Beautiful property excellent location. We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent location again and suggest to others.

This townhouse was beautiful and right in the heart of all things Salem. We were able to walk to attractions, eat at different restaurants, and felt safe the entire time regardless of the hour.

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location! The only thing I would suggest if staying here is stopping by Target and getting some regular toilet paper. The one that was provided was 1 ply. Otherwise it was amazing

This is a nice property in an ideal spot in Salem. The location is perfect for those looking to explore the town. The house is more spacious than I anticipated. I would have preferred a few more kitchen and linnen supplies. There were no pot holders or mixing bowls in the kitchen. Also, I could not find extra blankets and sheets.

We had a wonderful stay in Salem. The area is so quiet and peaceful especially at night time. We were able to walk to all of the local places we wanted to visit with ease. The house was great for our family. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

This rental is much bigger than we had expected! The offsite parking was a little stressful, however the parking pass given is a great idea. The host was hands off, which was great! Would stay again!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was a great location close to downtown Salem. The property was nicely furnished and SPACIOUS. When we visit the Boston area in the future there is no place else we will stay. Everything and everybody made our visit 5 Star.

Our family stayed for Christmas - and could not have found a more perfect place to spend the holiday. The place was just right for four people, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was a nice place to place to gather as we started the day - the full kitchen was great - and we were able to get to just about anywhere in Salem without a car.

This home is clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location to enjoy Salem.

Wonderful location. Place was very clean. Two of the 6 guests were seniors. The stairs were a challenge, and there wasn't any grab bars in bath.

We absolutely loved the location and layout of the property, however the furniture was extremely subpar. Everything felt like it was made for a college dorm - except more uncomfortable. The top floor, which is the master suite, has a terribly uncomfortable bed which is much more suited for children who can sleep anywhere. We actually had to go out and purchase a mattress topper so that the bed wasn't hard as a board. In short, furniture/décor needs an upgrade.

We did a girls trip for the 1st weekend in October. The location was great for walking to all the sites. The Property was exactly as advertised. If we ever return to Salem, this will be where we stay. I highly recommend it!

You couldn't ask for a better location in Salem. This 3 bedroom/2 bath has more room than we expected. It was updated nicely and someplace we would 100% stay again. I was actually traveling with my boss and we chose this because the location and the cost was less than the hotels. We chose bedrooms on different floors and both had our own bathroom to use so plenty of privacy. Overall - very impressed with the communication! To note: Parking is in a garage a very short 2 blocks away. This was very easy to get to. I believe the spot is on the 4th floor so don't think that you passed it - just keep driving up. If you have mobility issues, you may not want to stay here because there is a narrow flight of stairs you have to go up to get into the condo. The main floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a loft with a master bedroom/bathroom and a Laundry closet up another flight of steps.

Totally updated, clean, and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns just steps from our door. The House of the Seven Gables is just down the street. If you’re visiting Salem to see it all and do it all, this is the place to be.

I stayed with my mom and sister-in-law this week for three nights. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, and especially the location. It was completely walkable to all of the great stuff Salem has to offer and the view of the water was beautiful.

This property was in a perfect location for exploring Salem on foot as well as driving to neighboring towns. It was incredibly clean. One of the places I use as a judge of cleanliness is the shower curtain liner. This one was very clean!!

Great location right off the wharf, across from a coffee shop and some cool shops. Parking in the garage down the street was a quick minute walk; Jennifer provided parking pass for our one vehicle. In-unit laundry, dishwasher, and full kitchen were such an added convenience. The neighborhood is very quiet and the other tenants were very nice. Had a great trip!

Everything was perfect

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable beds, a full size fridge, and a cozy living room made this the perfect home base for exploring Salem! The location along the wharf put us within walking distance of Salem attractions and lots of great options for food. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Salem.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was excellent. Able to walk most places. Perfect for our family of 5. The house was very clean, easy to check in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location. Very close to anything you would want to do in Salem or the surrounding area. The place was spotless, including all the linens. My family is all pretty picky about cleanliness and this place was genuinely immaculate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We didn’t spend that much time lounging in the living room but we ( 4 adults and 1 toddler) we’re all comfortable. We didn’t cook either but 4 of us could sit and enjoy donuts in the morning ( Ziggy & Sons was the best by far) . The only room for improvement I would I offer is installing black out curtains in the rooms. That’s a Very minor complaint but it would have been nice.

Place is down the street to all the eateries and tourist spots. Parking is off site.

We were in town for my daughter's college graduation. This home was perfect for our multi generational family stay. The house is spotless, has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the house feels like a home. Thank you, this was the perfect place for our family.

We visit Salem every year and were very impressed with this home. It was spacious, clean, and in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk over to the water with our babies in the mornings. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

The location of the property was the best. A short walk to everything you could want to see and do in Salem. The management staff was friendly and helpful.
