Nicely furnished and clean rooms. Easy to reach from the airport. Early breakfast was available on the day of departure.

The bed is made up from two single mattresses that can easily be pushed apart, so you either have to squeeze on to one or risk falling into the gap. Normally there's some kind of mechanism to lock them together. There was a loud AC unit that ran throughout the night outside of our room. It sounded like a fan wasn't secured properly. We had to store some medicine with the reception and both times we had to pick it up the staff took a while to understand and weren't very friendly in the interaction. The exact location of the medicine should be noted in the guest profile, so you shouldn't need to search multiple freezers for it. The food choice was relatively good, but it lacked quality. If you're vegan most of the side dishes aren't plain, so you're mostly stuck eating fries with whatever sauce is available. It shouldn't be that hard to offer plain rice, potatoes or noodles. The shower struggles to keep the same temperature for more than a minute.

The staff is very hard working and everyone is lovely. The food at the restaurant is very good. They have a variety of dishes/themes. It does get very busy and sometimes you may need to queue but it was not a problem for us. The grounds are fantastic. The hotel is spread out and there are lots of greenery, nice gardens, lovely pathways. There is a huge closed field/park which belongs to the hotel and it was excellent for the kids to run around in the safe environment. There are 2 excellent pools and they are big. The beach is across the road. It was so convenient to go to the beach and return to the hotel to grab a drink or go to the toilet. The alcoholic drinks were excellent. I could not get enough of aperol spritz and pina colada - they were the best. We had a very peaceful stay, no noise at night. Good night time every day enterntainment for adults and kids.

The first room we were given had many flaws: the fridge wasn't working so our baby food/milk went off by the morning, the shower wasn't working properly, wifi was really poor etc. We had a horrible experience so next morning I spoke to the Guest Experience Manager Juan and he moved us to another much better room. He apologised for the incovenience and informed us that the hotel was open just for 10 days after the winter closure when we arrived that's why not all rooms were prepared/checked. Thank you Juan- you saved our holidays and made them fantastic!

- Les chambres sont mal isolés. - Il y avait quelques petites fourmis dans la chambre.

The hotel is very well appointed with 2 pool areas, Mini golf, gym. Directly across from the beach. Bright & airy. The staff were very pleasant.

The noise of the aircraft taking off every few minutes until 1am and then again by 6.30am. No way you could have a siesta the hotel is directly next to the flight path for the very busy airport. Not enough staff manning bar areas of an evening, you had to queue all the time.

Les réceptionnistes qui discutent entre eux alors que des clients attendent. Aucune considération pour les clients. Il faut arrêter de bavarder et servir les clients ! Les serveurs au petit déjeuner qui débarrassent votre assiette alors qu’on n’a pas fini de manger ! Laissez nous petit déjeuner tranquillement ! La chambre demandée au calme : on nous a mis juste au dessus de la réception avec tous les passages des clients et les valises à roulettes - bruit énervant. Proximité aéroport donc un avion toutes les 5 minutes au dessus de l’hôtel. Impossible de se reposer. Personnel qui ne fait pas de remarques aux clients qui fument sur les terrasses alors que c’est interdit.

Rude staff, i asked for water and I was called stupid for asking water from the bar.

Great pool area, great entertainment, room clean and good space. Kids entertainment great. Staff so lovely and helpful.

all inclusive - get a bit bored after 10 days, kids can´t take f.ex ice-cream to pool. Our room next to the entertainment area and the canteen so bit loud on the morning and at the evenings

Le seul bémol c’est avec Booking qui précise sur son sit qu’il rembourse la différence si on voit moins cher ailleurs, j’ai fait la remontée d’informations avec une différence de 35 €, une réponse inadapté m’a été faite j’ai répondu à nouveau et puis plus de nouvelles.

Loved breakfast - lots of choice. Staff were great, very efficient and friendly and helpful, always smiling. Really made a difference to See happy staff.

The pillows were a bit thin for me.

The design of the hotel is attractive, the rooms are clean with separate bathrooms. The breakfast is plentiful, but nothing extra. Torremolinos is beautiful, with lots of attractions and countless beaches. The location of Los Alamos is excellent, you can visit a lot of places from here by train or on foot.

The swimming pool is not suitable for adults and also the evening programs are exclusively for families with small kids. They could have emphasized that the Hotel is primarily recommended for families with small children. We thought the price of the meal, especially the dinner, was excessive.

The only draw back was with the food at the buffet that was cooked on the grill. Some of the chicken and pork came out severely underdone, completely pink below the surface. Oh and also, reserved a double bed and got two singles which was unfortunate
