Compact and stylish guest room with fabulous en-suite shower room and ridiculously comfy bed !! Separate front door for privacy and independence, and off-road parking if required. I only stayed one night but didn't want to leave... will definitely be back :-)

None. Didn’t see anyone, was a little difficult to find, and although small room it was fine for one night.

Impersonal, would of liked a quick hello but understand that self check-ins seem to be a thing now, although we did receive a friendly message giving instructions.

Bathroom was roomy but turned into a wet room as soon as the shower was used! Private entrance was good and on-site parking.

The mattress on the bed was so old that the springs were coming through and this has been mentioned a few times before, even as far back as September 2020 on previous feedback, but still the owner has not renewed the mattress. We didn't like waking up with a bad back every morning and a broken night's sleep due to springs causing discomfort. We were only given 1 hand towel and 2 small bath towels for a 5-night stay, we had to request 2 extra bath towels on day 3 which were left on our bed. Daily housekeeping is listed on the site but not provided in fact we didn't see the owners once during our stay. TV was impossible to watch as it kept freezing on all channels. Small fridge in the bottom of the wardrobe but that just about kept chocolate bars from melting. We knew before arrival it was a converted garage on the side of a house on a housing estate however, I would say its only suitable for a single occupant for an overnight stay. Terribly uncomfortable for 2 persons. Basically, its smaller than a mobile park home although as stated the bathroom was roomy! There is an adjoining connecting door to the house where you can hear the family noise and the dog whining on the other side. The distances given on the listing are not particularly accurate, although it's about a 10-15 minute walk to the main town area. Definitely won't be staying there again.

Excellent place. Ground level, easy access..literally feet away from room. Great for bikers( clean ones ) lol as luggage easy to unload..struggling people who cant walk far. Gareth was very accommodating and helpful. Great place..very clean and tidy. Even a small fridge cooler box. Excellent

More time to stay lol

The location was close to the town centre, it was clean and modern. Loved the bathroom.

There was nothing to dislike

A good, large, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Positioned within easy reach of the coast, the hills and many historical attractions.

Finding the address each night on an undistinguished residential street was a challenge at first.

Fantastic little guest room with everything I needed. comfortable bed and exceptional bathroom. excellent value for money, I’ll definitely be back. thanks xxx
