Only minor complaints are tvs could be updated (on the smaller side) and water dispenser in the refrigerator was very slow.

Plenty of room for our multi-generational group of 7 and a very well-equipped kitchen for cooking most of our meals including Thanksgiving dinner.

The house was in excellent condition and very well maintained. Lovely house. We loved that each bedroom had its own private bath. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. I would highly recommend Island Realty. They were very helpful and professional. We had a great experience with the Realty company and was extremely pleased with the house. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was a quick 3-5 minute walk to the community pool as well as the beach which was great for our two toddlers. The area has a great walking/bike path that we frequented and you could rent bikes across the street which we did not do. We did go in off season, so stores like the ice cream shop were only open on Saturday/Sunday and some of the restaurants/markets closed by 5 or were not open for lunch. The house had everything we needed to cook meals every day, do laundry, and eat inside or outside in the screened in porch. We would definitely stay again!

The decorations for first rate and the screened porch, which is hard to see on the pictures, was a great place for all our meals. It is truly very close to the beach, which is fantastic. Island Realty was great to work with.

Reviewer Comments: The house was great--good space, nice to have the TV's, good location--our only complaint was that the light had been pulled out above the kitchen table and it was dark downstairs, tough to see your food. Otherwise, it was a great property.
