Nice cabin on the hill. Often having wildlife visits each day was nice to see. Well stocked with games and movies for the time we weren’t out exploring neighboring areas. Easy checkin and checkout. If staying in the area again I’d definitely check availability here.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean and functional. The deer came and hung out under the deck. We played horse shoes and explored nearby Staunton State Park, grilled on the deck and played games. It was a great family visit!

Peaceful Pines gave us a lovely home away from home while we attended a wedding closer to Denver but also enjoyed numerous hikes near and west of Bailey. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and just what we needed after each active day. Nice place to just relax too!

The cabin was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Really appreciated the ease of check-in, especially after a long day of traveling. James was very helpful with check-in process, and kept in touch throughout our stay incase we needed anything. The amenities in the house are great, really enjoyed our stay. My son loved all the board games and seeing the deer. It was perfect.

Geared towards children. Easy to get too. Very cleaned. James is very communicative and checked in more than one occasion through texts. Internet spotty. I believe that is anywhere in mountains.

Success! Recommend to check out Pine Valley Ranch Park, 20 min from cabin, to catch trout. Cabin was exactly as advertised. Heard an Elk bugling.

This place was perfect for us. We came out to go hiking everyday. It was very nice not having the TV on. They do have a nice selection on DVD’s. We did have cell service and data service on our phones. With teenage kids we used up the 3 gigs of WI-FI in no time. It had an up north feeling for us. Most trails that we hiked were 40 min out. Red rocks was 28 min away. A+++++

The house is great, lots of games for the kids. It's on a huge lot full of pine trees, and there are stick forts and a really interesting historic outdoor fireplace. The kids enjoyed exploring the property.

House exactly as described and property more impressive than the pictures. Full privacy and road to the house was easily manageable compared to other CO properties I’ve stayed. Town with everything you need 10 minutes away, under an hour to Red Rocks Amphitheatre and I took the drive under 90 minutes to the amazing Lost Creek wilderness. Hope to be back

Everything was just as advertised/hoped for. The cabin had everything we could ever need and was very cozy. The property was like a private park and felt very remote even though it was only an hour from home. Would return and recommend.

Out son was getting married at a venue located nearby and this proved to be a convenient place to stay. The property was as advertised, clean and very private. There is no cable TV, but the owner provides a large selection of DVDs for viewing.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for offering your property. It was a needed get away. We enjoyed hiking at Staughton State Park, driving the beautiful scenic drive, Gullanella Pass, and hiking Buno trail. The aspens were beautiful. After our long day of hiking your cabin was a cozy place to rest.

Bailey is a beautiful area. We fished several areas and put on alot of miles and it was always awesome to come back to the cabin to rest on the deck in absolute peace. We saw deer and many birds on the property. Definitely plan to return. Just a perfect place to be.

If you want to get away and be in the mountains this is the place. It has everything and MORE. The property is large and private and I’ll return with my kids because they could have adventure all day there. Everything was easy and just helped to enhance what was a great few days away. Great hosts great property.

Everything about this cabin was perfect! It felt like home and the location was beautiful. Anything you needed they had plus some. We saw lots of mule deer on the property, there was even 2 bucks just hanging out under the deck. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This home was just what we needed to get away from the bustle of life. We really thoroughly enjoyed being able to wander around the huge property and watch the deer. It was close enough to hiking trails (and the Sasquatch museum!) but also far enough away to feel like we were able to enjoy the quiet nature. The house is clean and had a lot more supplies in it than were expected! The washing machine was a wonderful addition to help clean up after a dusty hike. The deck was amazing. You can't really see anyone else, and we loved sitting out there to have coffee each morning and just be quiet. What a treasure!!

Just what we needed to take a break with family! Our 7 yr old enjoyed exploring the property, and even during the rainy afternoons had plenty of games and activities to keep happy. Everything necessary was there to keep comfortable with some nice hikes close by.

Lovely location with easy access to Bailey and Conifer. We enjoyed being able to sit outside and the rental was the perfect size to fit our needs.

Just Perfect
We've stayed here twice now. It is the mosty perfect property for young families! It's a great home base to explore both to the north and the south. It's cozy, clean and has a lot of room for little ones to explore.

Awesome Place!
We absolutely loved this cabin. It was at the end of a road and was so quiet and peaceful. We saw deer every day. The beds were super comfortable. The cabin was clean and had MORE than we needed. Communication with the host was superb. I highly recommend this cabin.

Very nice cabin and land
This was our third stay at Peaceful Pines. The cabin has everything we need and is very cozy. The land surrounding the cabin is fun to walk through and our kids like playing out there. The patio is nice as well. The owners are very helpful and communicate great. It's a good choice for a relaxing mountain trip.
