Katherine is very organized and informative. I was impressed with how attentive she was when he had situations occur when we needed her assistance. I would highly recommend this rental. It was great to have an activity for my kids at the property. they loved the kayaks and paddle boards!!!

I read all of the materials online on this property, plus several notes from Katherine, the host. EVERYTHING was just as advertised! I am so glad that we rented the white SUV as we went all over TCI during our stay. The only thing I would do differently: go in June when there are 4 more hours of daylight!

We wanted an affordable spot on a very expensive island, and we also needed space for 4 people - my husband and I and our college-age kids. There are two bedrooms with en-suite baths, and the beds are comfy, baths updated and well appointed, plenty of closets. We used the pull-out in the living room as well. Having the powder room upstairs helped a lot, since both baths are accessed through the bedrooms. The property also has a guest house and offers two rental cars, so this is a good spot for a group to rent out both houses. There is a grill and screened porch, the porch was handy for workouts, since the island is both far too hot for jogging and there's nowhere nearby with sidewalks or safe roads for walking anyway. The canal has a nice updated dock for loading the kayaks - I would have liked to use them but we didn't have time. We also booked two days with the pontoon, and captain Nardo was a fantastic tour guide. We spent one of the days circling the entire island, snorkeling and lunching and enjoying the ride all the way. Highly recommend this! Communication with the owner was easy and frequent, the property was spotless, beds are comfortable, and the day we checked out there was maintenance work being done to the gutters and landscaping, showing good management. There's a little outbuilding with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, coolers, etc. None of the stuff is brand new, but on an island like this that's to be expected. 10-15 min drive to everything.

From the moment we began exploring Sweet Escape in Provo as a possible vacation site, Katherine was most helpful. She offered extensive details about the property and all the best spots in Provo. We used the airport taxi service that Katherine offers. Our pickup from the airport was seamless. We were met by the property manager who had a fresh pitcher of damaging rum punch! She provided a map of the island with insider tips. The house was private, spotless, with comfy beds, and kitchen was stocked with everything needed for dinners at home. We snorkeled on our first full day at Turtle cove. The reefs and fish were stunning! Make sure you use the baby soap to keep the provided snorkeling gear fog free! Our second day was by far our favorite. We rented the pontoon boat and added on the lobster/conch dive! Our captain JD was absolutely amazing. He was entertaining, accommodating, and very skilled at his craft. On the other days we just spent time on the beach paddle boarding(with the SUPs provided). Use Katherine’s guides—they have great reccos. We will definitely be back!

Katherine and Josie provide everything you need to have a lovely vacation in TCI and the cost is EXTREMELY economical, especially compared to the resort costs! The house had everything we needed and they went above and beyond to help us have a great vacation. Make sure to read the book of tips in the house, it has great info!

Villa was comfortable, clean, bright. Beds were comfortable . Enjoyed the screened deck in the mornings and evenings. AC worked well. Well stocked. Private location. Getting around to different areas was easy. Enjoyed the kayaks, SUP, snorkel and beach gear. Katherine is an amazing host. Very responsive and informative, so helpful with everything.

This is a very comfortable and spacious vacation home with excellent internet, TV and air conditioning. The TV has a great selection of channels as well as Netflix and YouTube. The wireless internet works great and is very consistent throughout the house. The host is very friendly and accommodating. The back yard is on a canal with clear water. There are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy as well. The house's location is a few minutes drive to Turtle Cove marina and the majestic Grace Bay beach is easy to get to by car as well. The decor is up to date, the shower works fine and the beds are great. The host quickly responds to requests, and we got a nice fruit punch to enjoy when we checked in.

Our stay at the great escape villa exceeded our expectations! The place was very clean, comfortable, and stocked with anything you need! Katherine was so helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed our vacation to the max with all the helpful advice and information that was provided from beaches, restaurants, grocery shopping and private boat rental. Our 4 kids had the best time and we had all the comforts of home and more. Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear, bikes, and kayaks were all available! The place was so centrally located and was an easy drive to Grace Bay and Sapodilla which our kids loved best! Thank you for the amazing stay!

From the moment we interacted with Katherine, we knew we had found the perfect spot for our vacation. This spotless villa (thanks Josie!) had everything we need for a relaxing trip - snorkeling gear, floats, SUPs, kayaks, and working beach chairs. Katherine's recommendations in her vacation binder were fabulous. It was like having a dedicated concierge. The best recommendation, by far, was to charter a boat with Captain Brian (aka Cobra) for two days. Diving for lobster and conch followed by a beach BBQ was an unforgettable experience! I would come back here in a heartbeat!

