drinks, an amazing lunch and the boat captain went snorkeling and cliff jumping with us. I also recommend riding horses on the beach with Cactus Tours and requesting George. He was awesome and took us on a private tour. We Ubered most places we went and didn't have any problems! Remember to call the guard house to let them know you are coming. We got the numbers of a few of the Ubers we used and would use them outside of the app. There is a farmers market on Saturday that we loved! It was a long, but beautiful, walk. Lastly, bring a lot of $5 bills to tip, we found it went a long way. Things we didn't love: Chef Martin was very timely and helpful, but I would say he is overpriced. We enjoyed the food, but not for what we paid for. He charges you for things like oil and butter, but takes all of that home with him. He does leave leftovers and did make a lot of food which we had the next night for dinner, so on a positive note he makes a TON of food. I would also not recommend doing an ATV ride with Cactus Tours. They charge you an arm and a leg for a manual ATV, park entrance fee and then you have to pay for insurance on the ATVs per person. I thought this was a bit of a rip off but we still had fun. Overall, this was an amazing family trip and we will definitely be back. I think the icing on the cake was getting to see whales everyday from the house. Thank you for an AWESOME home to stay in!

Overall, the house gets a 4 / 5. There is no such thing as perfect but this house was really great. We were a larger group of adults with 2 kids and it was perfect and spacious. The living room and upstairs pool is where we spent most of our time, and the living room doors open up fully to the outside which makes it a really great open vibe with the beautiful full view of the ocean without any obstruction of view. The pool was a bit cold at first for the windy weather but it ultimately worked out - just something to keep in mind. The slide in the pool is very rough and rocky, so it's not really possible to actually slide down it, but it looks nice -- we mostly only hung out in the upstairs pool and that was perfect for us. The kids still found a way to have fun on the slide though as more of a walkway (safely). The beds in the rooms are pretty comfortable, and there is lots of closet space. If you are a light sleeper, the AC is pretty loud when it is on - just to be mindful. Baruch (the house manager) and Rebecca were great to deal with and were always very responsive and helpful. The chef Martin was also great and had really good food for us upon arrival at the house, as well as breakfast for the group for mostly all of our mornings (very good prices). We also made good use of the movie theatre to watch some football and escape the sun for an hour or 2. I could go on and on, but ultimately, this house was great, and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Cabo.

What an amazing trip for me and my coworkers. The house was great and everything was as advertised. We had Martin cool for us a few of the days we stayed and it was well worth it. Nothing like waking up to whales breaching the water and swimming up and down the coast. Thank you for a great experience. We hope to return soon

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this home. We had four couples and the house, the staff, the Chef etc. all contributed to a great experience. The house itself had great amenities and really nice common space to enjoy with a group. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return again next year.

The Villa was everything we wanted and more. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Maria especially made our time at the Villa stress free. She helped with every question we had right away. All of her recommendations made our weekend perfect. Thanks Maria!

This house was perfect for a big group, which we were. And it was super kid friendly. Baruch, house manager is amazing and helpful with all your needs. The kids room beds are truly just for kids so keep in mind when booking. The plumbing is a little dicey in terms of toilets being sensitive. Chef martin is lovely but don’t know that i would book his services again if going back. Have had other chefs in the past that we preferred. Overall a really great experience!

Entire team of 7 for the Little Bisbee stayed. It was great to get a break from the marina and the chef was there waiting on us when we got back. Had no trouble with finding transportation to and from the marina through the guard shack.
