House is interesting with many antique pieces. Updated areas are good and pool is lovely with good outdoor furniture. We had hoped to use boats with the dock but there is no space as the cove is crowded. We had to limit our younger children from being at the dock alone as the dock is not visible from the house. In fact there are no lake views and the walkway to dock is steep. House has good space although the downstairs bedroom with multiple beds is a long distance from a bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being in Hot Springs. The owner was very good to work with.

This home had all we were needing for a weekend on Lake Hamilton! The boat dock was big factor and the outside area was clean and large with a big pool and plenty of seating. Each couple had an en-suite bath which was a big must for us. The rooms were spacious. Linda was proactive in her communication with me all weekend. She definitely wanted us to have a great experience - and we did! Be advised that the walk downhill to the boat docks is steep and has quite a few steps. It was a good workout both down and then back up!

Dr. Heard is great, her home is beautiful. She made this weekend one of the best for our family. She is a phone call away and always ready to help. Everything you could possibly need is in the home. We definitely enjoy the pool and all the out door seating with the ceiling fans. Definitely will be coming back again.

This was by far the best place my wife and I have stayed. Host was a pleasure to communicate with and the property is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay at this unique property. Check in was super efficient and the owner was very responsive to questions. The house is great for a large group. Each of the four bedrooms has it's own full bathroom. Plus there are multiple areas to hangout in the house. Plenty of space to get away from each other or to accomodate a larger group. It was to chilly for the pool, but the area was nice. Close and easy access to the water with steps and a handrail. The house is secluded and quiet, but close enough to be at local attractions with a 10 minute drive. It was a great weekend with friends.

The house has several areas that we used to hang out, eat, drink and play games. The front porch was very nice with a large table and big screen TV. I wish the pool was clean so we could have used it. It was in the 80's one day we were there and very warm out.

This spacious house was perfect for our weekend gathering with family and friends. Good location and easy to find. Very clean with a long list of amenities. Lots of communication with the home owner. I highly recommend!

Beautiful place, well suited for privacy. 8 teenage students at conference, provided a mini-retreat each night away from conference crowd, enabling the team to collaborate and bond. We had everything we needed down to spices in the cabinet. The large table on the covered patio was wonderful for group gatherings and eating. Lots of nooks and crannies in the enclosed yard for solitude and reading. Note the pool is not heated so not available year round and the trek to the boathouse (especially back) is not for the faint of heart! I did find the "wash amd dry all towels" before leaving odd.... and i wondered how many people actually topk care to divide the laundry into 2 or more loads rather than cramming into the large capacity washer and dryer and towels not properly cleaned. But that may be a me 'ick' factor overthink -- Overall a wonderful stay and Linda was very helpful and accomodating, even with an earlier check in upon arriving early. Definitely a must stay if you have a large group!

One of the most unique VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. Once you enter the walled compound you are in your own private world. It has a cool Santa Fe vibe. Believe the photos but they don’t really do the place justice. We were six guys going to the races and we couldn’t wait to get back and gather around the huge table on the covered front porch. It’s kinda being outside and inside at the same time. We cooked every night and had everything we needed for that. The house just goes on and on. We didn’t even use the pool and that area but that is amazing too. Great communication with owner. We’re going to try to get the Villa for next year too. It’s the best one we’ve rented by far in the 10 years we’ve been coming. Thanks Dr. Heard.

I stayed during the Christmas holiday with my son, daughter-in-law 17-year-old grandson, 8-year-old granddaughter and 7-year-old grandson. The house was a good size and was clean with a well-equipped kitchen, and the yard was great for the younger ones to have fun chasing around. Also, the owner, Dr. Heard, was readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My dad lovingly referred to this house as “The Villa.” The grounds are so pretty and there was lots of space for the cousins to explore and lounge. The extra fridge in one of the living areas was a life saver since we were there for Thanksgiving and cooked that whole meal there. Linda was easy to get in touch with and quick to respond! Do make sure you leave appropriate time to complete the towel washing and drying before leaving. We had a great stay!

Location was ideal for all. Home was spacious with several seating arrangements. Replacing mattresses would offer better sleeping comfort. Some rooms need bedside or floor lamps for reading at night. Kitchen was spacious for several cooks preparing a meal. Outdoor pool was inviting even for late September weather. Owner was welcoming and available with communication to our needs and comfort.

The owner was excellent with regards of communication, expectations of tenants and overall hosting. The property was very pretty, if you desiring a view of the lake, it requires a trek down to the boat dock that may not be easy for all physical abilities. The abundance of bedrooms and bathrooms were so nice to have with our multi-family gathering. The pool was perfect, the owner ensuring safety with child locks. Overall, we would rent again, definitely recommend!

Linda was texting us immediately upon arrival to make sure everything was as expected. She made sure we knew to contact her for anything. Her property is very easy to get to when traveling. Although, do note the circle drive front will not handle a larger boat. The boat slip was very well maintained. We docked our 25’ pontoon there and went boating everyday! Beautiful pool and pool decking for fun family swimming. We were also in the pool nearly everyday! This was an excellent home for our family of 12. We were able to put all adult children/families in their own bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pans, dishware, etc. Beautiful 6 burner gas stove/oven. Don’t wait! Book it now!

Small family reunion over 5 days. Perfect for our multi-generational family reunion. So homey and comfortable but elegant. Awesome pool and gardens.

A spacious home with a variety of peaceful outdoor spaces to enjoy nature. Huge pool was pristine and sparkling. We enjoyed swimming and hanging out in the large den. Only 15 minutes to downtown Hot Springs attractions. The owner was extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns.

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful home. Everyone was really happy with their rooms. The house is so spacious and has so much to do. The pool was really nice and clean. The owner was very accessible for questions. The house is located right on the lake so if you have a boat bring it. There is also a really nice dock to tie up to. We rented a boat and enjoyed the day on the water. there is a really nice restaurant just outside the cove to the right that you can tie your boat up to and enjoy some really good food. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house if you are planning a vacation in the area.

Everything was amazing from the house, and pool, to the owner! We enjoyed our stay so much and are looking forward to staying here again in the near future! Dr. Heard was very helpful and made sure our stay was amazing!

This home was everything we needed for our hot springs getaway. It was private, secluded, clean as a whistle and had so many little gems! The owner was very communicative and friendly. Great place for 5 couples to spend the weekend. Loved the house and multiple seating areas inside and out. Linda was very informative and easy to work with. Looking forward to renting again.

The pictures and description on the website do NOT do this phenomenal property justice. From the arched double gate entry into a beautiful courtyard, into the sprawling well-appointed home, to the multiple outdoor gathering spaces, it was just magical. Our group of five adult females and one 15yo female all had plenty of room to spread out in our own space, and we totally took advantage of it! Communication with Ms. Linda was great; she was so helpful and accommodating of our every need. We plan to return to this property when it's warmer so we can enjoy the enormous pool out back. Thanks for a wonderful mini-vacation that we'll never forget.

This place is amazing. My family was ecstatic from the moment we opened the courtyard entry doors. Linda is on top of everything and checked in with us, via text, right after we arrived to make sure we were set. The place is great! Can’t recommend it enough…just do it!

Great property with plenty of amenities. All ten of us had plenty of room. The game room was a huge plus for the kids, while adults enjoyed the sunken living room. The pool was great! Having five bathrooms was downright magical :-)

Plenty of parking and no steps to get into house. House was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen needs. Nice clean pool and large for a house. Grandkids had a great time and two oldest didn't want to leave. All enjoyed week at house.