My husband and I spent 17 days at Sweet Escapes and our adult son joined us for 7 days. The property is exactly the same as the photos and was very clean. We had a very positive experience with the booking process, communication (Katherine). Josie, the property manager, met us at check-in and was very pleasant to deal and responsive to requests throughout our stay. We have been to TCI many times so know the island well. For first timers, Katherine put together a very detailed description of where to go and what to do while on island. Be sure to visit the lovely beaches and fabulous restaurants while there. The location is a close drive to most things as it is a small island. You do need a car and we rented from Grace Bay which has pick up and drop off at the airport. Taxis are expensive. A couple of downsides - the location is on the flight path of the airport. The flights are mainly in the afternoon so not a problem at night. There are also dogs in the area which can bark quite a bit but do not approach or bother you otherwise.

We had a great time in TCI, the house is great. Katherine was so helpful and responsive and provide great suggestions and tips. We will stay again if we come back to TCI!

Enjoyed a week long stay at Sweet Escapes Villa. Katherine was very easy to communicate with and was able to provide transport to and from the airport. Josie was at the villa upon arrival and allowed us to change at villa to go to beach prior to official check in time. The villa was super clean and spacious. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We utilized Katherine’s suggestion book and were not disappointed. The villa is in a convenient midway location on the island providing for minimal driving direction in either way. The shed is well stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment and beach accessories. We rented the Sante Fe and it was perfect for the island driving - able to handle any terrain appropriately. Had a lovely stay at the house and would recommend the house to anyone :)

House was as described - clean, tidy, spacious. We enjoyed the screened in porch thoroughly during our stay. The A/C was a nice option for those really hot humid afternoons (we only needed it 2 of the days)...otherwise we just opened all the windows and doors and let the breeze come through. Plenty of Kayak and SUP on the property ...and we took advantage of them and paddled down the canal. We didn't really get to bike around the neighborhood much as we felt there was a bit too much traffic on road for the kids. Katherine is very communicative and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. Josie (local property manager) is also nearby if there is any issue that needing her attention. Overall seamless booking process.

Bright sunny villa in a convenient location, with a great screened in porch. Katherine and Josie went way above and beyond to prepare us for our trip with helpful details ahead of time, provided a comprehensive info book for activities/restaurants/attractions during our stay, and were easily accessible any time we had questions…..basically they’ve thought of everything!! We spent two days on the pontoon boat with Captain JD as recommended and it was absolutely incredible. Our boys said “best day of our lives!” Definitely not to be missed! We dove for conch, caught lobster, saw Jojo the dolphin, snorkeled various reefs & saw a shark, stopped at iguana island, visited caves, toured Middle and North Caicos…the list goes on! We rented their SUV which is highly recommended to be able to explore the island. Check in was lovely with Josie there to greet us. Check out was even easier. Katherine and her team have made it effortless.

This is our first time to TCI and we pretty much visited almost all the places including the North and the Middle Caicos, thanks to Katherine for arranging the 2 days boat tour for us with the best captain on the island, captain JD. He took us to many incredible places. He went above and beyond, he took us to catch conches, lobsters, taught my girls how to take out the conch from the shell, and then cook us late lunch lobster barbecue right on the beach!!! Captain JD also captured for us the incredible video footage of JoJo the dolphin and his family with our GoPro. At the end of the days, we were like friends!!! Due to scheduling conflict, JD was not able to sail us on the second day, the substitute captain was not that great and it was raining in Provo so we asked him to sail to Notth Caicos and then he arranged a car and drove us to see Middle Caicos, Conch Bar cave and the Mudjin Harbor, and then went back to North Caicos for local food so it turned out great after all. It was a bit rush with the times we had, we wished we had more time but at least we can claim we have been there. About the Sweet Escape 2 bedrooms house, we loved it! The house looks exactly as in the pictures, even more prettier and cozier in real life with all the tropical flowers and all the amenities. The house is very clean and the bed is super comfortable. We love the salt water canals at the back of the house and we did use the kayaks and the paddle boats a couple times, it was another reason I picked the house because my girls are teenagers and they are very active. We asked Josie to make us the Jerk Chicken dinner for the night we arrived so that we can just get some relief from a long day flight and it was very yummy. We also rented a car from Katherine to drive around to the beaches and groceries. It was hard at first because we drive on the right side in the states and our phone did not work to use navigation, many road signs on the island are missing so paper map did not help. We got around it by entered the destinations into Google Maps when we have wifi, the directions cached in the phone so we can see where we are and where the destination we are headed to in the map. That’s a big help to navigate around! Katherine is a wonderful person, she responded to our questions within 5 minutes and if we needed something, she came within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Sweet Escape. Next time when I visit again I will definitely stay here again.

