It's hard to go wrong with a panoramic view of the ocean. The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location. We will definitely be back.

Was a gorgeous property , had everything loved the decorating. Weather was great. Didn’t enjoy dinner at Fins. The Lobster Shanty in Fenwick was very good . We enjoyed wander the town and shops soo many sweatshirts. Ropewalk fried pickles were REALLY hot . Had a fun lunch there. Enjoyed relaxing on beach. Drinking coffee on balcony listening to the waves . Didn’t want to leave , we’ll be back

This property is as advertised. The view was amazing, kitchen was well equipped and the property had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. This was the first time I had used VRBO and the host promptly answered all my questions. I would highly reccomend this property!

We had a lovely stay with our intergenerational family for a long spring weekend. The condo is really comfortable and well appointed. Everything is very organized. Great place!

What an amazing location! The condo layout is a prime property, with wrap around balconies, giving you a panoramic view of the ocean. It is nicely furnished with plenty of seating and space. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need, and the same great view. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and the linens were quality. The Bathrooms had nice walk-in, tiled showers (although a little slow to drain), and good towels. The condo had lots of hooks everywhere, that are so needed on a beach vacation. The owners also provided paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent (although it's the beginning of the season and may not always be the case). Sea Colony was a nice community and we enjoyed walking across the street to use the fitness center and look at all the different kinds of housing. Deanna was great at communicating and the keyless check-in was a breeze. She was prompt at arranging a handyman to come when the icemaker wasn't working and 2 of the tv remotes needed to be reset. Being the end of April, it was not crowded. You could park anywhere, most of the pools weren't opened and the noise level was low. I imagine it's much different in the summer. We definitely put it on our list of "places to come back to"!

The view from the wraparound balcony is amazing and we enjoyed our off-season girls getaway! Close to the boardwalk, too. I don’t think it’s mentioned until the check-in paperwork is sent, but the property requires a recreation pass for each person, $15 each in the off-season, more during the summer.

We wanted a winter getaway that would allow us to enjoy views of the ocean, even if the weather was too cold to venture too far in person. The views are amazing. We enjoyed watching the snow falling on the beach, the waves crashing, and the incredible sunrise.

This was our first experience using VRBO. We were very pleased with our experience which allowed us to find such a wonderful condo at Sea Colony. Our host Deanna Daniels was excellent with communication and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can tell Deanna takes pride in her (& her husband's) condo by the condition of the property. Great amenities and lots of personal touches made for an enjoyable stay. We realize this was off-season at Bethany beach, but we were surprised how few people were around at the Dover House at Sea Colony. Almost felt like we were the only people in the high rise building, which was pretty cool. We hope to book with this host again as she made everything super smooth!

My family celebrated an early Christmas in this gorgeous condo! The unit was super clean, everything you could think of was available in the kitchen and the beds and living room were super comfy, making it the perfect fit for an extended family getaway. The enormous windows showcase the beauty of the beach and make it a fantastic place to spend a winter weekend!

The condo was just as described and the check in process was very easy. We stayed here with my parents for a long weekend when we attended the Sea Colony tennis camp. I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to do the camp. Deanna was super helpful and a gracious host.

This was a perfect location for an off season girls weekend. The apartment has everything that you need and a beautiful water view. Such a special place!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in November and it was great. Beautiful beach walks into town, amazing views from the condo, and everything we could want. A really fabulous place to stay!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love the condo. The beds are very comfortable and the condo has all the supplies you need. It was wonderful to walk the beach everyday, walk to restaurants, and walk to CVS and Walgreens. The views are beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. May consider renting again.

Pricing was great for view and area. Area is convenient to everything. People friendly, food great, unit has everything you need and more. Definitely will return.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Easy beach access and a heated pool right outside or balcony. Lots of places to eat and have fun within walking distance.

Met all expectations. Perfect location. Beachy decor. Convenient indoor parking ( for one). Didn’t have any issues with extra car parking. Loved how the two bedrooms and bath and a half were down a separate hall. Though of it as the young adult wing. No issues with anything. Also, really liked the combination lock on front door. Our family (one high schooler, one college student, myself, my husband and my mother) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The condo was spotless, had just about everything we needed, and the location was superb. The wrap-around balcony with ocean views and the sound of crashing waves, steps to the beach, a half mile walk to the boardwalk, and numerous resort amenities made for a perfect getaway. Excellent beach getaway to relax. location and condo were perfect. Weather didn't cooperate but views and short walk to beach were outstanding. If you were looking for some excellent Mexican food during your stay would highly recommend ZOCA Mexican Restaurant.

The views are absolutely amazing. We stayed in February and loved it. The beach is a few steps away. We arrived and parked the car and walked everywhere. There is a CVS and Duncan Donuts right across the street. Also, Fins restaurant and the Cottage Cafe were also right across the street. We are Outer Banks fans and this beach is just as nice and a much shorter drive. Loved the condo! We are looking forward to a booking another trip here in the fall.