They helped us arrange a pontoon rental (highly recommend JD as the captain) and he showed us so much around the islands and got us fresh conch. My wife, myself, sister/brother-in-law, and mother-in-law needed to escape the snow of Michigan. We booked way back in August and were thrilled to be headed to Turks and Caicos. Kate was awesome with communication the entire time. She provided so much information about the island as well as the property. Josie was wonderful as well. The Jerk Chicken meal was amazing and a refreshing Rum Punch upon arrival was awesome. The place was very comfortable and we had all that we needed for sure. Rented both cars and they were reliable as advertised. Our stay was relaxing and wonderful and our hosts were both so very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. I couldn't ask for more!

The property was perfect, 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Host had bikes, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, life vest, stand up paddle boards, kayaks and a dock to the channel in the back of the house. Everything we needed to have a great time. We also rented a vehicle from them for a great rate!

We had a superb time on our visit to TCI. This was our second trip to the country and our first staying in discovery bay. The house was immaculate, well described and exceeded our expectations. The manager Josie met us promptly despite our late arrival and had a huge hot dinner waiting for us. Katherine was so attentive and quick to respond to all our questions and especially guide us through the COVID protocols which was extremely helpful. We cooked a lot at the house and found everything we needed. We rented the cottage as well for more space which was equally clean and well appointed. We used their kayaks and paddle boards in the canal which was crystal clear and met some neighbors on the paddle.

The Sweet Escape Villa Team made our trip a dream! There was not a single detailed overlooked for our entire stay from responsive communication, transportation, water sport items, bikes, and excellent recommendations on activities, places, dining and shopping.

It was definitely a very fun and relaxing vacation for the whole family! Property was immaculate and there were so many fun things on the property for all of us! We explored many nearby beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants! House is in a very central location to do it all!

We came to Provo for our honeymoon and then again before our first child was born. We decided to stay in this beautiful villa to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and our niece’s high school graduation. Pictures are just what to expect. Everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of towels and beach towels, washer and dryer easily accessible. Our family loved the fun paddle boarding and my son fished every morning off the dock. It is very quiet and easy to get to everything you would want to do. Jocelyn was the best and so very sweet. Owner was on top of communication with us and we had the best trip we have ever had. Plan on returning to the same villa soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Discovery Bay. The house was perfect for a family of 4 and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The canal was nice and we used the paddle boards once but Turks is not about canals. The beach’s were amazing. From the house it’s a 5-10 min drive to Grace Bay Beach and 10-15 min drive to Sapodilla Beach(hidden gem). Katherine arranged our transportation to and from airport and rented her jeep for the week. It’s older and a little rough but it’s exactly what we wanted and worked perfectly for our trip. She helped us rent a boat for 2 days with Donovan. They arranged to have a captain(highly recommend) and he took us to reefs to snorkel, fishing, remote beaches and we caught lobsters on the second day. Our last full day Katherine arranged for us to rent jet skies(recommend doing this after boat so you know where to go) and the teenagers had a blast. She was easy to reach and her local partner Josie was there if we ever needed her. Thanks for a great Caribbean Christmas!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Jocelyn the house manager with rum punch and fruit punch for the kids. She showed us a detailed map with great recommendations. Our favorite restaurants were Omars, Sharkbite, Da Conch shack, Bay Bistro, Just Tacos, TurkBerry froyo and donuts (we went here everyday), and of course the amazing meal prepared by Jocelyn of Jerk Chicken, rice and salad. Our favorite things to do were of course the 2 amazing days spent on the pontoon boat travelling to Iguana Island, the reef, Long Bay and Grace Bay and day 2 travelling to Sappodilla and Taylor. We had Tank as our captain for the first day and took the boat on our own for the second day. We also ordered a pizza one night and drove out to Taylor Bay for sunset. The kids loved jumping off the boat, snorkeling, paddle boarding and seeing the island from the water. The kids also loved shelling on Leeward beach. Having the Santa Fe SUV was also very nice since we could load 2 kayaks on the roof and kayak on Taylor bay and over to Iguana island for pizza from the pizza boat. We also loved having the IGA nearby for breakfast foods and making our own lunches. The house had everything we needed for a great day on the beach or boat, chairs, towels, and many coolers. The kids loved paddle boarding down the canal and jumping from the water trampoline. Jocelyn and the boat manager Donovan were amazingly helpful if we had any questions throughout our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

The property was as described. The place was clean and well kept. Josie was great and very helpful. My family had a fabulous vacation and we intend to come back. The detailed instructions and maps were a huge bonus and really made deciding what to do each day a breeze.

Very nice Villa, we would go again. Couple hiccups, SUV we rented stalled once and the rear passenger window did not work. Screen door in kitchen missing a handle . Swimming in canal was great but was difficult getting out of the water for this 63 year old on trampoline ladder. But close to everything and convenient! Thanks to Josie and Kate
